He is truly a gem—polite, ever-smiling, and incredibly pleasant to work with. Mr. Imtinan provided clear and concise instructions, explaining driving techniques, road rules, and maneuvers in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. What stood out the most was his willingness to let me repeat maneuvers as many times as needed until I felt completely comfortable.
