Fantastic experience: My instructor (Mehran) made learning to drive a fantastic experience. I passed with only three minors and could not recommend him and Easypass enough! Very professional, friendly and understanding.

Negative experience: One of their instructors reversed into my car while queuing in traffic, got out to check her own vehicle, and drove off without speaking to me. Not really what students should be learning!

Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test this morning after the intensive course. At times it looked like I would not be able to take the test but my instructor really helped me and motivated me to push on. A late burst into the box for a late diving header was the analogy used and I feel it sums it up beautifully. I would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I took 70 hours with this school. The first 50 hours were with a femaleinstructor. In fact, she wasted some time for me, but I will not mention her name. After that, I contacted the school and said, “I want another instructor ” They sent to me Shaam instructor number. He is a very patient and very kind person. I am very grateful to him, his patience, and his consideration. He worked well on my weak points in driving, and thank God I overcame them and took the driving test and passed. I recommend Instructor Shaam to everyone. His car is very good to drive and easy to learn and pass the driving test. Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test today at Gosforth Test centre. I had a lot of bad habits from my abroad driving, but my driving instructor Mehan helped me to change all those habits. He was always punctual and gives me good guidance and instructions. It took a lot of time for me to fix the problems in the roundabout like signal, lane discipline, etc but finally I was able to PASS the test in my first attempt with one minor. Fantastic experience: Mehran is a great instructor, I passed first time with only 3 minors. He helped me feel so prepared and confident for my exam, but also showed me it was useful being nervous was too be cautious and safe on the roads. Positive experience: I passed my driving test on 1-Mar-2024 with Farshad as my instructor. It was a good experience and Farshad taught me everything that I needed to learn to pass the test. Negative experience: Worst experience I ever had. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Poor customer service. Farshad was my instructor and all I can say is he should NEVER be an instructor — rude, sexist and condescending. Not patient at all which is all you need when you’re trying to learn. He would talk you down and crush every bit of confidence that you have. Told me from the get go that i cannot cancel lessons in short notice but he cancelled on me a lot of times. He cut our lessons early in few occasions because “he’s tired”. He was taken aback when I asked how could I get those hours back and started to be defensive and mad since then. This man seriously triggered my anxiety big time. I used to be nervous and worried before having my lessons. I tried putting up with it as I did not want to waste my time, energy and money but Farshad is that vile I had to cancel all my hours with this company altogether.

Negative experience: I got very bad experience today with them . I don't recommend this anybody I booked lesson and we agreed to meet at Esso for refresher course lesson I was at Esso west road and sent my location to instructor. He reply me after 10 minutes that i should be at Esso in town center Newcastle , that is just 5 minutes drive , i request to pick me up he refused and 20 minutes past and i said i am coming by bus but he didn't reply , later on talk to someone in office they said your time is over even you booked for 2 hours our time for waiting is 15 minutes . Waist of money .

Fantastic experience: I recently succeeded in my driving test, and it's all thanks to Mehran. He is an outstanding driving instructor, demonstrating remarkable attention to the details I needed to improve. I had a lot of bad habits from my past experience as a driver abroad, which he pointed out and worked with me to leave them behind. Lane discipline, especially in roundabouts, and looking at all blind spots before signalling any manoeuvre, are things any driver would consider obsessive but are necessary to master to pass the test. Without his guidance, I would have not passed the test, as I would have continued with my former bad habits. Other than the technical approach, Mehran strength resides in his honest desire for his students to succeed. He does care for our progression and outcomes, and that makes him great. I wholeheartedly endorse Mehran and Easy Pass for anyone aiming to clear their Driving test.

Negative experience: Personally not recommended. Neil R. is a very rude instructor, I don’t think he is qualified. Not patient, challenging, irritable. You will lose the confidence in driving on the road. Fortunately, just paid one hour 40£ though is expensive than general price in Durham(booked with him, not the driving school). Although I messaged him I was learned to do the left/right junctions, roundabouts etc, I told him it’s been a long time since my last sessions -hope he can bear with me if I am not driving well and happy to get start with his session as a new pupil, and I won’t rush anything. He’s still challenging and uses abusive language-fxxk…

Fantastic experience: Great driving school with very good communication and solid, professional instructors. I was able to pass my driving test first attempt thanks to the thorough efforts and expert mentorship of my instructor Mehran, who I would recommend to anyone pursuing their full driving license. Mehran is a professional who is not just skilled in teaching rules of the road and use of the car, but also in proactively developing the self confidence and mental conditioning required to successfully complete the driving exam, and immediately jump into the world of driving. Can't reccomend the service enough, five stars.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just passed My driving test thanks to Mehran. I couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor,very patient positive,calm,and composed,which instantly put you at ease. From the first lesson learning the basics to more difficult manoeuvres his knowledge is exceptional with a method for each manoeuvre which always worked. His positive attitude and faith in me whilst chatting before test gave me the confidence and determination to pass, Not only a great instructor but a really nice guy, a real gentleman. I would not hesitate to recommend Mehran and Easy Pass for anyone wanting to pass their Driving test.

