Negative experience: I wrote a review today about my terrible experience with them and how they violate their T&Cs and force you to pay even if you don't agree with the test they booked , and the used my details to completely cancel my test so I have to pay for new one . BUT somehow it has been deleted and that makes sense for having only 5 stars misleading reviews
