Fantastic experience: dave is such an amazing driving instructor, he’ll give techniques on how to ease nerves behind the wheel and for the test. he explains topics and how to drive well i couldn’t recommend him enough! he’s comfortable to be in the car with too, i’d recommend him for learning how to drive

Fantastic experience: Dave is an amazing instructor with a great attitude towards his students, he always shows up on time and always there to greet you with a big smile on his face, Dave was never rude always respectful and polite. i would say dave is probably the best driving instructor i could of asked as he helped me get that first time pass. sad to no longer be having lessons.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dave more strongly! I passed my driving test first time this week and it's without a doubt due to his patience, kindness and expertise as an instructor. As an older learner with experience of trauma and a job that took me out of the country regularly, Dave's understanding, flexible and honest approach to teaching was exactly what I needed to be a confident driver. Even though it was hard learning a new skill in my 30s, because of Dave I looked forward to our lessons every week! Thank you so much!

I had many lessons going in stressed and he helped me through it and anything I was stressed or confused about he would show me and talk me through it. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t speak higher of Dave, when I started with him I had very little interest to drive. Over my time with him he made me much more confident with myself, explained things in a detailed yet easy to understand way (best analogies in the game too) and brought me in for a first time pass. Fantastic experience: I did a two week intensive course with Dave in March 2024. Three hours a day for two weeks with a test on the final day. It was tough, but I could not have asked for a better instructor than Dave! He is very good at explaining concepts and how to execute techniques, but also excellent at allowing the learner to learn in the way that best suits them. I would absolutely recommend Dave for an prospective learner!

Fantastic experience: So Dave took on Reef Our Son who had no driving experience or vehicle to road experience whatsoever. He was a typical teenager travelling in a car with head in his phone and no idea how a car started, pulled away, went through the roads, where the brain or sat nav took it, or what countries we travelled through and that was just going to Boardmasters. So a massive thankyou to Dave to turning things around for Reef in such a short space of time, to see Reef actually pulling away, outside the house on an incline, right up to today where He passed His test. Reef always came back from His lessons with great enthusiasm and positive comments on Dave's teaching methods. Thanks Dave . Highly recommend You to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: A review from a parent’s perspective - it’s a nerve wracking experience finding an instructor and trusting them with your young person and vice versa. I can only speak from experience and say from the very first contact, Dave has been helpful, informative, truthful & supportive. From my sons first lesson he and I felt comfortable and at ease under Dave’s tuition and instruction. He has not taught my son how to pass a driving test - he’s taught him how to drive safely and confidently. There’s a huge difference! Fantastic experience: I chose Dave because of past reviews, and he didn't disappoint. I passed first time this morning with 5 minors and despite what he says, in my eyes it's all down to him and I cannot thank him enough. Dave treats every pupil individually, and gages how they feel on each lesson brilliantly and that dictates how that lesson will go. I had no clue to begin with and was terribly nervous, but Dave never pushed until he could see I had more confidence. When I got to a decent enough level Dave worked me hard on hills around Newport and I had a huge problem psychologically finding the bite, but he persevered week after week and we finally got there. Dave is excellent at building confidence and gives plenty of praise when its deserved. He's also great company and we've had many laughs, sometimes at each others expense. I highly recommend him and I wouldn't hesitate to give ten stars if I could. Thanks buddy!

Fantastic experience: Dave is utmost the best instructor out there calm patient professional and really puts you at ease. I was the most anxious driver you could have ever met, constantly second guessing myself and always unsure of myself, Dave really put me at ease and all my lessons were always tailored how I wanted them, i genuinely believe i never would have passed my test without his help!

Helped me through nervous points or points were I didn’t believe I could do it and believed in me so much . He’s a down to earth and enthusiastic instructor and a friendly face .Always reliable ! Always so considerate of how I was feeling and would always check to make sure I was okay with everything in the lesson and that I was learning at a pace that I felt was right. I always felt that I could ask as many questions as I wanted with Dave or go over things as much as I wanted. He always reassured me that it was okay to make mistakes and that everyone has had to learn at some point. I passed my test today with just 1 minor fault and couldn’t be more happy that I chose Dave as my instructor. Fantastic experience: I got in contact with Dave through insta pass , which was my last chance of passing my test. I had already failed 3 times before hand and was prepared to give up and quit. I had 10 hours booked with Dave , I did 4 hours driving on the Saturday where I was a stressy mess , then a following 4 hours on the Sunday . Then and 1hr before my test on the Monday (I was a bag of nerves and stressed and thought I was going to fail again) . I passed my test first time with Dave !!! He is a star , he is patient but pushes you when you need it , I honestly can’t thank him enough.
