Fantastic experience: Ian’s teaching methods definitely enables meaningful learning rather than rote learning. He combines both direct and coaching feedback approaches. As a lecturer, I can easily articulate that Ian follows all the pedagogical steps, so I felt that I learned new knowledge and skills after each lesson. Another important point was that he has printed lesson plans and asked my learning needs and planned accordingly. Based on these lesson plan notes, we did critical reflection on the sessions. Ian is ahead of the driving instruction quality in the UK. Ian was always on time and reliable. His professionalism helped me feel confident. I would definitely recommend Roadease Driving school to a family member or a friend because professionalism, trust and reliability are rare things to find these days. Fantastic experience: My driving instructor Ian’s teaching methods were very useful for me throughout my full driving license journey in the UK. He explored what type of feedback would work for me and consistently utilized my preferred type of feedback and coaching. I really liked and appreciated that he introduced the learning points progressively in a nested fashion without overwhelming me during sessions. I felt that there were key takeaways after every session. The end of the sessions was used to debrief what was covered and discuss what further steps to take to improve. These learning notes and objectives were included in my learning file in writing. All these steps were methodical and consistent, leaving me at peace about what we did and what was coming next. The timing of our classes was immaculate, and we always started our sessions at the agreed hours. We also did timed mock tests, and after the actual driving test, I better appreciated the experience as I realized how it prepared me for the real test. Ian was great at conducting our communication professionally yet in a friendly manner. I did not hesitate to ask any questions or repeat maneuvers if I felt the need to repeat them. I would definitely recommend Roadease Driving School to anyone who seeks to acquire their UK driving license as my learning experience with Ian was more than great, and better yet I passed on my first attempt! Fantastic experience: In order to get fully test ready it was more difficult than I expected, to any future learners I would recommend planning for it to take more time than you think! There’s a lot to remember, to get to where you need to be to pass and feel comfortable and natural at the wheel it will take time. Don’t rush it and you’ll get there! I really appreciated Ian’s teaching techniques and methods, I felt comfortable from day one with how everything was being explained and what I needed to do, nothing felt overly complicated which I was worried about going into the learning process. Helped me feel calm when driving and most importantly helped me pass. I would Absolutely recommend Roadease to anyone looking to learn, thanks again for all your help!

Fantastic experience: I found learning to drive to be a very positive experience. I didn't know what to expect as I had heard from others about having mixed experiences. However learning with Ian at Roadease Driving School was a fun experience. Because of how the lessons were structured, his patience and receiving feedback every lesson to understand how I could improve. I found my instructor was always reliable and timing keeping was good. If I needed to reschedule it was easy to do so. I found the teaching methods were very good as they were structured to plans which we both agreed from what was going well and what needed improving on. Fantastic experience: the lessons were great, well paced and relaxed never any stress or worry, some lessons i thought i’d be nervous going into it but ian really makes you feel calm and confident in yourself. ians methods were amazing he was friendly, patient and very good at the explaining things so i genuinely understood. i would definitely recommend roadease driving school to any of my family or friends that want to learn to drive.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my time learning to drive with Ian from Roadease Driving School. My time learning to drive was shorter than I had initially expected and I put that down to Ian's teaching methods. I thought his use of session reports were incredibly useful in particular when he'd finish every session asking me what I thought went well and what needed improving. This was a superb way to reflect and set goals for future lessons. I appreciated Ian's calm demeanor because it helped me remain focused and at ease throughout my lessons making it easier for me to progress. I would absolutely recommend Ian at Roadease Driving School, he'll have you driving in no time.

Fantastic experience: The driving lessons were exactly as I’d expected! We went at my pace building up my skills so they will stay with me forever. I found my instructors teaching methods very effective! Ian taught with consistent phrases that stuck with me so I always remembered what to do! He was very patient with me, whilst also challenging me to do my best. I would definitely recommend Roadease Driving School- I started learning in February and passed my test on the first go by August! It was a lovely experience that has been a solid foundation for my driving journey!!

Negative experience: Had difficulty with this driving school, towards the end of covid. Appointments and agreements not kept. Due to social communication difficulties experienced by the student agreements made with the instructor were not kept. Any Appointments the students missed were still charged for regardless of reason. Pupil was expected to wait outside the property ready for lesson but no agreements were made for this. And very poor communication from instructor

Fantastic experience: first I was anxious of driving, I had put it off for a long time but it was really fun and not as bad as I originally thought. My instructor was Ian Cox he teaches really well, and made sure it's engraved in me such as mirror checks constant reminder etc. I would definitely recommend Roadease Driving School it's been a pleasure!

Fantastic experience: Learning to drive was alot different to what I thought , It feels more stressful initially but after practice it gets easier and easier to drive. My instructor was Ian Cox I found his teaching methods were perfect for me to be able to pass, I had no issues with any of it whatsoever , learning to make the correct decisions at the correct times and smoothing out my driving style. Fantastic experience: I found the Roadease Driving School website on Google. After reading the fantastic reviews and seeing the good price I gave the number on the website a call. My driving instructor was Ian Cox. Lessons with Ian went better than expected. His patience and teaching methods went above and beyond! I was able to get regular driving lessons even with working different shifts each week. Ian uses clear teaching methods that are easy to follow, I found it easy to understand all instructions given. I was able to pick up the correct techniques of approaching junctions, roundabouts, crossroads etc with ease. Not only was I taught how to drive and the observations required at certain points, I was also taught the importance of these observations which would lead to a more natural compliance with the checks, as I understood the dangers that are caused by not doing them. I would definitely recommend Roadease Driving school as Ian is an amazing teacher that is kind and patient, which is a massive help for people like me who are quite a nervous driver. Ian is flexible with his teaching and can change his approach to best suit the learner so that the teaching can be understood and learned in an efficient way. which is brilliant as not everyone learns in the same way. After passing first time I feel confident and excited to be on the road on my own.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a driving instructor for few months and wasn’t happy with any of them that I found. So I went on facebook and found Roadease driving school which had really good reviews and the instructor seemed nice also. Learning to drive with Ian was so easy compared with what I was expected. He made sure I was relaxed and built up slowly the driving skills His methods are really good, modern and he is very patient with you. He doesn’t shout or make you feel bad if you make a mistake. Encourages good behaviours and skills and tells your when you do a mistake but in a way that you don’t feel bad. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends because Ian is the best instructor that anyone can have, doesn’t drag with lessons for the sake of them and sends you to the test if you are ready. I passed first time with only 40 hours and coming from a country with left hand driving so that makes a difference. My partner just passed first time learning with Ian as well. Thanks a lot Ian.

I found learning to drive was an exciting experience, I thought it would be hard, scary, and confusing but once I started driving it turned into so much fun! Ian is an amazing instructor. I was so nervous, i’d had lessons before but about 8 years before, and they weren’t great. I couldn’t believe you actually had me driving on my first lesson.