Negative experience: Whilst my instructor Michael was good while we had lessons, he cancelled three lessons due to illness and took leave totalling nine weeks over the period (holidays and bereavement). I told the company I had to pass by the start June due to my career and by the end of August was still not anywhere near due to these absences. I was informed that the instructor would be taking more time off and subsequently lost my job as a result of the time it was taking to pass. I am currently trying to get my money back and escalating the case as I've had no contact since requesting a refund. I have been charged for cancelling when my friend died suddenly, even though the instructor had taken months off and cancelled at short notice on more than one occasion. I was never offered an alternative instructor during these times off and the workload seemed overwhelming. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: When I applied for my first class I thought I can just drive for a couple of hours and pass the test - because I had driving experience from India. However, in order to upgrade my driving skills to UK standard, there were many adjustments to be made. To do this Easypass has offered me one of their coolest instructors - Mehran. He understood my needs and why I take some decisions. To improve my driving and decision making, he gave me more information and perspective. His friendly and fun behaviour made the lessons a smooth ride as I progressed my driving. He told me, "John, expect to get the hardest route, train yourself to manage it. You shouldn't just pass, when you drive, make it yours & put a stamp on it." Finally, the day came to focus the money I spend, time I used & the efforts we made. 40 minutes passed just like . Driving examiner told me: John congratulations, you passed the test with NO FAULTS. Yes I put my stamp on it. Thank you Mehran & Easypass. I wish the best to everyone who reads this and recommended my instructor.

Fantastic experience: I started taking lessons with Farshad two weeks ago after taking 10 hours of manual lessons with a previous private instructor. Farshad has managed to teach me more than I had learned previously and has taught me to drive confidently. My old instructor didn’t allow me to progress much from a beginner but Farshad has pushed me to learn so much in little time. He makes sure that i learn something new every lesson. He is very thorough and patient. An instructor i’d recommend to any people looking for automatic lessons.

Negative experience: I spent thousands with EasyPass so you don’t have to EasyPass’ system is incredibly unprofessional and unorganised. Instructors are never on time as it’s one student straight after another, their schedule doesn’t include any breaks and therefore runs into lesson time you pay. Hectic, inflexible and pressuring. Starting off, my driving instructor kept wanting me to do 4 hours of lessons straight. The quicker you drain your hours, the more they’ll be up your neck telling you to keep refilling to fill their free slots. I once drove to the indoor Metrocentre parking lot so my driving instructor could fix a phone that took well over 20 mins. Nearer to my test, I had to take the bus a couple of times to meet at a place convenient for him. Muhammad told me he’s the only one in the company available for my area. The entire system revolves around his schedule and what ONLY works for him. He forgot my test week and had no slots available, but later told me that he did and was near my area but chose not to contact. One day before the test he told me I wasn’t ready, despite being confident in me the week before. He rang his manager to stop me from going to the test, but they didn’t pick up. I was asked to parallel park in the test, but Muhammad only taught me the day before as he said they wouldn’t ask. After failing my test, his face was all grim because I ruined his pass rate. If you’d like a money-minded manipulative service where you’re the one being controlled, EasyPass is perfect for you. What baffles me is that they don’t even bother hiding how desperate they are for your money. One lesson, a white EasyPass car was following behind pretty closely. Muhammad proceeded to say ‘If you were doing your test he could have made you fail’. I wanted to laugh, the whole company is a joke. Absolutely DO NOT waste your time and hard-earned money on EasyPass. I wish I can give it zero stars. My instructor Muhammad treated our lessons like a social event, which I was not very happy about. I was even once coerced to sit inside of Costa’s with him. He’d suggest taking more lessons with him after passing, and that we could always drive to another city together. ‘I feel like you girls always make excuses, just accept your fault’ he once joked. One time driving on a pavement, he got out dramatically to check his bumper. I don’t recall seeing anything there but he told me to get out and look anyway, and continued to stand outside for a good 10 mins while I sat in the car. The focus wasn’t really on me as a customer, more about how precious his car was to him.

Fantastic experience: My instructor (Simon) has been so great throughout with his appropriate guidance and ensured that I practice it and execute it to perfection. He has been so professional and consistent with his approach which made learning the techniques and executing it easy. He is an excellent instructor who really cares about his pupils and will go that extra mile to make sure you are confident to get your passed certificate. Thank you so much Simon, you have been such a wonderful instructor.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with the company after I was let down by Pass and Go. PnG were unable to find me an instructor after booking my lessons over 6 months in advance. Michael took me on for 20 hours of intensive lessons with 2 weeks notice and I was able to pass in a week. Customer service was great and a friendly instructor who taught me very well.

