Fantastic experience: Great and wonderful experience with Arun and Raj both training me as and when needed. It was focussed training which ended with mock tests in which all my shortfalls and mistakes came out. End result : I passed with just one minor mistake. Fantastic experience: Truly the best driving instructors you could ask for. Thorough, patient, calm, kind, and good fun. They got my lessons sorted swiftly, replied quickly, were fair on costs, and I can't recommend them enough. Their recommendations are based on experience - if they think you're ready to take the test, they'll tell you. If not, they'll recommend more lessons and are justified in what they say - they want you to pass! I initially went for the 30 hour package, but upon recommendation I took more hours and then passed my test first time with 3 minors. They were brilliant and I went from not knowing anything to confidently driving within 3 weeks. I thoroughly enjoyed my lessons with them.

Negative experience: Absolute scammers.. paid £400 for 8 hours spilt into two days. In a 4 hour lesson he dropped me at a cafe and told me to take half an hour break. Turned up 15 minutes late into my lesson. Made me drive an automatic home even though I was learning in a manual. Had to drop his friends off during my lesson and take him to do things he had to get done. Asking me if I could sell my current bike to pay him more, and even spend my rent money so I had more money to give him for additional hours. Rushed me into taking my practical test that I told him plenty of times I wasn’t confident enough for at this moment in time. Do not recommend this man at all.

Fantastic experience: These guys are great! I had lessons over 2 weeks with them and passed first time trying with them! My test was booked far from they based too and they were really helpful and took me there for the day. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Started lessons with Raj after my friend passed with them and could not be happier. Booked my test late August for September and passed with just 10 lessons. They have great lesson plans and help book and pass the test quickly.

Fantastic experience: I would say they are the best instructors. They were recommend to me by a friend after I felt desperated with my former instructor. I can't pass the test without the two brothers' professional guide. They are not only logical but also patient. Which impressed me the most is they are very responsible men, they really try their best to help you pass the test!!!

Fantastic experience: Booked in for 10 hours and passed within a week!! Most other companies can’t get you a test until January and Raj managed to get me a test within a week! Extremely professional, good communication can’t ask for more really. If you’re looking for lessons and to get a test that isn’t in Jan/Feb time couldn’t recommend any other company then this one!!

Negative experience: I went with PassU and Raj when i initally started driving. Raj would get his hair cut whilst making me "revise" my theory in the car waiting for him. He also "on the way" would pick up items from his friends and also pick up calls from his friends during our "lessons". I would not recommend Raj or PassU. I would go with someone who appreciates someones hard earned money and drive to learn.

Fantastic experience: I called up Pass U, they got me a car and trailer test within 5 days, other companies said I had to wait 6 months until October. I had 6 hours training and past first time with Pass U. I'm so happy thank you

Negative experience: Very unprofessional changes cars just before test ask more money then needed unreliable with times asking charges for 2 hours and and only gives one he just gives you the bums rush very untrustworthy nightmare from the get go

Fantastic experience: Having driving lessons from another business, I wasn't really confident that I would be able to pass my driving this however. I came across this company and I was provided great customer service and and experience driving lessons from Aaron. I'm so happy that I was able to pass my driving test and my theory with the support. Received from Arun who was on call with any queries definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Started driving with Raj after switching driving instructors had only had 10 hours previous experience, Within a week Raj had got me a test and put a lot of his time into making sure I got a pass, I drove 20 hours in the New Golf GTD which is a very learner friendly car to drive, just had my test and got the Pass! Couldn’t thank Raj enough. 5 stars any day!

Negative experience: I contacted Pass U with a view to taking my B& E Test. The gentleman was quite short and dismissive on the phone, and didn't seem very forthcoming with information. However, I booked a 2 hour lesson as he assured me he could get a test much quicker than others and I'd only need minimal training as I have plenty of experience. I explained I could tow confidently but needed tuition on the reverse manouver required for the test. I was assured this was fine however we spent the bulk of the test driving around and only 10 minutes reversing. The gentleman was civil enough but spent most of the driving texting on his phone and at one point, we pulled up at his house to collect something! I received very little help with the reverse technique. When I went wrong, I was just told to pull forward and do it again. I didn't manage to complete the reverse at all and then we ran out of time! He ended the session saying that I needed more training but due to the pressure that reversing put on the clutch, we would only be able to do a small amount of reversing each time. So I would book and pay £100 for another 2 hour of mainly driving which I didn't need. I declined any further training and that afternoon, booked my test with another company. I waited 2 weeks and carried out the reverse practice the day before my test with fantastic guidance and passed my test the next day with only 1 minor. The company I passed with also explained that the instructor from Pass U had given me incorrect information. He told me that in the test, I would be required to execute the reverse perfectly the first time. That I couldn't pull forward to correct it at all and that the car and the trailer must be totally straight. This is not true, You are allowed up to 2 shunts and can use the whole area to straighten up. I feel that he told me this to make me feel l that I HAD to pay for more lessons to get the reverse perfect which I didn't need. Having had such a great experience with the new company, I realised how unprofessional Pass U was and feel that although I wasted £100, I could have spent a lot more on training I didn't need.

Fantastic experience: I was forgetful learner, due to the test soon i feel nervous... But Pass U Driving School the instructor is very good and a well qualified instructor, he was repeating the course and reminded me on many routes and teaching great tips driving safe on road... Finally I PASS... Not second or third , fourth time... IT'S FIRST TIME PASS....YES IT IS A FIRST TIME PASS... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE SUPPORT. . Pass U Driving.... Is the BEST in UK ..

Negative experience: Wish I could do 0 stars, 1 star is overly generous - Awful!! They put you in for the tests before you're ready so they can get money off you for the car. Made me feel uncomfortable and won't give them the satisfaction of having another penny out of me. I was learning manual and they would pick me up in automatic to run their errands and take breaks on the time I'm paying for. I could go on and on about how unprofessional they are. When I asked for proof of payment where my money was going (because it all seemed very dodgy) they gave me a piece of paper hand written by him which showed no proof of test being booked or where my money was going. To put the icing on the cake, I still can't drive and have been taunted and ridiculed by my peers, my colleagues and even Dave from the local garage as I still am without a driving licence after multiple failed driving tests I wasn't prepared for. I hope you spend the money on some lessons in grace and decorum, cheers:)
