Fantastic experience: Mark is an amazing instructor and mentor. I was an incredibly nervous driver and he instructed me with patience and care. I can safely say we had a great time with lots of laughs and interesting conversations alongside his diligent and attentive driving instruction. His support throughout my learning to drive was incredible, all the way through to my test date. His calm and gentle energy helped me enormously with gaining confidence to drive. I started my lessons dreading being behind the wheel and begging him to teach me whilst I was in the passenger seat…obviously not the way to pass my driving test! He eventually (after two lessons) coaxed me into the drivers seat and made sure that I knew he was supporting me at every turn. Any extra lessons I needed - he was there, supporting me and my parents to help me pass my test! In my opinion, there should be no question as to who you should learn to drive with. Mark Brown is an expert teacher, mentor and instructor. I can’t ever thank him enough.

Fantastic experience: I could not have asked for a better driving instructor. Mark, who not only provided me with the key skills to pass my test, gave me some excellent and fascinating all round knowledge on day to day things which made for more than your ordinary driving lesson. Every lesson was brilliant and he was a joy to spend time in the car with. Mark is an all round top bloke who gave me the confidence boosts I needed as well as sharing many laughs a long the way. His calm approach to situations and feedback at the end of the lessons helped me develop my skills and I only ever got better as I spent more time with him. He was always very flexible and would happily work around my busy timetable between here and university which I appreciated so much. I genuinely will miss having lessons with Mark but now I will look out for his car when I’m out on the roads! For the final time, many, many thanks Mark for everything!

Fantastic experience: Just passed my test today with Mark. Honestly, only have positive things to say. I have had 2 previous instructors, however, neither helped me progress as much as Mark has. He is always calm, understanding and puts you at ease. Another positive is his time keeping and organisation, he will always make sure to inform you on upcoming lessons and is very thorough. Fantastic experience: Mark is a very knowledgeable and professional driving instructor. An expert in his work. Mark has given my daughter driving lessons and they have been exceptionally brilliant (10/10) to get her to pass with a full understanding of all the knowledge, confidence and skill. Not only is Mark an amazing at teaching, he is cool, calm, collected, a true professional, down to earth, great banter, motivational, the sort of person you would want by your side in any life situation. Mark is also very patient when it comes to his students learning as well as very encouraging and wanted them to thrive through their experience. He is an absolutely astonishing teacher as he really cares about his students and their lessons and wellbeing. His advice is always spot on. He knows what needs doing and advices on techiniques tailored for your needs. Mark is always on time, makes full use of the time and gives you advice on what to practise when going out for private lessons with a parent. Mark keeps great communication throughout with myself and my daughter making sure every involved is kept up to date with progress and great advice. My daughter and I 100% recomend using Mark for your driving lessons. Thankyou so much Mark. You been amazing throughout.

Fantastic experience: There are people who care about the job they do and the people they interact with doing that job and Mark is definitely one of these; sadly a dying breed these days. He was so professional in his teaching of my son, despite the fact that he failed first time with one major and two minor faults. Four weeks later he passes with zero minor faults. Fantastic experience: Mark is an amazing instructor. Patient and calming but also has a great sense of humour. His teaching methods are second to none. I am a 54yr old woman who passed her driving test on the first attempt yesterday and that was largely down to Mark and his confidence in my ability. Fantastic experience: I would recommend Mark at drive Pendle to anyone, personally, I think he is one of the best AA trained driving instructors in Pendle. He is very respectable, reliable, friendly, patient and also knowledgeable about what he does he explains everything in a very clear and simple way. Plus he has a good sense of humour. I can't thank him enough for helping me pass my test the second time with only two minors!

Fantastic experience: I have been learning to drive on and off since I turned 17. Through the years I've had about 7 or 8 different teachers. Mark is the best. The best by a long way. He's calm: Mark never once raised his voice, not even his eye brows. I very nearly pulled out and hit a car at a junction, and he remained calm and explained my error. Not only is he calm but he also emits a radiance of calm which is very helpful to new and/or nervous drivers He cares: He went above and beyond to make sure I was ready for my test, to squeeze in extra lessons for me and let me take my test in his car on his day off. He's an amazing teacher: I just had a few lessons with him and went from being a nervous, pretty rough around the edges driver, to a calm and collected driver able to pass my test with only 2 faults. He's a 0% BS kind of guy: I never felt like he was giving anything other than true feedback about my driving, how many lessons I needed, etc. He's also super lovely and not weird - unlike all the other driving instructors I've had - which is a bonus. To sum it up : Not only did I pass quickly and confidently, I'm also a much better, safer driver because of Mark's tuition. My feeling is that the name of the company should be changed to 'Safe Hands Driving School' as I felt at every moment that I was in safe hands with Mark. And now, thanks to Mark, I'm happy to say that my kids will be in safe hands with me at the wheel! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

Fantastic experience: Drive Pendle has a brilliant instructor who's very organised, always on time, explains things well, and is just a very nice and down to earth person. Fantastic experience: What can I say, Mark is an instructor in a million. He is kind, respectful, knowledgeable, patient and an all round great human being. Prier to meeting mark I was with an instructor for about 2 years however due to personal reasons he had to suddenly retire but it was only 5 weeks until my test. I was then put in a difficult situation of having to either cancel my test and wait for a year or try and find another instructor, and by god I am thankful I found Mark. Thanks to his expertise and his great way with people he helped me to pass first time with only 4 minors and that was after only spending 4 or 5 lessons with him. So all I have to say is Mark, thank you very much from myself and my family. Mark is an instructor I would highly recommend to anybody.

Fantastic experience: Mark taught my son how to drive from scratch. I was very impressed with him from the start as I was kept up to date with my sons progress on a regular basis. Within 5 months Mark had trained my son to a very high standard and he passed first time with just two minors. My son really enjoyed every lesson as Mark made him feel at ease from the very start. Fantastic experience: Think it's safe to say Mark is probably The Best instructor you can have! He explains things very well, he gives you regular feedback on your driving, he's dedicated, experienced, patient, calm, friendly, none judgemental and just really fun to be around too! I used to think I would hate my driving lessons, but it has turned out to be the complete opposite! Honestly can NOT recommend enough, Im so grateful!

Fantastic experience: If you take lessons from Mark you will pass your test when you take it. Of that there is no doubt. He has a great manner and patience. His instruction is well thought out and explained. All of his comments are fair and responding to them will bring on your driving immeasurably. During my time with him he was very accommodating of my personal schedule/circumstances and for that I am extremely grateful. Looking back he helped turn something I thought would be stressful into something I could enjoy, it was like driving with a friend. I cannot recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: hi ive recently passed my test with Mark and have nothing but good things to say about him. first of all i only did 6 lessons before my test and passed first time. which personally i think is very good and shows he is a very competent instructor hes a really nice all round guy and excellent at hes job.
