Well laid down curriculum and excellent presentation. I was scared of the reversing part but with your basic guide within few hours I was confident and ready for the test. I passed both on and off road test on my first attempt. I would highly recommend HGV Total Training.

Fantastic experience: Completed my HGV 2 training with Ade at HGV Total Training in Northampton. From my first interaction with Ade with him providing me my training pack for my theory tests, to the communication all the way through that process and then onto my practical test, I cannot recommend him and his company highly enough. Ade is always there even for the most simple question. I had no real experience in driving a HGV vehicle and with Ade's support I managed to pass each element first time. It was a great experience and to even have the opportunity to drive Ade's show truck unit on one of my lessons was amazing. Great company and great instructor. Fantastic experience: I was trained by Ade of HGV Total Training. I was always 10-15 minutes early for my lessons and Ade was always there ready and waiting. I really appreciate good time keeping. He kept me fully informed of exactly when my tests would be and booked them on my behalf. He really tried to get me the earliest possible test dates. I had to retake my theory (due to it expiring) and Ade managed to get my on road test booked for 2 days later. That was fantastic, and due to the intensive and informative instruction from Ade, I was able to pass my C+E first time. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: If your looking for an independent company with passion and experience who have actual real life experience on the road and in training you and not just being a number then look no further my experience with Ade the instructor was fantastic from the initial inquiry to end was absolutely 5 star all the information and sorting and booking of tests was absolutely spot on I was actually looked after and not treated like another sale like all the other company’s out there which I had spoken to As well I would highly recommend and advise using Ade not because I got the result we wanted first time which was down to the excellent instruction and calm manner but on the day of the test instilling and utilising what we learnt got to the end goal for me the whole experience was fantastic the truck was a pleasure to drive and sit in for a week and was immaculate inside and out,an all round great experience Thanks to hgv for all there hard work and passion looking forward to keeping in contact in the future

Fantastic experience: Having held my C+E licence for 20 years, but not used it professionally for quite some time since a career change, I wanted to see where my driving was at just out of personal curiosity. Having contacted them via their website, I had a phone call from Ade within a couple of hours, discussing options suited to me. I had a think about it - went with the 4 hour refresher. No pressure or chasing in getting me to book there and then. On the day, it was refreshing to see that the vehicle I used, a Mercedes Actros, was indeed a real-life, full-size vehicle, lovely and clean inside. Having been away from C+E's for so long, I was naturally nervous and hesistant, but Ade gave me pointers along the way and within 30 minutes or so, it was all coming back to me and I was starting to feel comfortable with driving them again. The manner of Ade's tuition was great, communication was clear and calm. I appreciated the flexibility of how I drive, I could be myself with feedback given if needed. Before I knew it, we were driving down narrow country lanes and through the heart of the town centre. Genuinely a real world driving refresher that I thoroughly enjoyed completing and would have no hesitation in using their services again to keep my skills alive. The day concluded with feedback, zero incidents, a big smile on my face with a real sense of self-satisfaction. Thanks!

Ade is a brilliant instructor You are not a candidate number here like at most franchised instructor companies. Ade @ HGV Total Training is a single entity. Ade is on a one to one level with you as a person. He'll find your strengths and weaknesses within your first session and he'll push you to be the best you can be Ade trained myself and my friend Dan at the same time. I already had class two qualification Dan hadn't got into a truck before. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t speak more highly of Julie and Ade at HGV total training. I recently reached out on a local group to see whether anyone had vehicles that my son could come to look at, due to this being a massive interest of his and the main thing that’s getting him to speak. Julie contacted me and said that she would be more than happy to arrange for a lorry to come close to where we live and for our son to look at and sit in if he wished. Today that happened and although he was frightened to sit in the truck, he loved looking at it and he now keeps looking at the leaflet that was given to us whilst we were there. It really warmed our hearts to know there is people out their like Julie and Ade. This was my first time ever getting into a lorry. I would definitely recommend him if you are wanting to get a hgv license

Fantastic experience: As someone who never had experience driving a HGV, Adrian was everything I could have asked for in an instructor. His calmness and teaching skills when I was nervous and making mistakes really gave me the confidence to drive, helping me improve a lot faster than I could have ever imagined.
