Fantastic experience: I did about 50 hours of lessons with Brian - I started with zero prior experience or knowledge, and passed first time in January 2025. Brian's demeanour is brilliant, and he taught me at exactly the rate I needed to continually make progress - he pushed me when he knew I could do more, and respected when I just wanted to practice what we had already covered. He made me feel very at ease, and I could always rely on him for great conversation at the same time as great instruction - would gladly recommend to anyone looking to get driving; Brian's pupils have a great record of passing first time, which is so important considering the huge waiting lists for tests

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Brian enough. As an American who has been driving automatic for over 15 years, Brian taught me how to properly and safely drive manual. So well that I passed my driving test easily on the first try! He was always on time and reliable. If you need manual driving lessons, I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Brian is an honest and patient communicator meaning I knew which areas of my driving needed improving and so I was able to make great progress. This all led to me passing first time. His teaching method is clear, concise and he helps you to spot tricky hazards well in advance. Having been taught by other instructors, I needed someone who was understanding and would work at my pace and Brian not only did this, but he put me at ease. Fantastic experience: I passed my test yesterday first time after having a few instructors before Brian. I loved my lessons and he always explained any mistakes I made in a way that was really useful, without making me feel panicked. Brian didn’t just teach me how to “pass a test” he taught me how to drive safely in day-to-day driving. Before I had Brian as my instructor, I was always quite an anxious driver, but now I’m very confident in my driving!
