You never pushed me for any advance payments & allowed me to pay you at my convenience unlike other instructors. You stayed calm with me and made me understand that I need to UNLEARN my previous bad driving habits (no lane discipline + poor awareness of road markings) to learn driving on the UK roads. Fantastic experience: I took lessons with Faisal, and he was quick in responding back as others had a long waiting list. He’s very accommodating and professional and perfectly trains in what is exactly required in the actual driving test. Negative experience: My experience with this driving instructor was horrible, he only cares about the money and taught me bad driving habits. This driving instructor goes on his phone and shouts when mistakes are made. I didn’t realise all of this until I got a new instructor who is brilliant. My advice to anyone who is looking for a driving instructor is to not go for him.

Negative experience: Was just stuck behind this company for a mile. Was the instructor driving. Would not want my kids shown how to drive by this guy. Just stopped dead - no indicators nothing .

Negative experience: Very dangerous people i told them that i had many lessons and i would like to take one more and than do my test and they told me they cant come to my test if they think im not ready and when i said this is the test centre job to tell me if im ready to hold a licence or not they started getting rude and threating me and saying he is coming to my home and that i wouldn't recomend these to nobody.
