Fantastic experience: Great driving school with great instructors. I had my classes with Dele and he is really good. He knows what roads to take you on and makes you practice your mistakes again and again to get you confident. He will always crack some jokes when he sees you stressed which is great to calm down. Make sure to ask for him if you go here, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: i’m delighted i can finally say i passed my driving test and the only reason was because of my new instructor ENAM i had only been learning with him for one month i had to brush up on my skills,, the amount of effort my instructor Enam put in was priceless he is a gentleman and went above and beyond to help me pass. if you have nerves or a beginner ENAM is so calm and very professional he writes down what you need to brush up on and explains how to drive in ways you’ll never forget. he is a credit to diamond school of motoring and i wish him nothing but the best moving forward. best wishes Enam and thank you diamond school for sending me a great instructor . all the best. sem

Fantastic experience: Enam was a very patient driving instructor who took me on after 14 years of last learning to drive and not passing in a manual. Fantastic experience: I had Dele as an instructor and he was great. More affordable than other companies, knows the routes well, and has a good sense of humour, which made learning much easier!

Fantastic experience: I had 5 lessons with instructor Enam, with this limited amount of lesson I passed, and the whole process was done in under a month. He taught me all the precautions to take when driving, we went through all the possible routes that I could have possibly taken in the practical test and he taught me parking techniques that was suitable for me, and much more. Enam was very helpful and I would 100% doing lessons with him

Fantastic experience: Enam my instructor, covered all points to past your test and covered all test roads and paid attention to minor details to make sure you pass your test, whilst sending me videos to watch in my spare time. Due to this I passed my test first time within 8 lessons over 2months.

Very professional, polite, doesn't shout, is methodical in his teaching and great at checking in on your progress. He makes sure that I am learning how to be safe on the road but also retain the knowledge in an easy to remember way. I am now confident in my driving and comfortable on the road because of Enam. Negative experience: My driving instructor Enam started out being nice but once he learned that I was having lessons with another instructor due to his availability things changed. On the day of my driving exam we got into an argument and was 10 minutes late for the test because he felt that I should have only been taking lessons with him. The argument threw me off and I was no longer feeling positive about my driving test and was now in a negative anxious state of mind which. My driving test instructor was aware of the situation as soon as we pulled up into the test centre. Enam even forgot to leave the keys in the car and had to hand them to my test instructor, something I felt was deliberate. I didn’t even know how to start the car due to always jumping in the car with the electrics already being on( make it make sense). Unfortunately I didn’t even get out the starting blocks and failed my test. My confidence was knocked before I even started and I was now anxious when I started out feeling great about my upcoming test. Today was a harsh learning experience but it won’t put me off from achieving my goal of getting my driving licence.

Fantastic experience: Whilst learning how to drive at Diamond I’ve been made to feel reassured and comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly and are great at keeping me informed about the process and availability. My tutor is Enam, and he is very down to earth, polite and positive in his method of teaching. Driving alongside him is fun, informative and memorable. He is very eager to see his students do well, and he is helping me greatly with my confidence on the road. I highly recommend Diamond Driving School to all my friends, family and anyone living in their catchment area who wants to learn how to drive or improve.

Negative experience: If only there was a way to give this 0 stars. Avoid a man called Kit at all costs, swears under his breath and mutters to himself at every mistake you make. I don't understand why he expects a person who has never driven a car to know how to. Confronted him about the swearing and went all silent.

Fantastic experience: (Automatic) Had refresher driving lessons with Afia in June 2023 and she really did make me feel at ease, as it had been 5 years since I had driven and passed my test. I notice there are other reviews which talk about Antimo in a negative light but I did not have this experience; his instructions were clear and encouraging, and on the day of the test itself he gave me a lot of confidence, helping me to relax

Fantastic experience: Antimo was a great, helpful driving instructor. He helped me pass the first time with confidence. I would recommend him to anyone.

Negative experience: AVOID !! Just a waste of money. Afia and Mohammed. Mohammed - aggressive and language barrier and u don’t progress with learning to drive after 8 hrs I still was doing moving off and NO new roads Afia - completely unprofessional and takes 20+ mins talking about unnecessary life stories, also quite racist she makes slurs and comments at any minority groups. AVOID!!

