Negative experience: AVOID Gareth, AVOID David T. I tried working with 2 different automatic instructors: Gareth & David, both disappointing and unprofessional. Absolutely terrible communication and self-organization. Multiple postponements to lessons, days to a week+ between responses to outreach. I prepaid for lessons in September, which remain undelivered. Its now the 2nd half of November and I've been chasing a refund for weeks, needing escalation to management. Cannot recommend the automatic driving team at all. They are a poor reflection on the company as a whole, which based on other reviews seems to provide a good service in other departments.
