Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test today with Paul Corinaldi and I could not thank him enough for everything he has done with me . His teaching style is clear and informative , making me feel confident to drive with him in lessons and also on my own now that I have passed . He is patient and understanding when learning and if mistakes are made he is calm and talks you through the errors without making you feel embarrassed . I could not recommend a better instructor to teach you . Will miss my lessons with him a lot !

I previously had issues with another instructor so when starting with Paul, I had very little confidence that i would ever pass a test however he really helped me to become more comfortable and better at driving. I was trained by Steve Foster of U drive driving school team, no words to explain my gratitude and appreciation for his patience and dedication in moulding me into a qualified UK driving license holder. Fantastic experience: Les has been the most amazing teacher to my 18 Yr old daughter. She was really anxious and initially only wanted a female instructor, however Les had immediate availability. Les has been calm, clear and put my daughter at ease so much so she looked forward to her 2 hour lessons with Les so she could drive, but also chat and joke with him about her day. After her passing he took her for motorway lessons and helped her to master it, making her now confident and secure in her driving. He has been the most wonderful instructor we could have wished for and my daughter will actually miss their weekly lessons, he's definitely become a friend! Highly recommend Les! *****

Fantastic experience: I’ve had Paul as my instructor, he was such a friendly personality, totally fun and chilled. I’ve heard about instructors being rude and though, but Paul was the opposite of it all. He was very flexible in adjusting the lessons when I’d to go to work and would always be pick me up on time if not early. I highly recommend Paul for those who want to learn driving and have some fun on the roads! To be honest I’m a little disappointed that I’m not gonna meet him every week from now on! They were very professional, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. They always welcomed questions and provided valuable and accurate constructive feedback. Despite all the errors I made during my learning, never for once, I saw them losing their cool, and I have always found them very prompt in providing customized support in helping me reach my potential at my own pace. My wife passed the test in her First Attempt with one driver’s fault; and I believe she had beaten me by being five months ahead, even though I passed with Zero-Faults . The UK Driving Examination Process overall is very tough and nerve wrecking, however, we loved the experience with U Drive very much and would recommend U Drive to everyone. Big Thanks". Negative experience: Had 1 driving lesson with Mike Cain. Didn't go well. Found another instructor already. I have done 50+ hours driving lessons. I was told by Mike I had to start from the beginning and was patronised by being shown how to stir a steering wheel... Telling me to book eye tests also...Worst £74 I've ever spent. Was driving in small roads and back streets, 50% of the lesson was spent chatting. Would love to know why it cost £74, want a refund. Just a money making scheme and they want 100% of the credits when you pass

Fantastic experience: Great company to learn to drive with!

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking company. I've had over 10+ hours driving lessons with Steve, he then said in his own words, "book your test as your basically paying to drive me around in my car now" so i book a test, with covid there was a delay so could only get Tuesday 3rd January 2023. Yes today.....a few days ago I text Steve about this, where he replied he won't let me use his car as I have had no lessons in the run in to my test, this was never mentioned by Steve, I think he just wants more money out of me.

Fantastic experience: I had Masih and later Les as instructors at U Drive, both of whom were great and really improved my driving and confidence. Les was also a massive help with motorway driving after I passed my test. Thank you:-)

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to my instructor Simon Garrett. I pass my test in first attempt with him. he is very patient, understanding, professional and good. Very friendly and good listener. He will not only teach you to pass your driving test but to be a good driver.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost very poor service from the owner total disregard for pupils and instructors Only interested in taking your money left my Grandson high and dry by not turning up to take him for his test

Negative experience: Due to poor treatment of his instructors, Ben Lander finds it hard to retain them, leading to a number of instructors leaving mid course. This is what has happened to my son, 2 weeks before his test. On speaking to Ben Lander and texts messages of confirmation, an agreement was made that he pick up my son on the morning of his test, he then didn’t turn up and numerous calls were made and met with no response. When finally we used a number that he didn’t know we got an answer to which he blamed everyone until at last he admitted that it was his fault, at this point no offer was made to make any financial compensation ie pay for another test.He then put down the phone, which apparently is a common occurrence.On speaking to the instructor I’ve been told that all he is interested in is getting money out of his pupils. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND FIND ANOTHER DRIVING SCHOOL. BEN LANDER YOUR SHAMEFUL TAKING MONEY FROM TEENAGERS AND TURNING YOUR BACK! I BET HE WONT GIVE A REPLY TO THIS REVIEW, PATHETIC

