Negative experience: I have been trying to call to book driving lessons for weeks and can't get through. I went to the address to book in person and they're not even there! Ridiculous

Fantastic experience: Might be few years late to post the review but, I’m proudly deaf and use British sign language which makes it harder during the lessons but Steve Daley is very patient man, brilliant instructor and was willing to find ways how to communicate/teach me how to drive etc. Worked together and learning the signs to ensure the lessons goes smoothly. Builds my confidence up towards the driving and passed the test with few minors! Think I was first proudly deaf person they’ve taught. So, they’re now deaf aware and will meet the customer’s needs :)

Negative experience: This is one driving school you should avoid at all costs!! No responsibility will be taken by the owner Chris if you have a problem. Your calls and emails will not be returned. He will claim fake accounts if your Google does not match someone on his list of clients but this is evident if you scroll through the numerous 1 star reviews. We had to resort to legal action regarding the School to try and get money paid in good faith returned after a horrible experience and still he did not have the decency to take responsibility for his employees actions or that of the gross neglect for duty of care shown to one of his customers. I can not rate this company zero stars or I would!

Fantastic experience: I’m currently having lessons with Steve and he is so patient and talks through what we are going to do within the lesson thoroughly. Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: I'm shocked to read all the good reviews here. I'm pretty sure that most of them are fake I have been trying to cancel my lesson for a week now, I have left 4 voicemails, I never got an answer or a phone call back to confirm the cancellation! The last straw was that today the instructor turned up outside my house waiting for me! ARE YOU SERIOUS OVER THERE? ARE YOU AT ALL PROFESSIONALS? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Fantastic experience: Abdiqani is a wonderful driving instructor. His teachings are brilliant, exciting and fun. Pass with him in my first attempt with few hours of practical driving lessons . Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience learning to drive with 123 Drive. Both Bob Coughtrey and Chris Richards were excellent teachers. They were patient, clearly cared about their students and offered value for money. My weaknesses were targeted at the end of every lesson for review, and targets were set for the next lesson to help attain the required standards for passing the test. After passing my test Bob went above and beyond to help me through the experience of buying my first car. He test drove it and was able to identify potential problems that I would possible have missed. I would highly recommend both teachers and feel confident you would receive the same quality experience I had. Lawrence

Fantastic experience: My instructor is Mark, he is absolutely amazing and i would very highly recommend him to everyone. He has such amazing patiencs and keeps you calm even through mistakes you may make. I couldn't have got as far as i have come without him. His skills as a teacher are amazing and very effective. I absolutely love to drive and have a smile the whole time. This would not be possible without having such a good teacher. So thank you very much Mark.

Fantastic experience: 3 months ago I passed my driving test and it's all because of Zaff. Had only 3 lessons with him but they were worth it. Had other instructor assessment and they told me it would take at least 10 lessons then to book test. But when Zaff assessed me I had already booked my test for the week after. He was really honest with me and gave me hope that he believed I can pass within that 2 weeks if I listen to him properly. And yes 3 lessons later I took my driving test and i passed (for the first time by the way). Until this day no one in my family believes i actually passed no one believed in me but this guy did and helped me through it. Hes very honest by the way so if u book with him try not to get offended if he tells u the truth. Take all this from a guy who dont normally right reviews but this one I have to.

Fantastic experience: I had Susan as my driving instructor for a few months in the Kirkham/Preston area, and she was absolutely fantastic. All my lessons were so much fun, she made me feel really relaxed and gave me all the tools to pass my test yesterday!! Can’t recommend 123 driving enough, especially with Susan.

Fantastic experience: While I was absolutley terrified, my experience of 123 driving school has been such a positive one! With severe anxiety I (somehow) managed to pass my driving test - something I never thought I could or would ever do. I cannot thank Susan enough for her patience, calmness and for allowing me the freedom to express my fears and anxiousness (rather loudly) while guiding me on this journey to -apparent - success! (See I told you I was listening! Haha). Thank you again and I hope you are enjoying your holibobs, a well earnt rest after having to deal with me behind the wheel !!

Negative experience: Serious anxitiey already, just found out that driving instructors meet on a particular day to bet on who made there pupil cry today. Makes sense with the way i was treat and the problems we had.

