Fantastic experience: After being let down by other companies, I was recommended to Mark at iPass, who has been excellent. Mark is friendly, knowledgeable and a calming influence for a learner driver. Mark always gives clear instructions and helpful feedback so that you can improve, showing patience until you get it right. He is reliable, always on time and incredibly flexible with lessons. Fantastic experience: I found i-PASS on Google as I was searching for an instructor after getting let down by other ones so many times. Mark took me on and filled me with confidence and helped me learn new stuff every lesson. He is such an expert in the industry. Negative experience: Sorry I have to give one star .I had very bad experience with Mr. Amer Majeed ,If you ever had Mr. Amer Majeed as your instructor please avoid him to save your time and money . Very unprofessional , on my test day this instructor came to pick me up at my house with a flat tire . No checks were made on the day before to make sure the car was ready . No remorse , he didn’t say sorry to me . I felt like he might have loose the air in the tire intentionally. We went to the test centre with replacement tire but the tire is small the savers one which doesn’t meet DVSA standard..unfortunately my test got canceled. After over 30+ lessons with him , and even paid him 10hours block booking prior to my test date, couple of days to my test date . He now decided to teach me reverse bay parking., parallel parking and Forward bay parking in the last two days to my test date after constantly asking to practice the parking . Please please please avoid this man to save your time and money .. all my time and effort wasted ..

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Mark I passed my test last week and couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure to be taught by Mark, he's very friendly, patient and clear with his instruction. I'll be having my pass plus with him in the future and I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: I found Ipass driving school from a friend at work I also think every tuition is great and gives you more confidence every lesson I would highly recommend this driving school to anyone because it's very enjoyable, very helpful when learning and can just have a general chat in the car while your learning

Fantastic experience: Mark is a seasoned experienced professional driving instructor with patience with his students. As an internationally experienced driver for 10 years, I had picked up wrong driving habits coupled with the fact that I came from a country where we drive on the right hand side of the roads. But with Mark's helpful instructions, I passed my driving test at the first attempt. I will recommend Mark and iPass Driving School to anyone any day!

Fantastic experience: Find Mark on google, after reading all the reviews decide he is the instructor I need. (I think his photo helps). I am a first time learner. When I start, I do not even know how to steer a car. And I always thought learn to drive was a scary thing. We started at the quiet area and then we moved to the road and then much challenge road. He will ask what would you like to practise and he always gives lots of advices how you should do it. He is really patient and calm. He is really encourage and slowly build confidence for you. The whole learning is smooth and enjoyable. I am glad I choose him as the instructor.

Negative experience: Well i went for 1 lesson with Tariq Majeed and he actually disappointed me by mentioning that i will need at least 10 lessons for test to pass etc knowing that; i have driving in UK for 3 months. First lesson he postponed it 15 mins and second lesson I waited for his confirmation but he never got back to me then i decided to move to another driving school where I actually passed the test from the first time after just 5 lessons!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Mark by a relative who passed with him. Positive experience: I recently passed my driving test after several attempts thanks to ipass. I started off with Kevin who was a brilliant instructor but due to ill health couldn’t carry on driving. He really helped me with my confidence with driving and pushed me to do my best. After Kevin became ill I was passed onto Colin who again was good and had some good tips but his punctuality was awful! He never turned up on time and he was always half an hour late to most of my lessons. He would never call or message to say he was running late and I never once got an apology for being late! Which I think is disgusting. Apart from his punctuality he was an ok instructor but I don’t know if I’d recommend him to anyone. Kevin my previous instructor never turned up late and he would always let me know if he was running late. I don’t find it professional when someone doesn’t apologise for being late! Overall I’ve learnt a lot through ipass and I have now mangaged to pass my test.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend IPass. Mark is a fantastic instructor. He helped me gain my confidence with driving again after a bad experience with another driving school. Fantastic experience: Mark helped get me over the final hurdle of he test day. Giving advice on the little parts are driving that are easy to forget in little easy to remember parts. Would recommend highly as I have had 4 instructors in my learner career and Mark is the one to give me the edge to pass my test. Would give 20/5 stars if I could

