Negative experience: I have recently passed after switching from my 17+ instructor (Paul Harvey), I switched from him as he was very inconsistent in lessons, telling me I was making progress and then making me doing more basic lessons. He cancelled many lessons I had booked in with him, many of these were within hours or even 10 minutes of the lesson. I was also charged for a lesson I had cancelled as I was ill, despite the fact I game him many hours of notice but he has no consequences for cancelling within 30 minutes of a lesson. He had told me to book my test in July of 2024, and made me cancel it within a week of the test, he did this again in August which made me leave. I would not recommend this instructor, but he is not representative of the company as I’ve hear good things of other 17+ instructors.

Fantastic experience: I’ve an amazing experience with Mr saud Kasim. His knowledge and teaching skills are excellent. Very supportive nature, friendly behaved which lead me pass my driving. Again thank u so much

Fantastic experience: Simon is an absolutely brilliant instructor. As someone who couldn’t learn to drive for a while due to a serious crash, he’s been patient with me and helped me gain so much confidence. I’m now pleased to say that I no longer get anxious driving but actually enjoy it due to his help as an instructor. I could not recommended him more! Wish him all the best in the future.

Positive experience: Would just like to say many thanks to conner passed my test first time today. He can be really strict on the lesson but I would not have wished it any other way because he really prepares you for the day.

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I had Kenny as my driving instructor and right from the get go Kenny always had that understanding of how your feeling when driving and will immediately see what faults may pick you up when doing your driving test. Given kennys vast knowledge and expirence on driving made me reasured! He was adaptive In the way that he would mold his day around the clients times aswell . Kenny also new how to progress the driver and immediately what drills and practices needed to be used . The quality of the car was always top notch like all the +17 cars seen which only helps with the comfortableness of driving in itself . Highly recommended as mentioned couldn't of asked for a better instructor or company when learning how to drive!!! Thanks Kenny and +17 !!

Negative experience: I spent a few months learning with Gavin - didn't find him particularly helpful. I informed him early on that I was very nervous and had ADHD, he would often put the radio on very loud on talk shows which I found very distracting or very loud music. Also barely spoke a word to me and when he did it felt very passive aggressive, I tried to make friendly conversation a few times to ease the awkwardness but alas. Seemingly had no plan or structure to the lessons, very much acted as if he couldn't care less and spent a fair amount of my learning time on his phone - which is illegal? I felt uncomfortable asking him questions as his tone was often sarcastic and unfriendly. May be fine for some learners but as I was nervous, I hoped for a bit of a kinder, more patient approach to teaching I've heard from a few other people that Gavin isn't a great instructor and that it doesn't seem to come naturally to him to be understanding, patient or warm. Thankfully I now have a new instructor with an actual structured plan, although they were shocked by how little of the basics I knew after spending a sizeable chunk of money being 'taught' by Gavin - would not recommend at all.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend 17 Plus. I had the pleasure of learning from Kenny eight years ago, and my sister recently passed her driving test with him as well. We both passed on our first attempts, thanks to Kenny's expertise and guidance. Kenny is professional, patient, and supportive. Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Helen and she was absolutely amazing. I've had a few driving instructors and she was by far the best. She made me feel at ease and I'm actually sad to not see her again! I passed today with 2 minors and I wouldn't of done it without her!

Fantastic experience: Helen was my driving instructor and although she was newer, she was absolutely amazing! We laughed and she made me feel comfortable from the beginning and was not afraid to correct my mistakes which made me a better driver not just a test taker. Would definitely recommend as I passed with only 3 minors and Helen had a massive part in that for smoothing out my driving and making me more aware. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Done my B+E test with them. Everything from initial phone call has been a pleasure. Been a bit of a nightmare as I had my training before lockdown then my test got cancelled due to Covid-19. My test was 4 months later, they kept me updated and got me booked on a test as soon as they were given the go ahead. couldn't recommend them enough.

Always on time and flexible with the classes. Every advice given by him , ultimately helped me pass my test . Negative experience: I asked 17 Plus if they covered Acle for driving lessons, they said they did. When it finally came time to book the lessons they said I'd have to get into Norwich to actually have lessons, which is impossible for me at the moment. They wasted my time for literally no reason, Would not recommend if you don't live in Norwich and can't get there on a semi-regular basis.

Fantastic experience: Passed 1st time today with 2 minors! Many thanks to Ashley for teaching me, and helping me to do it in just 30 hours! Would 100% 17 Plus to anyone who wants to start driving. Negative experience: was overtaken near the NDR just outside Norwich about a week ago by a car saying on the side "17+.co.uk driving instructions." The driver was driving absolutely recklessly. Surely that was not one of the instructors?

Fantastic experience: Ashley is a fantastic driving instructor. I credit his friendly, positive, and caring nature along with his excellent teaching skills for helping me to become the confident driver I am today. Ash made me feel at ease straight away on my first lesson. During all my lessons with Ash I felt very supported and comfortable being able to share any concerns I was having. At the beginning of every lesson Ash would ask me if there was anything I was unsure about (e.g. manoeuvres, roundabouts, dual carriageway etc.) so that we could practice and build up my confidence. I always looked forward to my lessons with Ash and highly recommend him and 17+ they cannot be faulted. Special thanks to Ash for your amazing work!

Fantastic experience: Ashley is a amazing instructor he make me feel at ease and really cares about you and your driveing he made sure I didn't give up and soon enough I did it I passed with 2 minors over the moon and I couldn't thank him enough!!!! Fantastic experience: I would sincerely thank my instructor Ashley Kew from 17+. I was with him for a very long time, he is literally the best instructor anyone can ask for. he will turn you into the perfect driver making sure you always bring your 'A' game every time you drive. driving with him taught me a lot of things, if i had any problems with my driving i would literally be on top of it straight away within 10 minutes because Ash teaches you the right way to do things. I can't emphasis enough, if you do join 17 + please take Ash on as your instructor and see for yourself... you will ace that practical! Fantastic experience: Had a terrible experience with one week driving got told I was ready for my test when I wasn't & failed. Then Ash fit me in at such short notice helped me so much, he made me so confident in what I was doing & went through my manoeuvres over & over again until I was confident in doing them, best instructor ever, I'd recommend him to anyone! Passed my test because of him with just two minors & probably wouldn't of been able to if it wasn't for ash :)

Negative experience: * NOT EVEN WORTHY OF 1 STAR * Disgusted by the lack of professionalism from this company as one of their employees tailgated me on the Cromer Road as I slowed down for a red light. He was cursing and gesturing with 2 fingers. This is extremely intimidating for a young female driver like myself with a passenger who was merely abiding by the law. Registration began N40. Would you want someone like this teaching you to drive?