Negative experience: If you’re an experienced driver, maybe this school is for you; if you’re a novice like me, avoid. I was abandoned by this school because I was not good enough. I’m going to share my sad and horrendous experience here. Here are some pros and cons about this school. (Pros) My teacher was good in teaching. He is chill, observant, and understanding with good sense of humour. (Cons) I wanted to get a driving licence in a month, so I took an intensive course of 34 hours as they said it was possible to get a licence in a month. In the end it took me 3 months to finish the course I took and still no licence. They should have said that when they find out that it’s impossible to get a licence in time. The delay is partly because they could not book my test on a near day, but partly because many lessons got cancelled with last minute notice. Each reason for the cancellation was understandable, but when it happens over and over, it makes you think there should be some ways to avoid so many cancellations. I would say their management in scheduling is not the best. Speaking of delay, my teacher was constantly late for each of my lessons by 15 to 30 minutes on average. He never said sorry for that. Again, it may be acceptable if it happens a couple of times, but when it becomes every time it just annoys you. My last lesson was the day before my practical. My problem was driving roundabouts and dealing with junctions, which we had been working on, but I was still not good enough on that day. As a result, my teacher did not let me take the test saying you are too dangerous for road and offered me some lessons and suggested to rebook the test. After that, I tried to contact him twice. First time I got a reply, saying they have not managed to book my test yet, but since I checked with him if they rebooked my test, he has just been ignoring me. No reply. It was predictable though, as he has been unapproachable when it comes to unfavourable things for him. I spent more than 800 pounds for the lessons and sixty pounds for my practical, which just became a waste (because it was too late to cancel my practical). Now I need to find another school, pay more money, and spend another time in learning how to drive. I’m just tired of all of those. What I find most unacceptable about this school is their unprofessional attitude i.e. scheduling, ignoring texts from their students, etc. There are many times when I don’t know what time today’s lesson is happening at because my teacher doesn’t reply me. There are many times when I find it hard to book my lesson. They might be good at driving but they are terrible at management.

Fantastic experience: Passed today first time having been taught by Alex. Excellent instructor, would highly recommend to anyone looking to do their lessons. Cant thank Alex enough for his hard work and patience throughout

Negative experience: It was really bad experience, I booked two hours and the instructor wasn't even simile with me he was shouting do this do that I felt uncomfortable and I didn't here any polite words like please do this, please don't do that. He was aggressive, bad experience and I did not finish the lesson with him just spent an hour and I paid for two hours. e.

Fantastic experience: Only had one lesson but I feel it went great the Instructor ste put my mind at ease he is very calm and patient.

Fantastic experience: I was taught to drive by Aed and he was absolutely brilliant. I’d tried different instructors (from a different company) before but they never made me feel comfortable. Aed is a fantastic teacher - very calm, very patient (considering I was very very nervous) and made me feel very at ease. He is a perfectionist - but that just means he makes sure you learn everything properly. I passed my test first time after only 2 months of lessons. I honestly cannot recommend him enough.

Negative experience: Horible!! My istructuctor for a few lessons was Anthony, he cancelled me and he didn't return my money yet since December ..is February now!!!!!! I do not recomand!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had Aed as my instructor for my first driving lesson. It snowed alot before our lesson and Aed kindly moved our lesson to an area that wasn't surrounded with too much ice. Aed explained everything clearly and did not mind repeating some information I struggled with. He was calming and understanding of my lack of knowledge to the technicalities of the car. Unfortunately, we had to cut our lesson short because there was too much ice on the roads for a complete beginner to drive in. With this great introductory lesson, I have decided to book my next lessons with him. Update: 18th July 2019 I have passed my test. Couldn't thank my driving instructor (Aed) enough. I strongly recommend contacting him as your instructor.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this driving school, I started as an older very nervous lady but my instructor Vicki made me feel very comfortable an took it at my pace.she also helped me get threw my theory test annvery encouraging whilst out driving. The office staff I first spoke to were also very elpful an pleasany to speak too. It was all arranged quickly an efficiently an I was kept up to date throughout. Thank u all at 123.

Negative experience: Booked a intensive driving course over 6 days Instructor cancelled twice and no subsitute. Terrible service. Company and driving instructor Still haven’t received money back No compensation from company BEEN OVER 6 months Nightmare to deal with. DONT RECOMMEND DO NOT GO WITH.

Negative experience: Reg PJ63VOM seen him parking in a parent and child space at Asda, I ask him if he can park somewhere else as he got out as I have a baby in my car, he said no why should I !! I explained to him and he just said f... off !! hmmm great driving instructor he is !!
