Fantastic experience: Been learning to drive with Sarah for a while now whilst being in uni and working part time she made it easy for me to learn and accommodated lessons around both. Picking me up and starting from different locations made it easy. Thanks for being my driving instructor and venting space as well as the pass! All the best highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I passed first time and went on to do my Pass Plus with Sarah - she’s great!! She’s a calm, kind and down to earth instructor who put me really at ease when I was just starting out. I couldn’t thank her enough for the confidence she’s given me to feel like a safe and competent driver which has had such a positive impact on my life. She didn’t just teach me what I needed to pass, but also really listened to what I wanted to be able to drive for, and incorporated this into our lessons to further build my confidence. Would recommend her in a heartbeat for anyone wanting to learn!

Fantastic experience: I had the best driving experience with Nigel, I only needed 9/10 refresher lessons and I passed my test with only 3 minors! He was patient and the skills he taught me were easy to remember and allowed me to be a safe and responsible driver. 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: Having had about 20 hours of automatic lessons with Nigel, I could not recommend Drive Tyne highly enough. He is a patient, very helpful and super competent instructor as well as being a lovely, outgoing gentleman, and I always felt relaxed and comfortable when out driving. He has also created online resources for various routes which are really useful. Had I not been moving to Manchester, I would have loved to stay with Drive Tyne until it was time for my test. If I can find a new instructor half as good as Nigel, I'll consider myself lucky!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Drive Tyne enough. I had the pleasure of Sarah teaching me manual, and I managed to pass after 4 months of lessons. I'm now a qualified driver before other schools have followed up after I joined their waiting list. After previously using a separate driving school, I can attest to the high quality of professionalism, knowledge, and communication on offer here. From the first lesson, I felt like I was in safe hands, and by the time I got to my test, I honestly wasn't too nervous as I had been prepared so well. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this is an amazing driving school, if you have ever had previous instructors and not felt confident this is your place, my driving instructor Sarah was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable, she made me feel at ease straight away. Fantastic experience: I’ve had such an amazing experience driving with Tyne Drive School of Motoring! Sarah has been an absolutely fantastic instructor. I passed after my first attempt yesterday and couldn’t have done it without her support and encouragement. The lessons are extremely well structured! Time is left at the end of every lesson to discuss progress and areas you would like to work on which is then noted down and used to plan future lesson, which was very helpful for me and gave me time to watch videos on a particular area we would be covering. Every element of driving was covered thoroughly and practiced strategically throughout the course of taking my lessons which meant we were able to cover everything regularly and keep on top of my knowledge and practice. I feel like I will be able to drive confidently and safely by myself now that I have my license which is the most important thing! Thank you again for everything

Fantastic experience: I had lessons with Sarah over a period of two years with a big break in between. Throughout all my lessons she has always been kind, calm and respectful, and an excellent instructor. She has additional resources to help with trickier bits, such as map printouts for harder roundabouts and the full list of answers for the show and tell me questions. She is also friendly and easy to chat to, and creates a learning environment that is reassuring and supportive. Glad to say I passed my test on my first attempt. I would 100% recommend. Fantastic experience: I learnt to drive with Drive Tyne School of Motoring in 2020/21 and I could not recommend the school enough. Sarah (driving instructor) is a great teacher, utilising many different techniques to teach people the skills they need to both pass their theory/practical tests and learn to drive. I felt safe and comfortable driving with her as well as making mistakes Andy then learning from them. Sarah is extremely professional and organised and is very accommodating to her pupils, even throughout the COVID pandemic. Sarah is very knowledgable of the Gosforth, Elswick and Gateshead area which was great for learning to drive in different areas and on different roads. I could not recommend Drive Tyne School of Motoring enough . Many thanks to Sarah!
