Fantastic experience: It was absolutely worth traveling from Glasgow to attend Jim Mair Driver Training. The week was truly enjoyable, and my instructor David was class, making the process a joy. Thanks to John for helping to ease the nerves on test day.

Fantastic experience: Just recently passed my class 1 with Jim and his guys and they were excellent all week. Every staff member is welcoming and make you feel at ease. I done 4 days with Kenny and it was a pleasure to learn from him, his knowledge and how he puts everything across helps you understand exactly how you need to tackle the roads, it’s amazing what you can achieve in 4 days when you have the right person beside you. I highly recommend these guys and I’ve already spoke with my boss about trying to get more people booked up with them. If you’re looking to go for any sort of license then look no further. Appreciate everything and keep doing what yous are doing. Great job

Fantastic experience: Giving 5 stars is not enough to give for a training provided by JimMair Driver Trainig. Never met a trainer like John Reed before who can train with passion and go beyond to make sure whoever he trains is succesfull. He is a Legend. Lots of fun and amazing jokes. Some imaginary signages and deep potholes. There is no better place to get your licence. Thank you again for your support and making it possible in a realy short notice.

Fantastic experience: Completed my class 2 training and test Year later I did a cpc update course at jim mairs then I returned to jim mairs training centre to do my class 1 training and completed my test and passed my class 1 Every single person at jim mairs training centre are absolutely fabulous they help you all the way from start to finish and in a real caring approach and professional Thankyou so much to all the team at jim mairs training centre just champions thankyou I highly recommend you use jim mair for your training

Fantastic experience: I messaged 3 training firms and Jim Mair was the only place that got back to me with the answers to the questions that I had so I choose them for my training. From the office staff to the instructors everything was spot on. Great bunch of people. I mainly delt with Sheree through email at first and she was brilliant. My instructor Davie was also brilliant. I would highly recommend using this company for any training that they offer.

Fantastic experience: A great experience last two weeks doing my straight to C+E. Be prepared for a very intense course. Neil Mair was an excellent teacher with the right balance of encouragement and giving you a talking too when needed. Of course I passed in the end.

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you Jim Mair driving training. I was very lucky to have Jim’s son and Jim Mair himself for 2 days training. Then I was with Kenny for the remaining days. What a fantastic Instructor. Bags of knowledge and experience. Patients of a saint. Definitely a subject matter expert. I passed my test on the 12th August. With 27yrs Class 2 behind me, I’ve managed to get Class 1 work doing double manned driving. I would highly recommend Jim Mair driver training to anyone who’s thinking of going for their HGV license.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Jim Mair driver training. I recently passed my HGV class 1. From the moment I got in touch with the company, it was a good experience. The office staff guided me through the first stages with ease and answered my questions thoroughly. As for John my instructor. He was great. Fantastic experience: Excellent Class 1 Training, Kenny was top class! Passed my Class 1 first time, it was intense, but on the day I felt more than capable under test conditions due to Kenny's training. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Recently completed my B+E driving course here - managed to complete the one day training course, which was very thorough and set me up well for the test the next day. The team were very attentive to detail and advised me on many areas to help build my knowledge in this area, which made me feel confident going into the test - which I`m pleased to say that I passed first time.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! Get really anxious when doing courses and tests but that wasn't the case here. First drive, all bad habits and worry shone through but passed with only 1 signalling minor. Did my b+e with Neil who was great professional and very calming. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Great job

Fantastic experience: Twenty years of bad habits and the instructor was able to pick them out and get me on the right track. I just passed my C1 first time with only a couple of minor faults. Harry knew exactly how to get us thinking and being more advanced drivers and I can’t thank him enough. My co learner also passed and agin with only a couple of minors. My overall experience with the drive school was just amazing and way beyond just the teaching. All the staff were super friendly and nothing was too much effort. In my opinion this should be your number one choice. Thanks everyone and especially to Harry. Best Wishes Martin
