Fantastic experience: Barry has an incredible knowledge of test routes and has a concise and clear manner of teaching. I’ve had two instructors prior to joining with Barry, both of which were negative experiences. Barry, on the other hand, is polite, respectful and a calming presence to have while learning to drive. I passed first time after my lessons with Barry. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Barry is a brilliant driving instructor. I had no driving experience at all at the start of our lessons and today I passed first time with no minors! From our first lesson I felt comfortable around Barry - he's very patient and made me feel at ease straight away despite how apprehensive I was about driving. He's extremely knowledgeable about driving in Southend and taught me all of the potential pitfalls on the different test routes which really helped during my test. I also appreciated how friendly and easy to get along with Barry is (which is important when you're spending many hours in a car with someone!) I would highly recommend Barry if you're looking for an automatic driving instructor in Southend!

He was incredibly patient and explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood both the theory and practical aspects of driving. His tips on reverse parking and lane discipline were especially helpful, and I really appreciate his calm demeanor, which helped me stay relaxed during lessons. Barry made sure I was well-prepared for my driving test. I passed on my first attempt today at Southend on Sea which I attribute to his excellent teaching and encouragement.
