Negative experience: Had one lesson a couple of weeks ago which was really good and productive. I paid for a block of lessons, my first two were cancelled due to Michelle being unwell. My third lesson was due last Sunday and I can’t get hold of her. The number listed here and provided via text no longer connects. Can Michelle get into contact please? I paid a lot of money and will need a refund if lessons are no longer going forward.

Fantastic experience: Honestly felt like the most stressful part of my life trying to get this driving out the way and I really don’t think I could have done it with out the help of Michelle I would 100% recommend!!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately I have just come home to a very distressed friend and I am quite frankly gobsmacked by what he has told me about this individual and so called business (which sounds like it’s being run by a clown at the circus). Michelle is trying to offer her students a premium service through illegal means - promising her students a fast test date but having to pay a lot more for this. I can see that she also takes over 5 days to reply to a message which is quite frankly embarrassing. I could ramble on more around what my friend has just informed me but I fear she would never be able to take on another student again in her life, which ultimately I don’t want. But I’d like her to use this as a learning curve and understand that if someone is paying for a service she has a duty to honour what she is promising. Quite frankly shocked.

Negative experience: What started off with Michelle being a very attentive driving instructor quickly changed. A 4 month spell of lessons with no outcome produced. Awful customer service, awful ability to communicate with her students (3-4 working day response times) & running a scheme with another Southampton based ‘instructor’ whereby extra money is paid to skip out the DVSA & have them book the test for you. I paid Michelle for the test fee & driving test 2 months prior to any movement towards getting a test after consistently asking when this will be. After the test date had apparently come through, I received a message to say that the test had been cancelled in which she found out 5 days beforehand yet choose to withhold this information from me until finally messaging days later. Given a guilt trip & unprofessional reasoning which should not come into the equation upon consulting this matter. As a result, I asked for a full refund & informed Michelle I will no longer be using her services / entertaining her awful ability to follow through with the basic fundamentals of running a business. Would not recommend. Poor experience.

Fantastic experience: Wow wow wow. I passed my test recently and it really couldn’t have been without Michelle. I had previous instructors and it just didn’t work for me. I met Michelle and I knew I found the right instructor. She is not only patient, knowledgeable and professional but all together just a lovely person. I had the best experience and it will be something I never forget!

Fantastic experience: I had Michelle for driving lessons and she was very supportive and helpful for getting me used to driving, from then her support carried through until I passed my test and she would always strive for me to improve my driving. Very enthusiastic about driving and always teaches the best practices to enable her students to be safe on the road. I’m so pleased to have had her as a driving instructor as it was the best experience and helped me learn so much in my time spent with her.

Fantastic experience: I learnt to drive with Michelle through an intensive course, and straight from the start she was incredibly supportive, kind, patient and funny! I am a bit of an anxious driver at times, but Michelle always made sure to reassure me. She is a really lovely person to sit besides for lessons, and is right there when you need her. I passed my test first time, all thanks to her brilliant teaching (and humor!). I will always recommend Michelle to friends who are looking to learn to drive. Thank you Michelle!

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot fault FastFwd Driving School! Michelle did not only have an adaptive teaching style to adjust to my needs, but she was also such a lovely person to learn with. She reassured me when I was very anxious and has taught me invaluable life skills. It was bittersweet passing my driving test, as it is sad I won’t be seeing her as often. She is the absolute best to learn with and the most supportive person. I am so grateful for everything she has done for me throughout the process, going above and beyond all expectations. I wouldn’t recommend anyone better to learn with!

Fantastic experience: Best driving instructor to ever do it. Incredibly inclusive of disabilities visible or not, and is amazing at making people feel seen. I feel like i’ve learned more than just to drive, a valuable life skill on its own, but many more also. Incredibly grateful for all that i have learned from her. Managed to pass first try two faults even though i was nervous beforehand.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately my driving instructor wasn't able to make my test which was in 2 weeks and I asked pretty much everyone in my area to help, i was losing hope but FastFwd was the only one who responded and came to my rescue. I was quite a nervous driver due to past experience of tests but Michelle reassured me and took away my doubt which I didn't think it was possible, she was incredible and with a very short amount of time with her she managed to finally to pass me!!! I will be forever greatful to her ❤️ I would highly recommend her, especially if you're an anxious driver, she has a calming presence about her and takes her time to learn what works best for you.

Fantastic experience: Michelle was so helpful during my lessons and made me so confident with her words of wisdom, I passed second time and Michelle was a big help within this as the lessons before really helped. The prices are amazing and id really recommend her for any new learners as she’s so good at teaching and has a fantastic way of teaching her students. I will be disheartened that the experience is over as she was the best instructor.