Negative experience: If you go with ipass then make sure you don't get kevin bull.i don't normally write reviews but I've wasted a hell of a lot of money for my son with this guy.he didn't turn up for appointments more than once said he sent text messages and never did. My son had 2 tests with this guy. His attitude isn't the best. In the end after 12 months of learning we went with another instructor. who was gobsmacked at my son being put into 2 tests and isn't no where near ready. After 12 months I thought he would have been ready. So shows what he being taught. With test fees and tuition fees it's a lot of money to be told he no where near ready. Had to put third test back now as new instructor has that much to teach him. Very disappointed... thank you for your Reply to my review. I'm very sorry to hear of Kevin bulls ill health. However I'm sure this happened after my son finished learning with Kevin. And has no revalance at all on learning my son at that time. What was more concerning was after 2 tests he never even told my son when and how to check his mirrors. Resulting in 2 failed tests due to not doing so. Also at one point my son had to pull over and tell the guy to stop swearing and speaking at him in such manner. Not great for a new learner to have to do that. I understand you yourself have good reviews but the bad ones all point to Kevin bull.3 times I myself watched my son pull off from my house and not signal to say he was pulling out. when I kept telling my son why you not signalling he said I asked my instructor and he said it don't matter. As I say I'm sorry to hear of the guys ill health. which you told me about over the phone. Why you need to put that in the reply I'm not so sure as it had no revalance at the time of my son learning with him

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend iPass Driving School. My instructor Mark has been excellent and has suited me well. Having had bad experiences with other local instructors, my confidence was reduced. I had a few months break from driving, before starting with Mark in November 2017. Mark has helped me improve my driving skills and confidence in driving ready for the driving test. He is patient, understanding and knowledgeable about driving which has been very valuable- Nathan.

I would recommend iPass driving school because the tuition you receive is at a high standard, Mark is very helpful and patient he makes sure that you fully understand everything.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Mark by one of my mother's friends. He is a brilliant driving instructor, very patient and calm, and easy to get along with. He is very flexible, able to give me a lesson every week around my shifts at work. Mark is explains things really well, is very professional; always arrives on time and has never cancelled a lesson with me. Would definitely recommend iPass.

Negative experience: Think twice before to go with ipass especially if your instructor is Kevin Bull! He was acting unprofessional and was really rude and the hole experience was shocking! People like him should never be on such a job.

Negative experience: Well ive never had a driving lesson with mark but if he teaches his students to drive like he drives god help him he just pulled out on me at a junction i had to break sharp with my children in the car no appolagie thank you very much idiot.

Fantastic experience: I couldnt praise mark enough for how well he teaches me in my lessons. I have had lessons with other instructions in the past and mark is by far the best. He is very calming and makes you feel confident in what you are doing. He is patient and explains things well and clearly. I have found mark to be flexible and tries his hardest to accommodate and fit lessons in for me around my work schedule.

Negative experience: unfortunately i have to give at least 1 star. I didn't have mark i had a guy called Kevin, who was extremely rude and aggressive. On second appt Kevin snapped at me for taking a wrong turn i was very shocked to the point i wanted to leave the lesson as i then felt very uncomfortable around him -this was after my first lesson where i made it very clear i was a nervous new driver - i rebooked this appointment and when we met he asked me if i was okay after the last time - i said no i was not used to been spoken to that abruptly when being taught new things he turned around and decided to make an argument -at this stage i said that is fine if that is how you teach it is probably best i do not learn with you to which he ranted about wasting his time. If you are a new driver i seriously recommend you stay away from this teacher as he is very rude and thinks that it is fine for him to talk to paying customers like school children.

Fantastic experience: I've been wanting to learn to drive for 6 years but I never thought i'd be able to do it and i let nerves get the better of me... After having a few lessons with a different instructor who I didn't feel comfortable with I found ipass driving school online and decided to go with mark. I can honestly say it was a great decision. I told him I was a nervous person and that not being comfortable with my old instructor had knocked my confidence and he reassured me that I am able to learn to drive! I have been learning with him for several months now and every lesson he helps me get over my nerves and enjoy my lessons. Mark teaches from early in the morning till late at night which is great if you want to learn around work times. I'd highly recommend mark to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: Mark is a very patient instructor. I have had lessons before and being really nervous I gave up, I have been having lessons with Mark now for a few months and I find him really patient, flexible and explains things really well. He is local to me based in Wall Heath, Kingswinford and unlike other instructors I have spoken to he is able to do lessons at pretty much all times and days, we have started driving around Gornal which is where I will be taking my test which will be a great help. I couldn't recommend Mark highly enough.
