Fantastic experience: Mark has found a great balance of drilling in details where necessary, while also creating a friendly, low pressure environment during driving lessons. Within just a few lessons, everything I was unsure of was quickly slotted into place and so I was able to go into the test fully prepared and relaxed. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: From day one Mark is able to engage with you and make you feel calm and confident when you're out and about on the road. Not sure if it's his hilariously bad jokes or if he's just actually that good at his job (he is) that he was able to take someone like me who, when I first started, was very nervous about driving and turn me into someone who was able to pass first time and feel confident behind the wheel. Seriously can't recommend the Hayes Driving School enough. If you want to learn with someone who pushes you to your full potential and will be rooting for you 100% when test day comes then Mark is your man. Just be prepared to put up with his terrible banter and you'll be fine.

Fantastic experience: Mark is an incredible driving instructor. I had 2 instructors prior who I struggled with, had failed my test twice and had 0 confidence. However, 5 months with Mark and I passed my test first time with him with only 1 minor. Fast forward a year I am such a confident driver thanks to Mark and just got a job that requires me driving across the country. He makes you feel completely at ease and makes learning driving fun!

I will always remember Mark for telling me off for my speeding and he said he would be so surprised if I don’t get a speeding ticket in my first year. 7 years later I can confirm I haven’t been caught for speeding. Would recommend anyone to learn with Mark.
