Luke Fuller - Driving Lessons

Fantastic experience: Fantastic driving instructor, extremely patient and personable. Luke always made me feel comfortable during lessons, and would take time to explain things more than once, if needed. Would 100% recommend Luke as an instructor.

Fantastic experience: I've had 4 driving instructors in total and I must say, Luke is light years ahead of all of them. The reason Luke is the best instructor I have had is because he understands all your bad habits at an early stage and corrects all of them. Most instructors teach you to memorise test routes and hope you pass but Luke never did that and instead actually taught me how to drive and become a confident driver no matter which road I found myself on. He is incredible and I would recommend Luke for everyone learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: I done several months worth of lessons (1 per week) with Luke. He was an excellent instructor who always communicated well inside the car and over text when organising lessons. His instructions were simple and effective and he was very patient with me. He took me from not being able to drive at all to passing my test first time. Would highly recommend his services.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Luke Fuller as a driving instructor. I had previously taken tests and failed however I successfully passed my practical test thanks to Luke. As is the case with many learners I was struggling to get my head around maneuvers, but by the time my test came around I felt confident in my abilities across the board. What I also really appreciated was that Luke teaches you how to drive as a human and not a robot and to actually engage as a driver to make the right choices as a pose to rigid 'auto-pilot' decisions, he gives true explained reasons why we should make certain choices rather than a standard 'because it's in the highway code' (which i've had before). It can be challenging for many to find tests nowadays but Luke was also able to assist with this which took a lot of pressure off. There is plenty more I could say, but in a nutshell I could not be happier with my decision to contact Luke for lessons. Thank you so much Luke for being such an awesome instructor.

Luke was very calm and patient and explained everything in great detail which I found so useful and helped me to progress with my driving. He ensured I was well prepared for my second test which I was able to pass! Very happy with the teaching and support I received!

Fantastic experience: Luke Fuller of Driveaway School of Motoring is an excellent driving instructor. I have been learning with Luke for the past year, his extensive knowledge and experience as an instructor coupled with patient teaching style and calm manner helped me gain confidence in my ability to drive, which enabled me to pass my driving test this week. Luke was highly professional in communicating lesson times and was punctual to all lessons. Luke took time to discuss different situations we’d meet on the road during lessons and have constructive feedback on how to approach situations better for future lessons, helping me become more confident driving on different roads and in different conditions. In the later stages of my lessons, he ensured that lessons focused on what I felt I needed to develop my confidence in and wanted to recap before taking my test. I would highly recommended Luke to anyone wishing to take driving lessons in Cambridge!

Fantastic experience: Luke is a great instructor. Having driven in another country for almost a decade, there was a bit of unlearning for me to do to pass the driving test in the UK. Luke made it easy for me to do this. He didn't try to correct everything about my driving, but made sure I made the right adjustments. The mock tests were very helpful too. It was a great learning experience. To top it all off, he also helped me secure an early test slot. I passed my test with no real driving faults (just one for forgetting the light switch).

Fantastic experience: My son started to learn to drive with Luke last August and he took to it straight away. Luke was a good teacher and always manage to fit lessons at a day and time that suited my son. During all the covid lock downs and restrictions he has always been there to let us know what was happening regarding lessons and and tests. It was down to Luke managing to get a cancellation and changing my sons practical test, something we had been trying to do but with no luck, that my son has now passed and got his full licence. Could not have asked for a better driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: I started driving with Luke after failing my test with another instructor. I was really nervous at the idea of driving on my own. Luke was amazing, he helped me build my confidence and allocated lesson time to the specific areas that I needed to focus on. Throughout lockdown , Luke kept me informed about the changes to the restrictions and any news the DVLA had released which helped relieve the stress of trying to understand the changing rules.His calm approach restored my confidence as I felt I was able to make my own decisions whilst in the car which ultimately lead to me passing the first driving test I took with him. I would highly recommend him !
