Negative experience: Followed a lone instructor through part of town today. Jumped a red light without a second thought. 1/10 - would not recommend

For me getting the British DL was a difficult thing mainly because I was already driving back in my home country and unlearning and relearning was the process I have to go through. Fantastic experience: I had an urgent need for a crash course in driving and was fortunate enough to find Mr. Kumar. He dedicated considerable effort to fine-tune my skills, especially on the Swindon roundabouts, enhancing my steering control and overall road awareness in line with UK driving regulations. Coming from Pakistan, my prior driving experience was vastly different, requiring significant adjustments to align with local rules. Mr. Kumar adeptly tackled my ingrained habits, swiftly smoothing out my shortcomings in just three days. Despite my initial challenges, I managed to pass with only seven minor faults, three of which were related to appropriate speed, predominantly within residential areas, I was driving slower than I should have been. Additionally, there were faults attributed to hesitation, planning, observation, and gear usage. I am sure these would get rectified with time. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Kumar for accommodating my urgent schedule changes and devoting his time to ensure I adapted swiftly to the UK driving style. Overall, Mr. Kumar's focused guidance, flexibility, and commitment enabled me to grasp the nuances of driving in the UK efficiently, helping me overcome challenges and succeed in a remarkably short span of time.

Fantastic experience: Second to none. I've had several driving teachers in the past, but Kumar tops them all. He's very nice and most importantly a very good teacher. I did 7 hours with Kumar, and I passed my test today. Great teacher, that offers a very great service. I'll definitely recommend.

This is because, regardless of your experience level, Kumar will explain every detail to you, showing you practically how it is done. From roundabouts to junctions to all the manoeuvres, he finds ways to simplify the most difficult parts of driving. At Kumar driving school, there’s so much attention to detail such that, when certified test ready, you are almost guaranteed a pass. More importantly, his last lesson’s instincts never go wrong, you are most likely going to do exact same things and go same route on your test day..
