Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Frank more. I was initially anxious about driving, but Frank made the experience really enjoyable. He knows when to be serious but keeps the lessons relaxed and fun. Whenever I didn't understand something, he took the time to explain it thoroughly, even if it meant going over it multiple times. He adapts his teaching style to the way you learn, for example drawings and diagrams really helped me with some concepts I was struggling with, and then we would go on to practise them on the road. If you're looking for a driving instructor, Frank is fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I'd tried to learn to drive eight years ago with no success, but wanted to give it another try at 39 years old. I found learning with Frank to be a completely different experience to instructors I'd had in the past. He was very knowledgeable and skilled at explaining things in a clear and useful way. I have a busy and often stressful work/family life, and Frank really understood this and provided calm, but rigorous instruction that got me test ready much quicker than I had anticipated. I was overjoyed to pass earlier today, and thanks to Frank's excellent teaching ability I feel confident, safe and ready to start driving.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Frank, he's an extremely friendly, chatty and humourous instructor. He always makes lessons a relaxed and welcoming environment, which helps a lot, especially if you are a nervous or anxious learner. One thing that also really helped me was that his car feels much better to drive, compared to other cars instructors in Eastbourne use, and I do find that I can learn much more in a car I am comfortable with.

Thank you so much, Dana. What lovely feedback. I must say that in 17 years as a Driving Instructor, I have never known a student who had to overcome so many challenges due to all the lockdowns. The moment you had a Test booked it got cancelled. Then you had to wait again. Stop, start, stop start ... and you had to put up with all the lockdowns. By your own admission you suffer from anxieties. COVID brought its own worries, never mind the emotional roller coaster of not knowing if or when your driving test actually goes ahead. That's already tough to deal with in itself. But you did it. You made sure you kept on top of your driving lessons and got your driving licence after what must have felt like an eternity. Do not doubt your ability. Stay strong and focused. So pleased to see you achieve your goal.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend learning to drive with Frank. He is incredibly patient and understanding with a skill at explaining things clearly. There was a point where I started loosing confidence while driving due to exams in the background but Frank brought me right back up to my feet and helped me achieve that pass. Fantastic experience: What can I say, excellent instructor but first and foremost, one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet. Goes through everything very precise and clearly and has mountains of patience. Frank has an interesting method for teaching manoeuvres in that he uses music and timing to explain each step of the manoeuvre and this broke it down into its key stages very well and made it a breeze to follow. Once you have the timing down, you have a perfect manoeuvre. Outstanding teaching method! This is my second time having to pass the practical and I had a different instructor who I passed with before but I can honestly say that I feel I am a better and safer driver and being refreshed by Frank. Fantastic experience: Frank is a brilliant driving instructor that I would recommend to anyone. Starting out as a complete beginner to driving, the regular lessons helped build my confidence on the road leading up to my test. Each lesson was not only very enjoyable but something different, from learning manoeuvres with the easy-to-remember references through to driving around town, down narrow country lanes and dual carriageways. This variety meant I was always learning and improving, and the end-of-lesson debrief ensured I knew what aspects needed work on. The online app provided for theory test revision was also very useful. No doubt I will be looking to return to Frank in the near future for a "Pass Plus" course.

For anyone reading this review I must stress that Asad has had international driving experience and the 5 hours stated were tuning his skills for the UK driving test. It is in no way indicative of the time it takes for a complete beginner to pass their test.

He is very caring and will always make sure you do good while also having a sense of humour and making sure you are always happy. Fantastic experience: Frank is honestly one of the nicest people that you could meet meaning that the process of learning to drive was an absolute pleasure. What made learning with Franklydriving great was being able to experience a multitude of different aspects of driving such as driving at night and through country lanes which I feel have made me more confident in areas which I would have otherwise felt nervous of. Upon passing my test I decided to take part in the Pass Plus course offered which was definitely worth it. We drove to the New Forest which meant I was able to use the motorway giving me both experience and confidence in using much busier and faster roads. Fantastic experience: Frank is an excellent driving instructor; he is patient,reliable and flexible. Learn to drive with him is also fun. He understands that people sometimes have bad days,he never put much pressure on you and that helps when you struggle with driving. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: I learned how to drive with Frank when he was with the AA. His lessons are very well planned and he would give advice as I drove. When I learned with Frank, one thing I struggled with was observation and my positioning as I turned into a bend. Frank helped me with both and I later found myself seeing things happen far ahead of the car such as the positioning of other vehicles, pedestrians, etc. At the beginning of every lesson, Frank would ask me what skills I wanted to work on. Then, at the end of a lesson Frank would give a debriefing, and we discussed things that went well and things that needed improving. I would thoroughly recommend Frank as he is professional, patient, kind, and reliable.
