Fantastic experience: Passed first time after doing an intensive course with Liam! He was relaxed, patient and informative and prepared me for my test with superb knowledge of the test routes across Hull - on my test I knew every roundabout, stop sign and speed bump as we'd covered that route so many times! After being on and off with my lessons for almost 5 years with various instructors, Liam was by far the best I've had. Emma in the office was brilliant as well, and managed to schedule my block of lessons around my busy work shift pattern! The price for my intensive course was also by far the best quote I had, Liam recommended how many hours I needed after a 2 hour assessment and this proved to be just right!! I cannot recommend Parrot Driver Training enough, if you're looking for Intensive driving courses in Hull, then this is the one to do!!! Thank you so much Liam and Emma for your fantastic help!

Fantastic experience: If you had a bad experience with a driving instructor, or need a new one, or even want to learn to drive I recommend DAVE at parrot driving school. He is a lovely man with the patience of a saint and really helped me with my confidence in driving, after 4 hours my driving was totally changed. Fantastic experience: Excellent service! The whole experience; from admin, booking, the driver, the driving experience...was truly exceptional! I took refresher lessons after a long time not driving, and in a few short hours, my driving confidence was restored. The instructor was brilliant and honed in like a laser on exactly where I needed to improve, and helped me work on those. Excellent!

Fantastic experience: I struggled so much with my nerves. Doing the intensive driving course was perfect for me as it was all at once and over and done with in a couple of days. Emma in the office was absolutely brilliant with communicating and organising everything even through lockdown when my test had to be changed she would ring to update me regularly and reasure me. My driving instructor was Liam and he was great! Really calm and eased my nerves so much. I passed today and I can't thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: A few months ago I did a two day intensive course and then a test with Ian. An absolute spot on guy and a great driving instructor, especially because I was quite nervous. He got me through my test first time, couldn't recommend them enough

Fantastic experience: Booked a 3 day crash course in October, (previously had numerous lessons spread over 5 years) Liam was amazing despite my nerves and numerous breakdowns - I was close to giving up as I genuinely thought I couldn't do it but Liam kept my hopes up and kept on reassuring me that I can do it. Unfortunately I failed first time (my own fault) with 1 minor and 1 major. I rebooked on the same day and although I hadn't drove for a month, today I passed my test!!! Big thank you to Liam, I honestly do believe I would of given up had it not been for his positivity and patience throughout. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Parrot enough. I chose Parrot because A) they were the most reasonable priced in Yorkshire! & B) you actually learn to drive in the correct size of the vehicle you are doing your test for & C) they were a recommendation. From the beginning my experiance was 100%. On the day my instructor ( Geoff) was brilliant. I did my lesson and test in 2 days ( due to work commitments) The first day was long but Geoff made me feel at ease and really enjoyable! If you are looking to do your c1 or any licence then look no further! I will defiantly be recommending you. Thank you for everything and getting me through my test! Julie x

Negative experience: My granddaughter booked her intensive driving course with parrot and we were with her at the office when she booked it and got all the details off the office girl. After having done the 20 hour driving she expected her test at the end of the week this never happened she was told it would be the end of October so would need more lessons, when she rang the office the person on the other end of the phone was very rude and offhand with her and told her he suggests she go to another driving school and hung up on her. NOT IMPRESSED.

Fantastic experience: I have recently successfully completed my category B&E with Parrot Driver Training. During the short time that I spent with the team I found them to be friendly, professional and respectful. Both Geoff and John were excellent instructors who ensured that I was fully prepared to take my test. The vehicles and training facilities are of a high standard and the overall package was certainly value for money. I found the time I spent with the team at Parrot Driver Training to be a real pleasure and I would have no hesitation recommending them. Duncan deserves every success with this business.

Fantastic experience: I booked in for a 5 day starter course, the office staff was very helpful and respectful. They got me through my test for a very reasonable price, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to pass their driving test.

Negative experience: Over all the course was amazing my instructor liam was so kind! So chatty, funny & understanding, and with me having no driving experience he was fantastic!!! However I've just had my intensive course paid £510 and got told by someone in the office that my test would be at the end of the week when I've done my 20 hours of driving lessons on more then one occasion as I rang up around 3/4 times and each time I spoke to anyone I was reassured that my test was included in that price and will be at the end of the week.. I also went in to the office and got told when I completed my course I then got told I have to pay another £215 To do my test and more driving, clearly no one bothered to look to see if there was any available tests because now I have to wait till the end of October! Not happy at all..

Fantastic experience: Having no driving experience at all, the instructor taught me all he could to get me through my test which i was very happy with. The office staff are very trustworthy and helpful.

Negative experience: Tried to rebook my test as they told me i could when i could not attend the first test due to personal circumstances. however they decided to tell me that my deposit has been lost and they've used it to pay somebody. Absolute terrible excuse. A deposit is to make sure I am in queue or a place is definite. Terrible company regulations. they are insincere and corrupt.

Negative experience: Appalling. My granddaughter was taken to Bridlington for her test. She had never driven in Bridlington before so failed. It was alleged we asked for Bridlington when booking it. No way did I ask for it there. The place was never mentioned. Furious!

Negative experience: Mary Garland - Wouldn't book these as they love taking your money for no courses!! worst experience ever lost nearly a grand for ticking wrong box they are having laugh at the customers!!

When we first rang they were very helpful and straight forward they gave us all the information we needed.These people were fantastic his instructor was brilliant and gave him loads of confidence from start to finish.
