Negative experience: I paid upfront for 10 hours ( 5 lessons) for refresh my driving before my test. After one lesson with the meanest , most rude and unprofessional instructor from their school I give her ( yes that was a woman) another chance but I finish my lesson after 10 minutes as she still she was rude and extremely mean Highligly not recommended!

I have been trying to get my licence for 10 years with multiple failed attempts with other instructors. Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Received a call and arranged a lesson for 4pm on Thursday 11 January starting at Morden Station - only for my instructor to be a no show and neither text or call me to explain what has occurred. What a joke and a waste of time, go elsewhere so that your hours are not treated like a plaything by someone too, absolutely awful service.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Zee, I just passed my driving test in Morden with only 4 minors! After failing my first test with a different instructor, I was recommended Zee. He took me through everything I needed to pass in a clear and simple way as well as polishing my driving based on my previous test faults. One thing that Zee does, is do a lot of mock tests which really prepared me for my test and what to expect. I would highly recommend Zee to anyone who is looking for a knowledgable and patient instructor!

Fantastic experience: Zee was a fantastic instructor and helped me pass my driving test with very few minors!! After trying a few other instructors, I had the most confidence with Zee in helping me pass my test. He was encouraging and supportive but also his teaching is top-quality meaning every lesson I learnt something new! He helped develop my confidence on the roads and taught me all of the skills I needed to succeed and also ensured we practised mock tests to put my nerves at ease on test day. Fantastic experience: When I say come to this driving school I mean it. I PASSED FIRST TIME with only 6 Hours with my instructor. He was so patient with me and cut straight to the fundamentals to pass my test. I wasn’t confident at all and had tons of serious faults in the mock tests, but dreams do come true if you put the effort and energy into your test. Fantastic experience: Mr Shah is simply brilliant! Here are some reasons why: 1. He really respected my time and money by always arriving on time and being as productive in the lessons as possible. His reliability is flawless. 2. He teaches you how to pass and doesn't waste time on anything else. You don't do random routes, he knows what test routes are most likely to come up at the time of your test, so you would get the best practice for your test as possible. 3. Extremely experienced. Mr Shah drove buses for 20 years, he knows how to drive safely. The value is that he is able to explain his intuition and experience really well. Lessons are expensive and its hard to get experience as a learner too, so this emphasis on his teaching stye is gold. 4. He's got loads of contacts. So you can get a test date and pass ASAP. 5. His car has so many features that assists with manual driving, it was an absolute life saver in the test. A very student friendly car.

Fantastic experience: Had bad experiences with 2 previous instructors and thought I would never be able to pass. But thanks to Mr Mudassar he boosted up my confidence, was very patient with me & prepped me well for the exam. I passed my exam with just one minor fault! Best driving school by far

Negative experience: I’ve left a review on another connect page but very unprofessional and communication is lacking. I have requested a refund for the remaining hours they owe me however the instructor is ignoring me. Avoid this company, time wasters and wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: Terrible service I requested very clearly that I would like manual lessons for my partner, after waiting months NOSHEEN shows up and unbeknown to me it was an automatic car, my partner was unaware that it should of been manual but when I asked NOSHEEN to explain why she was in an automatic she stated she only does automatic?!?! I spoke to her and stated very clearly it should be manual no idea why she took the job knowing she only does auto! She's £60 better off now for providing a lesson that is useless to us, when I complained to the company all I got was a guy with barely distinguishable "English" I very poor company do not use THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Best driving school! I had a terrible experience with the previous school and had very little confidence. Mr Mudassar is extremely calm, patient and with each lesson, I gained confidence to sit for the test. I passed on my first go and this would not have been possible without the best instructor! Highly recommended!

He is always on time and his explainations are awesome and he helps you a lot with your weaknesses. Moreover, he is very polite and a good person to have a little laugh. Fantastic experience: I started to learn to drive with Mr Shah at Connect Driving School after 7 years of failed attempts at driving so my confidence levels were initially very low but Mr Shah was very encouraging and supportive and so within a few months I had passed my test. I have noticed other instructors from other schools are sometimes distracted by their phone during driving lessons but this was never the case with Shah. I felt that Mr Shah was always paying full attention to my driving and this was motivating for me. Shah knows his driving techniques very well. I found that as long I followed his methods exactly all the manoeuvres which I used to find difficult seemed to work perfectly. Once I even damaged Mr Shah's car tyres as I hit a curb and so he would have to replace is before a test the next day but he was not even slightly angry with me. He was very kind and understanding. I really enjoyed my lessons with Mr Shah and would thoroughly recommend him to others learning to drive. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I came to Connect Driving School lacking in confidence. I had found learning with my previous instructor really stressful to the point that I was starting to dislike driving. I have to say, all that changed when I changed instructors. My instructor, Mr Shah, is a great instructor. He is a patient, understanding and a highly skilled instructor, who enabled me to regain my confidence. I really enjoyed my experience as a learner with Connect Driving School.
