Fantastic experience: Passed with confidence. I am a pco TFL driver currently changed the licensing to Watford council and I passed my driving assessment. Thanks to my instructor Franco who gave me the confident driving lessons. I would recommend pco drivers who wish to join licensing council to do 2 hours local driving test beforehand
