Fantastic experience: After several attempts to learn to drive with previous instructors I never believed driving was for me until I went with Driving Success. Jeremy is dedicated, professional, patient and very knowledgeable he has a way of explaining situations to make it easier to understand for novice drivers. I passed on my 3rd test (2nd learning with Jeremy) with 2 minors and now because of him I am a very confident driver which I never thought I would be.

Fantastic experience: I’ve passed my driving test today first time and I truly believe that happened just because of Jeremy’s efforts. He was the one that encouraged me, supported, taught me how to become a good driver, to plan ahead, to be aware of hazards, to keep calm and continue when I was failing. His words “ there are bad days and good days , but you are in control of them” followed me through lessons. So if you’re looking for a instructor who will be there for you, who will understand and support, who will stay positive even when you’re struggling, who won’t give up on you and who will teach you everything you need to know to become a Successful driver, then don’t hesitate even for a second and book your first lesson with Jeremy. He creates an excellent learning environment which mixes relaxed conversation to help put people at ease, with clear & concise feedback throughout. His lessons follow a structured & well thought out pattern, guiding students throughout the process. He never once cancelled a lesson & was flexible in moving lessons around when I needed. I couldn’t recommend him more!

Negative experience: I've been calling all possible numbers on the website and Google for a whole week, no one answers. I left all possible messages in the answering machine asking to call again. It's sad when there is such an attitude.

His instructions were always clear and easy to follow and he took time to explain things carefully and talk through any questions I had. Fantastic experience: Amazing instructor, after not starting out the most confident person to start driving Jeremy put me at ease and helped me on my journey to passing first time. After taking a break to start a family we got right back to it putting in the effort from both sides and within 3 months of being back I had passed. Fantastic experience: Passed my test on the first attempt with only 2 minor faults, thanks to Jeremy. Given the backlog of tests since COVID and the potential six-month wait to retake, I was understandably nervous. I knew how important it was to have an instructor who could make me feel comfortable, was patient, and would equip me with the tools I needed to succeed. I found his use of an iPad to map out driving situations and manoeuvres extremely helpful. It allowed me to fully understand what was expected of me and to ask questions before attempting them in real life. Thanks again Jeremy!

After a few manual lessons he recommended I try automatic and it was a game changer! Fantastic experience: When I started my lessons, I was an anxious and not very confident. I was keen and determined to pass my test. I had tried a number of instructors before but never really felt like I was getting anywhere and was ready to give up until I found Jeremy. Jeremy is an amazing instructor, he took the time to teach me how to drive properly which really helped with my confidence which led me to pass my test and actually enjoy driving! I would 100% recommend Jeremy.

Fantastic experience: I had two other instructors and never felt confident on the road until I found Jeremy who really helped me get that confidence and got me in a position where I was test ready. 3 weeks before my test I caught covid and missed a few lessons and that made me really nervous as I only had one lesson booked between the end of my isolation and my test but luckily Jeremy did everything he could and was able to make space for me so I made up for the lost time. I had 4 lessons before my test which helped me greatly. I managed to pass first time with only 4 minors. I would recommend Driving Success to anyone.

Fantastic experience: When I started driving lessons I was a very nervous driver and struggled to see myself ever being comfortable on the road. Jeremy has been a brilliant instructor, very patient, and he took the time to understand my concerns so we could work through them and build up my confidence at my own pace. I never felt pressured but Jeremy pushed me enough to make sure I continued making progress in each lesson and was great at making me stop and reflect on how much I had improved week on week. Fantastic experience: Passed first time with Jeremy as my driving instructor. He was very helpful through this tough time of waiting ages to get a test. The lesson we’re very helpful and I would recommend anyone wanting to drive to pursue lessons with Jeremy. He’s very friendly and a good teacher but what makes him the best driving instructor is that he is also a West Ham fan! So win win!

Negative experience: Multiple friends of mine have had this instructor and they all said the same thing. He is a horrible, rude and arrogant man who only cares about making money. He is constantly wasting time throughout lessons and gets incredibly angry if a small mistake is made. I can’t say I’ve had experience with this instructor but from what I hear he sounds like a terrible man

Fantastic experience: Driving Success was a very good experience, they helped me pass first time and was very patience with me getting back into driving after each lockdown. An overall good instructor with good advice on how to pass!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous because I haven't driven in over 10 years, and previously I drove in the US where the roads are wider. Jeremy has been very patient and encouraging throughout. His lessons are well structured, but at the same time he has been flexible to adapt to my specific needs, as someone who has driven before, albeit in another country. Thanks to Jeremy I was able to pass the UK test on my first attempt!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about learning to drive and therefore decided to go down the route of automatic. Fantastic experience: I'd been driving for a bit with my parents and came to Jeremy to help work out the little details that I was getting wrong so I could pass a driving test. In only six lessons he taught me all I was missing out on and I passed first time with only one minor fault. His car is very nice to drive, he's a good, friendly teacher and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Had a brilliant experience learning with Jeremy. I had a very bad experience with driving 7 years ago when I failed 3 times and found it so scary that I gave up trying to pass and honestly thought it was something I’d never be able to do. Jeremy put me completely at ease from the very start. He’s a great instructor - very friendly, so easy to talk to and very good at teaching me to drive. He brought up my confidence so much and got me to a great standard of driving ready for my test which I passed first time (this time round). Honestly can’t recommend him enough for making driving fun and easy and getting over my nerves! I’m going to miss having our Saturday morning chats but am just so happy that I’ve passed now!! I reiterate again - absolutely cannot recommend enough!!!

Fantastic experience: A great instructor in Brentwood, completed my Driving Test first time with 1 minor fault. The lessons are dynamic in content and spaced across once a week with 1 hour lesson. Highly recommended !

Fantastic experience: I have just passed my driving test first time! Jeremy is an outstanding instructor who is patient, professional and encouraging. His lessons are well-structureed and his instructions are clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend him!

Negative experience: I purchased a block set of lessons for my partner for her birthday, Jeremy made it clear at the start that he could not fit my partner in until mid March which was fine, what he did not state is that he then wanted to spread these lessons across a few months which is not what we wanted and due to moving would become unsuitable, also due to children issues my partner could not make her first lesson, giving ample time to cancel and rearrange. Due to moving we decided to cancel the lessons, at this point no lessons where booked within the coming weeks yet he deemed it necessary to charge us the following deducted from our refund! Cancelled lesson - £45. Cancellation Fee - £10 Total Charges £55. Apparently these conditions are on his website yet we went through google and just called him and these conditions where never pointed out to us. We cannot comment on how good he is of an instructor but his customer service skills need improvement, enjoy the free money!

Fantastic experience: I have been having lessons with Driving Success and would advise anyone to learn to drive with this driving school. The instructor is very helpful, friendly and easy to get on with. There is no need to feel nervous with this driving school, you will feel very comfortable right from the first lesson to the last!
