Fantastic experience: I booked in with Fiona for a lesson to transition from manual to automatic driving. We had an hour and a half's lesson where she took me through the principles of an automatic car and then practised start,stop,junctions and general driving to get the feel of an automatic. She was very patient and didnt mind repeating instructions until I felt comfortable and competent enough to drive my own car. I would definitely recommend Fiona to anyone looking to transition as I did.

Fantastic experience: I approached Fiona for some refresher lessons having not driven for 7 years. I am very pleased with my choice as Fiona did an excellent job of taking me through all the basics again and, thanks to her, it wasn't long before I felt confident on the roads again. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to go on the motorway as I hadn't been able to when I first learned. I honestly never thought I'd have the confidence to drive again, but after a few sessions with Fiona, I was out driving on my own and more confident than ever! She's a fantastic teacher - very calm, patient, and directive. She explains everything very clearly and always makes sure it's said in a way you can understand. Fantastic experience: I have just had the most positive experience with Fiona from Fiona's driving school. I booked a motorway lesson to brush up my skills. Fiona was brilliant, she started the lesson with the theory around motorway driving and then we drove up and down the M5 practicing getting on and off the motorway and how to manoeuvre safely. Fiona was calm, friendly and very knowledgeable. I now feel I have the skills to drive safely on the motorway and actually enjoy it! Thank you Fiona.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my test first time with 3 minors. She is fantastic instructor. Out of me doing a CBT, and two motorcycle tests she is the only instructor that has actually cared about how people learn and makes it sure she teaches you that way. The result is that you learn very well. To further this, with our friendly chats you really do feel like you are cared for and thought of, and with a properly setup car and clear precise diagrams for help. Honestly I couldn't be happy. I wholely recommend you to contact her for lessons. I don't know of a better instructor.

Negative experience: Poor communication: I sent Fiona a message to enquire about lessons. Did not reply to me for over 2 weeks until I sent another message. When I told her what times I would like lessons she said she could not facilitate in Inbetween these times (which is fine). When asked what availability she could facilitate she never got back to me again.

Fantastic experience: I was unhappy with my previous driving instructor as he did not seem to take my lessons seriously and constantly rescheduled times and messed me about. After booking some lessons with Fiona I could not believe the difference. Fiona treats each student individually and customises every lesson to fit their unique requirements. She has lots of very useful ways to help you remember things and makes you feel very comfortable and confident from the very start. Fiona is also very reliable and extremely professional.

Fantastic experience: Recently just passed with Fiona as my driving instructor... each lesson I had with Fiona was very well organised, and I learnt something new for driving in every one of them. Having one other instructor before Fiona made me realise how professional she is and how she adapts to different people and their driving styles. She’s understanding and very reassuring(me being a nervous driver, this helped me a lot). In Fiona’s lessons, you are her main focus and she will try her very best to help you pass, she also added lessons coming up to my driving test whenever we both felt needed in order to make me feel confident for the test. Fantastic experience: As a learner who has restarted driving lessons a few times, I have had experience of quite a few different driving instructors and styles of teaching. Fiona is by far the best that I have seen. One clear difference between Fiona and the competition is the amount of thought and preparation that she puts in to each and every lesson. Having clear log of what you can do well and what you need more work on meant that all our lessons were focused on were I needed to improve the most. This meant maximum value from the lessons. When you are in the car with Fiona, you know you are her number one priority. Perhaps most importantly, Fiona always made me feel comfortable in the car. She is calm, patient and reassuring – as a bit of a nervous driver this was hugely helpful! Finally, she was very accommodating and supportive around my test date – adding lessons as and when I felt I needed them. Thanks to Fiona I am very pleased to have passed my test!

Fantastic experience: I picked up driving lessons with Fiona after having not driven for 10 years and there was a big difference compared to my first instructor. Fiona's teaching method was well thought out from the beginning, focused on building up your ability and confidence in a really effective way (it was clear that she spends a lot of time thinking about the best way for her students to learn and was very experienced!). I thoroughly enjoyed our lessons, because she made the whole experience calming and a lot of fun! I highly recommend for anyone looking for an experienced teacher who tailors lessons to you and is a real pleasure to spend hours next to in a car!

Fantastic experience: After not driving for 10 years I took a 2 hour refresher lesson with Fiona prior to buying a car. The lesson was nicely set out to gradually increase in complexity covering different types of junction, roundabout, road markings etc. Very good knowledge of the local area (Woking) so was able to string together a sequence of events to guide the lesson along. Very calm throughout, and always informative. Plus a good chat too