Fantastic experience: I highly highly recommend fastfwd driving school I was very nervous and apprehensive about my first ever driving lesson. But as soon as I got in Michelle’s car she made me feel calm and relaxed. She is supportive and gives great tips and advice. I can’t wait for my next lesson with MIchelle as she’s amazing

Negative experience: One of the worst drivers in Southampton. Speeding down Tebourba Way, undertaking drivers, rude hand gestures and faces to many other cars. We thought someone was having a bad lesson. However, after pulling up next to this car we swiftly realised it was only the instructor in the car. How can someone drive so sporadically when advertising their brand. I would highly recommend any other driving instructor!! You would probably have more beneficial lessons from a child.

Negative experience: An absolute disgrace of an instructor. Who would want to be taught by someone who consistently undertook, speeding and making faces at myself. Far from professional and should not be allowed to teach people to drive

Fantastic experience: I have learnt to drive from scratch with fast forward and passed my test this morning!!! I genuinely couldn’t recommend this driving school enough, I’ve always found lessons fun, engaging and tailored to my own personal needs. Since the beginning Michelle has always made me feel extremely comfortable and has always helped me with everything I’ve needed, often replying to texts outside of lessons to help support me. Such a lovely experience and I have to admit although proud of my success in passing I will miss my lessons a lot. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: Michelle is definitely the best instructor in Southampton. I passed my driving test yesterday on my second attempt. Michelle is patient and honest as well as very funny, so you will definitely enjoy her lessons. Also lessons are very reasonably priced compared to previous instructors in Southampton. I has over 40 hours of driving with previous instructors who told me that I was test ready, although I had not covered any test routes. Michelle introduced me to these routes and worked through all the difficult roads that examiners will take you to. I’m so grateful to her and I can only tell you to run ‍♀️ (not walk) and book her lessons.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is brilliant she has been teaching my son to drive and today he passed his driving test. we are so grateful to Michelle she was very calm and patient with him and was able to help ease his anxiety. will definitely use Michelle again for my other children. would highly recommend Fast Fwd driving school. :)

Fantastic experience: Hello this is the best driver ing school to learn with since I past this year I have for the first time driven from Southampton to Milton Keynes to visit family so this is why I recommend everyone to use this driving school to learn with MECHEL is a really good Instruckter to learn with so everyone please learn with fast Forward and you will be amazing new driver on the roads thank you for reading my message

Negative experience: I personally wouldn't recommend anyone does driving lessons with Michelle. Not only does she advise premium service and the idea that anyone can drive. The price she charges does not live up to this stand. My trying lessons where going very well with Michelle until one lesson when I was driving very well at the end of the lesson I accidentally curbed her tyre wheel. The damage very minimal and should be the type of thing you expect to happen with student drivers. A week later I asked her about another driving lesson and she said that we shouldn't continue as I didn't offer money towards the cost of the repair. She also refused to return the £122 of my which she still has in prepaid lessons which, she had no right to keep. As well as this she also asked me to pay an extra £117.64 when she has no right to charge me this. Also if the damage was this bad for her to do all of this why was accident on the 8th of July and she didnt do anything about getting it repaired till the 15th of August!! Be aware if you do driving lessons with her as since she has added liability for damage to her vehicle on top of her already premium rates. I wouldn't give her a penny more then you have to as once you do she has all the power and mess you around for weeks.

Fantastic experience: I took an intensive driving course over a week long period with Michelle. She has been the best teacher I could have asked for. From beginning the week as a nervous novice, to finishing the week with huge confidence in my driving I am very fortunate to have found her. She has vast knowledge of what to do and what not to do and I have nothing but praise for the teaching that I received. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn how to drive, whether it be weekly lessons or an intensive driving course like myself. She is very funny, easy to talk to and easy to learn from, 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is an absolutely incredible driving instructor and one of the loveliest, most patient people I’ve ever met! I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone learning to drive!! Before meeting her I had never moved a car, not even sat behind a wheel and now I feel confident driving and it won’t be long until I think about booking my test! She is an absolute joy to learn from, incredibly knowledgeable of course but also amazing at communicating the information effectively with patience and so much expertise. Fantastic experience: My experience with fastfwd is Fantastic, Michelle is an amazing driving instructor. She has been amazing with accommodating for medical and special needs. She has had experience in teaching within schools and helping people succeed. Learning to drive with Michelle brought my confidence and driving capabilities to a more professional standard. From having troubles with passed driving instructors that have knocked my confidence she has managed to get me to test standard for both theory and practice tests. She is truly amazing and a golden gem when coming down to teaching someone to drive and succeed on the roads. Keep up the good work Michelle and I would highly recommend!
