Negative experience: Had one lesson a couple of weeks ago which was really good and productive. I paid for a block of lessons, my first two were cancelled due to Michelle being unwell. My third lesson was due last Sunday and I can’t get hold of her. The number listed here and provided via text no longer connects. Can Michelle get into contact please? I paid a lot of money and will need a refund if lessons are no longer going forward.

Fantastic experience: Honestly felt like the most stressful part of my life trying to get this driving out the way and I really don’t think I could have done it with out the help of Michelle I would 100% recommend!!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately I have just come home to a very distressed friend and I am quite frankly gobsmacked by what he has told me about this individual and so called business (which sounds like it’s being run by a clown at the circus). Michelle is trying to offer her students a premium service through illegal means - promising her students a fast test date but having to pay a lot more for this. I can see that she also takes over 5 days to reply to a message which is quite frankly embarrassing. I could ramble on more around what my friend has just informed me but I fear she would never be able to take on another student again in her life, which ultimately I don’t want. But I’d like her to use this as a learning curve and understand that if someone is paying for a service she has a duty to honour what she is promising. Quite frankly shocked.

Negative experience: What started off with Michelle being a very attentive driving instructor quickly changed. A 4 month spell of lessons with no outcome produced. Awful customer service, awful ability to communicate with her students (3-4 working day response times) & running a scheme with another Southampton based ‘instructor’ whereby extra money is paid to skip out the DVSA & have them book the test for you. I paid Michelle for the test fee & driving test 2 months prior to any movement towards getting a test after consistently asking when this will be. After the test date had apparently come through, I received a message to say that the test had been cancelled in which she found out 5 days beforehand yet choose to withhold this information from me until finally messaging days later. Given a guilt trip & unprofessional reasoning which should not come into the equation upon consulting this matter. As a result, I asked for a full refund & informed Michelle I will no longer be using her services / entertaining her awful ability to follow through with the basic fundamentals of running a business. Would not recommend. Poor experience.

Fantastic experience: Wow wow wow. I passed my test recently and it really couldn’t have been without Michelle. I had previous instructors and it just didn’t work for me. I met Michelle and I knew I found the right instructor. She is not only patient, knowledgeable and professional but all together just a lovely person. I had the best experience and it will be something I never forget!