Negative experience: Antimo was an ok instructor and I did learn some useful driving tips, but once I made a mistake more than once, he would become incredibly frustrated with me and even aggressive at times. He really knocked my confidence and made me feel anxious behind the wheel, so I went to another school where I was able to pass first time. I’m sure you can find other instructors with Diamond that are good, but I personally would suggest avoiding Antimo.

Negative experience: Avoid instructor Antimor at all costs unless you learn best when being yelled at and belittled for hours. He will yell at you for not listening to instructions, not using your brain etc but will never apologise for giving wrong (and fatal - e.g. "turn left" when you need to turn right) instructions himself. Zero intention of teaching you how to actually drive in real life. Unprofessional - can second the earlier comments here about how he made a lady feel uncomfortable. Edited to add: Be warned, Antimor may try to act pleasant and patient in your first lesson (if you haven't bought a package ).

Negative experience: I came to Diamond as an experienced driver who drove in other countries with different rules and wanted to adapt to the UK. I told them I was not going to pass my driving test and I just needed to learn the rules and practice as if I was passing the test. I finally finished my 10 hours with Keith who was always positive that I was driving well with no problem. At the 9th hour, I decided to go for a ride with my son who drives in the UK and he basically described me as a danger on the road and told me to take courses again. He stopped me from driving and parked the car and we came back by taxi. On the next hour I confronted Keith about this and told him that I wanted to learn as if I was to pass the test and he was quite surprised saying "You told me you were not passing the test!" and replied "Yes I think you will pass" with an unconvinced face and tone when I asked him if he thinks I would pass the test with what he taught me. To add to this, the car was not in the best shape and we had a few issues during the courses. He also did not make me follow the GPS apart from one time and did not explain anything about 6 points check or anything you would teach someone who is just starting in the UK. Very disappointed and will now have to look for courses with one of the big companies. Waste of money, definitely do not recommend.

Negative experience: Did lessons with Addison initially thought he was a good instructor but in my first lesson he was on phone to a friend for 10 minutes. Didn’t explain anything properly why you should use different pedals. He just told me what to do with no explanation at all. Was patient at first but could tell he wasn’t a good instructor as he made me do turns in one way street’s for 4 hours. Now I have a new instructor who explains everything properly and I’m on main road in first two lessons gone up to third gear. While at Addison I was on gear two for maximum 20 seconds.

Fantastic experience: Passed first time. Highly recommend. My driving instructor wojtek is a brilliant teacher, couldn't ask for anyone better. Friendly service especially the lady who works in the office. Great prices too. Nothing bad to say. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Antimo the instructor didn't make my first driving lesson pleasent. He made me feel uncomfortable, for instance, he made an inappropriate comment about my name which I didn't find very thought out on his part, what he said isn't something you typically tell somebody expecially when meeting for the first time. However, now I'm learning to Drive with Wei the instructor who is way more professional and nicer compared to the other guy! Thanks!!

Fantastic experience: I am writing this review to highly praise the school and my instructor. The school is very friendly and have good instructors. Especially, my instructor Dele, he is very professional and experienced instructor. He is also very patient. I am glad that I could learn from him.

Negative experience: Just waste people's money, I did not improve at all And paid in bulk and did not receive my money back. Do NOT go there. If I could give no star I would!

Fantastic experience: I had Aysen teach me, and I would shout her name from the rooftops to recommend her to anyone wanting to pass their test. I’d had a few lessons previously with a different instructor but that guy was clearly just taking my money and wasting my time. I was recommended to diamond by a friend and just lucky to be given Aysen as my tutor. She was very clear with her instructions and very patient and calm, everything I needed to build my confidence and get me to test standard.

Fantastic experience: Passed first time - Highly recommend, my instructor Wai Ming was amazing, he was patient, clear to understand, very thorough and had great attention to detail. Couldn't of asked for anything more.

Fantastic experience: Passed my test at last thanks to one of the best instructors I have had, Wojek. I have tried to learn with at least 5 other instructors and he is by far the best. He is patient and thorough and not only teaches you to pass but also to be a safe driver. Amazing guy - can't thank him enough. Would highly recommend him.
