Negative experience: Excuse me, but what is the best way to contact you? I tried form on website, text as well as calling directly - it's been a week and no reply what so ever.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had 12 lessons with Nina at Elle Driving school during the month of her test. Nina was really thorough, thoughtful and gave great advice and teaching instruction. She was able to flex around my daughters schedule in the week before the test to give her the best chance of success. My daughter passed first time in a manual car with just 1 minor at Tolworth driving centre and we are very grateful to Nina for the intensive lessons she gave towards the end and the support she gave in getting her test ready. We would highly recommend Elle Driving School. Celia M

Fantastic experience: I found Nina after having lessons with a few other instructors in the local area and I noticed a massive difference in professionalism and driving skills. Nina gives you notes after every lesson for what you need to improve on which is really helpful. She ensures you are driving safely and is patient, calming and enthusiastic to help you pass. Fantastic experience: Nina is an amazing driving instructor who has really help to build my confidence up as a driver. She is very patient and very friendly, allowing me to feel relaxed during lessons, therefore enhancing my performance as a driver. Fantastic experience: My Experience with Nina was really good as she made we feel safe and comfortable whilst driving with her as it was my first time driving. Nina helps after lessons and tells you what you specifically need to improve on as well as certain aspects you have improved on and this allowed me to pass first time within 2 months :)

Nina gave me great notes after each lesson which I could read up on after my lessons to see what I need to work on. Nina helped me boost my confidence whilst driving, she is very supportive!

Negative experience: They never answer the phone or ever call back either. Have left text messages in the past asking them to call and nothing. If you're fully booked then fine, at least let prospective students know - very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Nina is an excellent driving instructor. She is very patient and professional. My lessons were well planned considering my driving experience, needs and progress. She is very considerate with my work schedules at the same time so I have no stress or worries with my driving lessons when I was busy with work. Nina is very encouraging and supportive which is exactly what you need when learning to drive ! I had my driving test at 7am in the morning, and she practiced with me 2 days before and at 6am that morning ! So I passed my test for the first time with only one minor fault ! Many thanks Nina! I would definitely recommend her and her driving school !

Fantastic experience: NINA IS THE BEST! If you're looking for a calm, professional and friendly driving instructor choose Nina! Ive had previous lessons about a year ago so had a gap and to be honest not great instuctors... my theory was running out so i was in a rush to get my test done to avoid retaking the theory. On top of that im studying with very packed schedule but Nina really helped ensure i get the maximum support with the time i had which was under a month! I passed 1st time with her help and I cant thank her enough. Its not just about passing but making sure you're the safest driver you can be with the right skills to pass. So if youre totally new, had a gap or need refreshers, go with Nina she'll make sure you pass with flyjng colours !

Not only does she do an excellent job at teaching core driving concepts and skills; she also instills confidence in you throughout the lessons so that you feel safe under her guidance, as well as during independent driving. Nina is very patient and experienced, and it has been clear to me throughout lessons that she genuinely wants the best for me - to be a safe and competent driver. Fantastic experience: You must learn with Nina. She is the best driving instructor out there (and I’ve had three!). I am thrilled to have passed my test with Nina’s help, driving her new Kia which is very smooth and easy. I now feel like a very safe and competent driver. She is not patronising or argumentative, she makes sure you understand everything and does not waste your time or money. Efficient and kind. She knows the area really well. She is fantastic such detailed instructions and willing to offer so much support to you. shes very personal and ensures your journey through this is made alot easier and offering so much wonderful advice. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Nina at Elle Driving school highly enough. I was very nervous and suffered from a little anxiety about driving, but Nina put me completely at ease. She did this without being even slightly patronising or condescending, in fact, she gets straight to the point of why you're struggling with certain things and breaks down exactly what you need to do to get it right. If you make the mistake again she asks 'why do we think that went wrong?' or 'what do you think we should have done in that scenario', which makes you really think through everything you're doing and creates good habits, rather than berating you for doing it wrong, which is what I experienced in the past with a previous instructor! She also put me at ease with the road in general, which I'd found quite scary previously, she made me realise that all the external things in driving you may be worrying about aren't a concern as long as you are focused on being a safe driver and are aware of your surroundings, don't let other bad drivers or road ragers put you off! Driving really shouldn't be that scary! My previous instructor made me feel very inadequate and always encouraged more lessons and I spent a small fortune with him. He enforced my fear of driving rather than helped it, and with him, I failed my test and resigned myself to the fact I might just be one of those people who 'aren't supposed to drive'. When I took the decision to contact Nina based on other reviews, she helped me overcome my anxiety about driving very quickly and easily and she went out of her way to accommodate some specific requests that I had and got me passed in the very small time frame that I'd given myself, as I didn't want to drag out the process any longer than I had to based on my last experience! If you are nervous about driving, Nina is your instructor, but equally if you are very confident, even better, she really knows her stuff and will get you passed in no time!

Fantastic experience: I booked lessons with nina after not having some for many years she was lovely and made me feel calm and at ease with the whole process , I however decided to switch to automatic which nina fully supported and was very understanding with my choices. I would totally recommend nina to anyone who is looking for lessons and would defiantly return to nina if I wanted to do my manual at a later stage.

Fantastic experience: I found learning to drive very difficult due to my own learning difficulties - but Nina's patience, support, professionalism and warmth really was something special. She seems to have a way of working with even the hardest of pupils! I gained so much confidence and am incredibly pleased to have passed! Nina helped me to really focus and believe in myself and there is no way I could have done it without her right behind me. I recommend her to everyone!
