Fantastic experience: Passed today with Links Driving School! Pleased to have continued Neil’s current test pass streak - I was number 7 in a row of passes! Neil is an excellent instructor. I had two instructors previously and wish Neil had taught me from the beginning. As an anxious driver who lacked confidence, it was reassuring to know that Neil would not let me complete a test unless he felt safe whilst I was driving and he thought I could pass. I wasted money with previous instructors who had a ‘just give it a go’ approach to teaching and the test. Neil actually teaches you to drive rather than just letting you ‘just give it a go.’ Also, Neil never shouts or gets upset if you make a mistake - as someone who beats herself up, Neil helped me to focus on not dwelling on the mistake but understanding how it happened and what to do to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Neil is a dedicated instructor, happy to help in anyway that he can, even now that I’ve passed he said he’s happy to take me through anything again if I need it - particularly motorway driving. That’s the end of my essay review - in conclusion he’s a fab instructor!

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Neil. I had some refresher driving lessons with him having not driven for 10 years+. I was nervous when we started but I’m now calm and confident on the road. I’ve learnt a lot from Neil and I’m a much better and safer driver after having these lessons.

Fantastic experience: finally passed today after trying for quite some time! i came to Neil with a lack of confidence in both myself and my driving ability from fails with previous instructors, i’m leaving driving lessons knowing i can do it when i stay calm and think positively. i couldn’t recommend Neil enough to help pass your driving test; without him who knows how many more times i would have had to take the test! thank you so much for helping both my driving and self confidence, i’ll always be grateful!
