Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the service that M4 Motoring driving school and my instructor Gino Gizzi have provided. Having failed my first test in December last year, I managed to get a cancellation slot for the 10th of January in Newport and M4 was the only service that had the availability in such short notice. I am very thankful for the lessons that Gino was able to provide, he was able to get me up to speed very quickly with all the nuances and differences of driving in Newport and Wales compared to England. He knows the area thoroughly and I felt very prepared to take on my test after our lessons together. Gino was always early or on time for our appointments and was able to always get his points across in a calm and empathetic manner. I am very thankful to have passed on Friday with very few minors following very reasonably priced lessons and a very swift process from the initial phone call to the first lesson. I would wholeheartedly recommend M4 and Gino to anyone interested!

Fantastic experience: Tom , you are best . I literally didn’t know anything about driving.

Negative experience: Very bad people and bad company. Avoid at all. Instructors will totally rip you off. By the way taking 16 hours of lessons and I am ready for test and I have confident i can pass all the test but still they are giving lessons and ripping off the people. Provide them rating in negative will be better option.

Fantastic experience: I have been driving with Mehmet and he is the most patient and polite instructor compared to previous ones. He really knows what you need and how to teach. Now im regret for money and time i spent on previous ones.

Negative experience: Driving instructor Memet threatened to sue me because I refused to pay for lesson after almost crashing his car because he was on his phone, speeding in a 20 zone. Totally dangerous

Fantastic experience: Just passed my practical test today with one minor. Was learning to drive with instructor Julie who from my first lesson back in November to my last this morning prior to my test, has been amazing! Julie not only gave me confidence in myself and my driving with constant positivity but was also fantastic at going over and over the areas I needed to brush up on and did so without making it feel like I was being bogged down but so's to get me and my confidence exactly where it needed to be. The only downside now that I've passed is I will miss my weekly chats with her during my lessons I cannot recommend M 4 or Julie enough. I had been putting off learning to drive for some years, always making excuses, but definitely made the right decision in deciding to go for it and am lucky to have found an instructor and company that I felt right at home with and who's professionalism was and is second to none. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I had bear as an instructor and I can honestly say he’s the sole reason I passed first time. He was calm and talked me through every step slowly and clearly so I knew exactly what was going on. He was really easy to talk to and was just lovely in general. Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor!!!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous as an older driver and decided to learn in an automatic. Tom was fantastic, patient, thoroughly explained everything and instilled a lot of confidence in me. He was recommended to me and I'm very glad I learnt with M4 and Tom.

Fantastic experience: M4 motoring have been fab. My daughter passed her driving test today with them. Experience from start to finish was very professional and the app was very straight forward. They listened to her needs and applied the right instructor for her who was amazing from start to finish. So a big shout out and Thankyou to her instructor Mush and m4 motoring.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Really poorly run company. Too easy to throw around ‘the instructors are self employed’ when they happily profit off of them and they are operating under their company name. Agency law says that M4 are still liable. My instructor dropped me two weeks before my test for personal reasons, M4 gave me a different instructor who was aggressive, rude and intimidating, but more importantly had never taught in the area my test was booked, leaving me with ten days to find a new instructor. Two months later and I still haven’t been refunded for the prepaid lessons I never got and M4 refuse to give me my money back. I have been at the end of the phone to the lady on the phone line who has repeatedly said she’ll find out and let me know, they never get back to me and I’m the one chasing…still no refund.

Negative experience: Actions speak for themselves not recomend this driving school as they dont know that parking on double yellow line is illegal

Negative experience: Andy is completely unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend this business. I'm so pleased I won't be spending anymore money with them. Andy is so unbelievably rude.

Negative experience: Once bitten twice shy my daughter has special needs (autism) after failing 1st time after a bus push up backwards when she was going uphill her instructor then left the business that’s another story so thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt because she learning to drive a automatic car and it’s difficult to find instructors but no that instructor dident even do a emergency stop test until the day before her test not very professional when it comes to pupils with needs and so she failed again on emergency stop procedure not friendly at all …..

Negative experience: Horrible people, nothing they teach is correct, frowned upon by other driving schools and instructors. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Required to log into the app by instructor. As it was not working had to call customer service team who told me to go back to the instructor. Instructor said to download the app for information yet wouldn’t help me with this! When asking the customer service team if I could just be sent the details via text or to know what information was on the app, they stated that they don’t have the app and reiterated to call the instructor who’s referred me back to them!

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend to anyone who whats to learn how to drive especially my instructor gino who got me to pass first time can't thank him enough m4 motoring gets a 10 out of 10 from me
