Negative experience: Instructor forgot to record the video of my sons first ever lesson that i paid for, I was refunded after i had to ring up and request one but not even a sorry and no reply to my email. Would never use this company again disgraceful!

Negative experience: Booked Automatic and ended up with both manual. Didn’t get any emails what so ever, confirmation nothing. When we arrived and asked was told it’s too late now to cancel we won’t get our money back either they do manual or nothing basically. Sent a message as they don’t have a phone number, when you ring the one on the website says unavailable. The message comeback saying I didn’t select the auto drop down(which i 1000% did) rude reply via email. I would say avoid due to so many issues. The kids enjoyed it in the end thanks to the instructors. But very poor experience overall.

Fantastic experience: My son met the age and height requirement, just, but to be honest he could do with being taller as had trouble reaching the clutch. The instructor was great and my son loved the experience.

Fantastic experience: I done this experience for my Godson's 10th bday, it was amazing as usual. I have done this with my own kids, my nephews and nieces for the last 14 years and they all really love the experience and still talking about it from time to time. The booking was easy, the finding the place and instructions on the website were very good. The driving instructor was very professional. My godson can't wait to go again. This tome l booked an hour and it was better -didn't feel too quick just enough time

Fantastic experience: Good instructors to teach youngsters how to steer, brake and learn clutch control in a safe environment

Positive experience: The experience is good. It is worth it. The negative is that the place is difficult to find. When suggesting to add another sign on the way, I was told in a rude way 'you are the only one to mention that'. I believe, this is not an excuse. Also, they could have some chairs for the people who waits. In any case, it is an excellent service and very professional. I strongly recommend it.

Negative experience: Made sure to arrive in plenty of time for the lesson,15 mins before the lesson got a text so say that it had been cancelled,wasted journey and very disappointed

Negative experience: Very difficult to find. No signage or directions. Map locations lead you to the wrong place. If you are late there is no flexibility on time even though they have capacity.

Fantastic experience: The experience was brilliant. I recieved the experience as a gift. The instructor was excellent and tried to help me feel comfortable in the driver's seat and was always happy to help explain it in a different way for me to help me understand. They gave great criticism when needed that helped me improve over time.

Fantastic experience: Bought as a gift for my godson, he loved it and his brother wants the same present when he hits the minimum age in two year's time.

Positive experience: I went here for my birthday present, nice place to set up a car area to drive in as its next to a mall when you finish. I went and was quite happy as it was me driving a car for the 2nd time ( I had one at my school fair.) only reason its a 4 instead of 5 is when I went there we stayed in 1st gear all the time and he didn't let me go more than 8mph. still a fun experience to say the least!

Fantastic experience: My daughter enjoyed her driving experiences here. She had never driven before and as she was 15 and wanted a head start on her learning to drive, the instructors were very understanding and super helpful.

Fantastic experience: This is a first class experience for any 10 - 17 year old wanting to drive a real life car. My son was a little anxious but the staff were fantastic and put his mind at ease (many thanks to Pat). Before long they were driving around the well laid out course getting to grips with the steering, breaking and indicating. The whole event is well organised and I would recommend the half hour session for a first time. Well done Vauxhall for a great initiative.

Negative experience: I was absolutely gutted when we arrived that we was left waiting around and they wasn't very accommodating, even though I said my son has autism and high anxiety on the comments when we booked and said again once we arrived. I have emailed them and have had no reply either which I just find rude. All my son needed was a bit of reassurance and to be on time and he could of done this experience. So sadly we ended up leaving.

Negative experience: Very negative experience, waste of time and money. Was almost a passenger in the car as the instructor did almost everything for you despite having explained to the instructor of previous experiences. Did not even get to use the pedals or change gear during level 1. The ‘circuit’ was infact a small car park . Do not make the same mistake we did, consider other experiences such as Mercedes World or an empty car park.

Positive experience: Daughter loved it. Great fun and friendly staff. Shame the in car video filming was such poor quality. Despite the video we will be back to do it again!

Fantastic experience: Great experience showing elder children and teenagers how it feels to drive before they're legally allowed on the road. Groupon often have cheap deals.

Positive experience: Really good service for giving younger kids some experience in a car and learning correct driving skills. I'm not such a fan of the new location which is an ex-carpark in Bluewater Parkway near the cinema - it's too tight and not like driving on a real road. The site near the police station was much more flexible and realistic.