Negative experience: Would avoid at all costs - didn't turn up to take my son for his driving test today after a frantic few weeks - his instructor has parted ways due to a dispute - company made no attempts to put anything in place to assist 3 weeks before test day - after many phone calls the owner agreed he would take him but just didn't turn up - now refusing to answer calls or compensate in anyway - awful treatment of a 17year old who has spent £1710 with the company

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend U Drive to anybody learning to drive, my instructor Mat was friendly, patient and flexible with lesson times. He made sure I was confident on every aspect of the test, regularly checking which parts I wanted to practice, so much so that I passed comfortably on the first attempt!

Negative experience: I’m in warrington 2/3 x a week and therefore MUST be noticeable. U drive must give consideration to retraining some of its instructors who put learners into situations they are ill equipped to cope with. The damage you are doing to young people is unacceptable and the impact on traffic in surrounding areas is not in keeping with the code of conduct you ought to adhere to. Example - young guy in a GTC Astra, IMO totally unsuitable for a learneraround Great Sankey- multiple stalls at the lights by st Mary’s then onto the A57 (dual carriageway) with a stream of traffic behind it doing 25mph on a 40mph. Multiple learners on birchwood and near woolston unable to control their car and looking terrified. Get your instructors sorted UDRIVE. Avoid!

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Habib. His teaching methods were excellent. Every time I made a mistake, he’d make me go over it again until I got it right. He was extremely helpful, patient and just overall amazing. I felt as if I had been driving for years when I took my test, no nerves and fully confident due to the preparation Habib gave me. One thing I can say is Habib didn’t just prepare me for the test, he prepared me for ‘safe drive for life’. Now I'm driving in my own car and everyone compliments my driving ability!

Fantastic experience: U Drive driving school is brilliant. Ben was from moment one very friendly and helpful on the phone. I took refresher lessons in January 19. My instructor Jan was great. She is lovely, professional and very patient. I was able to gain back my confident within a short time. I would recommend U drive to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: From the moment i initially made an enquiry with U Drive i received a great service. As a 40 year old first time driver i was quite nervous to start with but my nerves were soon settled by Jan who was friendy patient professional and just all round lovely. Jan made me feel very confident going into my practical test which i passed first time. I would definitely recommend this driving school to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I chose Udriving on the review posted by other candidates. And I am happy to chose them. I had a very specific ask to pass test in just 1 month for which Ben really helped me getting that sorted out and ensured I get all available time from instructor asap. He is very approachable and quick on response. Daniel ( my instructor) has extreme knowledge on driving skills and roads which really helped me passing my test in 1st try. Although I knew driving but his teachings helped me getting compliment from examiner-' High standard of driving'. Believe me I am so relaxed now with my freedom and would request everyone to go for Udrive without any 2nd thought. Ben and Dan- you rock:):)

Negative experience: This school doesn't care about their students or customers!! Took lessons with Christopher Cooper for 6 months and learnt nothing in the first 4 months as he kept wasting my time so that he could extort more money from me. When it got to time for me to take my test, he refused letting me take it. He kept cancelling my tests 5 times, giving flemzy excuses that I wasn't ready and that the examiners will question him for bringing someone who wasn't ready for the test as they all know him and that it will affect his so called badge! Is the student the one taking the test or is it the instructor? When I finally reported him to the owner; Ben Lander, all Ben could say was that he wouldn't want to question the professional opinion of his staff!!! Ben even refused assigning another instructor to me!! I had to leave and found another instructor from another school who gave me lessons for only a month and let me take my test which I passed. Don't go to this school. All they care abt is taking your money and not you passing your test!!!