Fantastic experience: I passed with Michael. I was quite a nervous driver before starting with my instructor but Michael was extremely patient and went above and beyond in his teaching methods to ensure i was confident and test ready. I couldn't recommend this company enough for driving lessons.

Negative experience: Charged 40 hours, received 35 hours, cancelled on more than 5 times, he turned out late almost every time. Very money driven, greedy, unreliable instructor ALEX, who cancelled on me many times, even after the lesson was due to begin. Because of that, I had to move my driving test three times. When I had to cancel the session once due to poor health, he charged me without letting me know. When I provided 42 hours notice to rearrange a lesson, since it was within 48 hours, he was going to charge me for a lesson I couldn’t attend. Apparently, you have to give him at least 48 hours notice before cancellation due to the agreement, but he doesn’t. When he cut one lesson short due to poor weather, he said we could use this one hour session in the future, when the time came, he said he wouldn’t do a session of one hour, and I would have to purchase another batch of lessons in order to use that one hour.

Fantastic experience: I can not thank my instructor Michael enough! I had just 9 lessons with him and passed first time 2 months after my 17th birthday which wouldn’t have been possible without his knowledge and teaching. Highly recommend easy pass!!

Fantastic experience: Passed today with Muhammad. After several instructors who were very neurotic and "old school", Muhammad was so much cooler and calmer, within the first couple of hours with him he'd addressed issues I'd struggled with for absolutely ages. He's super friendly and approachable, he really wants you to pass just as much as you do yourself! The school may have higher prices, but you get your moneys worth, and for an extra few pounds per 2 hour session its worth it. They took me from nervous learner to confident driver! I fully recommend!

Negative experience: Worst company ever, do not waste your time or money. Paid £60 for lessons, got told someone would be intouch, never heard a thing, after calling multiple times with no answer i went to the main office where it said they are based on the website, pinetree centre in birtley. I was told they wernt even based there. Tried calling several times only to have my phone calls cancelled, after sending a text messaging threatining to phone the police as i thought this is a scam, finally had an instructor call me, his name was fazel, or something like that, only to have him tell me he was fully booked and have him shout at me down the phone when i when i said it was a very poor service. Was told (thats just my opinion) before he rudely hung up on me. Then had the office call me 10 mins later, to claim they knew nothing about what was going on, and they had been asking an instructor to get in touch with me for days apparently. Worst service and zero comunication. Currently waiting on a refund!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Paul T. Paul has been brilliant teacher from the start of our lessons. He explained everything very clearly and gave me great tips which boosted my confidence. Paul is very patient as I tend to panic when under pressure he knew how to calm me down and explain very well what went wrong and how to improve for next time. Now that I am getting my own car I can't express how happy I am with what I have learned from Paul and I can't thank him enough.

Negative experience: For Newcastle: They don't have good instructor, They are absolutely money minded. I have a covid and as a responsible person in community i intimate them a day before to cancel my booking for two days and at later stage easy pass said they won't give two days of classes back and even instructors are very rude. I won't recommend to choose easy pass.

Negative experience: I booked two hours with Farshad in March, and it was the worst experience of my life. This men is incredibly rude!! He will destroy every bit of confidence you have!! Just a vile person. Just because you can drive, it doesn’t mean you should be a driver instructor. Avoid him at all cost!! We didn’t even finished the two hours I begged him to take me home.

He was patient and an excellent intstructor explaining everything and breaking things down so they were easy to understand. Had a few lessons with a different company and switched to EasyPass and its the best decision I've made. I had a driving test booked for 4 weeks time when i took my first lesson with him and was thinking of knocking it back but he told me not to and he would get me ready in time. He was very patient and helped me pass my driving test as i previously had 3 test which i failed (with different instructors) paul helped me a lot to build my confidence with driving. I would 100% recommend paul to anyone who is learning to drive.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service. Never seen worse than that, they should change their phone operators. I already paid for 10 lessons as they recommended me. They told me once you pay we will call you to appoint your lessons. They didn't call for two days. After that once I called them they didnt bother to say even sorry about that, and they told me will call you after 2 hours which they didn't. Once I called them the following day they where so rude by just saying "what can I do for you", after paying you money what you can do for me!!! Something wrong with these women on the operator, I don't care what's the reason if its racism or something else, but this is the worst customer service I ever seen. Finally I asked for refund and she didn't ask hesitate in saying it will take 7 days to do that. Very bad customer service.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend easy pass to anyone who’s looking to pass there test I passed today first time with no miners and I can say I Wundt of been able to do it with out the help of Paul he’s calm ...patient and always made me feel comfortable gave me confidence I honestly cudnt of done it without him so thank you to both easy pass and Paul x
