Fantastic experience: My mum was doing her driving lessons with Lucy. Mum was always very happy with the way Lucy has been helping her , was always caring and patient with her. It took my mum a long time to pass because of family related issues which has been on and off but Lucy was still always very helpful and accommodating at all times. So mum has passed her driving on 21.08.2024 and we couldn’t be happier. We really appreciate all her help. Thank you again and time to buy my mum a car and get her on the road!!! xxxx

Fantastic experience: As someone who struggles with anxiety, i really struggled with gaining the confidence to even start lessons. As soon as i started my lessons with lucy i felt at ease completely, lucy is extremely understanding so that was reassuring. Lucy made me become a confident, independent driver - i passed 1st time thanks to her.

I have been through a few instructors and she is by far the best. She is so patient and understanding and really teaches you to drive and not just pass. I couldn’t recommend her more. I returned to driving lessons after having given up learning 15 years ago and she put me at ease and made my lessons something I looked forward to (which was not the case with previous instructors!). I had to stop learning with her after 6 months as I moved across the country but would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to learn to drive.

Fantastic experience: Well I can’t thank my instructor Lucy enough for everything she did, even when not on lessons she was there to help via WhatsApp etc, when I first started out I was really nervous and struggled with bad anxiety, Lucy’s energy really put me at ease very quickly and I felt comfortable right from the beginning and all the way to the end and never once felt like I was being judged or annoying her with my mistakes. I passed first time with the help of Lucy and I couldn’t be happier!

Negative experience: Simply terrible service. Zhan there new instructor is a very rude aggressive man on the phone. Bringing his family life into the topic when all I wanted was the lessons I’d been waiting on for well over a week. Will defiantly be looking elsewhere for lessons. Think safedrive need to thoroughly check who they employ.

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience with my instructor Lucy, who I found was a very calm and collected and well informed instructor. I had 10 lessons with her for very good value and passed first time! I’m pretty sure that had I not had such a good instructor such as her then I believe I wouldn’t have got the result that I did. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I really can't praise your instructor (Lucy Norris) enough! After many years of putting it off, I finally decided to bite the bullet and go for it, and I glad I am that I did. I had preconceived ideas that instructors were like drill sergeants or Miss Trunchbull from 'Matilda' but I couldn't have been more mistaken. From the very first day Lucy made me feel so comfortable and at ease with her effusive personality. She made driving pleasurable and whilst thorough in her teaching, she always makes you feel relaxed. Thanks to Lucy I passed my test almost with distinction, whilst I'm delighted to have passed I'm kind of sad I won't get to have any more lessons with her. I genuinely hand on heart can't recommend her enough, Thanks a trillion Lucy ❤
