Fantastic experience: For a course as intense as TM CPC, the delivery made it very helpful to learn and revise. Over 2 weeks with homework to grasp the coursework was achievable with the break in learning, allowing me to continue to revise, I feel going straight into examination doesn't give you much time to retain the amount of information you have to take in, but with the course Jo has set up, as long as you put in the time, it is achievable. Amazing staff in a nice small teaching environment. Plus a free dinner sandwich of your choice is always a winner.

Fantastic experience: Undertook the Train the Trainer Shunting course over 2 days. Jim was a great tutor and was very patient and ensured we had all the tools we would need to be able to put things into action. We will be booking further courses with ODSS.

Fantastic experience: Despite going into the cpc course grumpy due to past experiences proving the training to be boring and quite often irrelevant when hgv and psv are mixed; I found the trainers to be really friendly and knowledgeable about thier sunjects and relished all interaction from others. Despite being the only psv participant, my opinions were valued and often sort after for 'another side of the coin' view. Refreshments were plenty and encouraged throughout the course. Despite parking being limited, alternative arrangements are available and all free. All in all I had a great time

Fantastic experience: I have booked multiple Reversing Assistant Train the Trainer courses in 2023 and 2024 with ODSS and I have been very pleased with Jim Elms and his team’s organisation and cooperation. Jim was very flexible and was able to adapt the training to our needs, allowing us to hold internal presentations and being able to accommodate some requests in a very short period of time. He is very responsive and professional, making the communication easy and comfortable. The staff were happy with the training received and I 100% recommend using ODSS.

Fantastic experience: I found Operator and Driver Support Services on a google search. Their prices to sit the Transport Mangers CPC seemed very fair. I rang Jo and she explained clearly how the process works. I wanted to sit the Multi Choice first and Jo was fine with that. She sent me a sample multi choice test paper which I found tough but I learnt a lot from it. She gave me a few tips which I found very useful. I am pleased to say I passed both papers first time. Fantastic experience: We only have a single wagon but still have to comply with the requirements under an Operator's Licence. Jo has been very practical in working with us to get us where we need to be, understanding that we are not transport professionals. Helpful and practical, what else could you ask for ?

Fantastic experience: My Company runs a specialist fleet of trucks and trailer for the mobile medical imaging sector also carry out some general haulage which ODSS helped us with. LST Training ,route plans and risk assessment's Jim was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish content and delivery of training was first class! even my drivers enjoyed the training which ensured both my company and they received the best possible training.

Fantastic experience: Had Jo come to conduct a compliance audit today. Very last minute but super service and very very good knowledge. Excellently prepared, especially with the last minute request, and far from ideal conditions. Very fair, understanding but also honest. A very well constructed and conducted audit which I have already re booked for later in the year. Recommended to me by a customer, I will certainly be recommending too.

Fantastic experience: The Transport Managers CPC course I’ve just completed at ODSS with Jo, has been outstanding. Jo teaches at a good pace allowing you to take in what’s been taught and if needed gone back through anything you had questions for. The facilities were brilliant, clean, modern, tea or coffee and toaster available to use. Free parking outside the property aswell. Overall the service, the trainer and the course was 5 stars. Fantastic experience: Found the course very interesting and informative. It has benefitted me as a driver. With the information that I have gained over the course of 5 days I hope to impart my knowledge of attending the Driver Assessment course to other drivers in my company. Fantastic experience: I attended an OLAT course with my daughters back in March with ODSS, so they had a better understanding of Operator Licencing where Jo delivered a great course which my girls really enjoyed. I would recommend to all new starters within the transport sector to attend an OLAT course with ODSS.

Fantastic experience: Jim was with me for 3 days 19th to 21st December 2022. I found him to be very friendly and helpful, his knowledge and experience was second to none. He demonstrated the flexibility to adapt and accommodate around our operation times. I was a bag of nerves to start with, but was soon put at ease and I learnt a lot from him over the 3 day period. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw upon and this gave me the confidence to improve my own abilities. Without doubt, I would certainly recommend using ODSS for all your transport related assessment and training needs in the future. Many other organisations often fall short with either the content, format or delivery.
