Fantastic experience: Jelena is absolutely professional, patient. She explained everything with such detail. I have been lucky to have her as my driving instructor and thankful to her for transforming me into a confident driver on the road. I have passed my exam in the first attempt. I have also taken the Pass Plus course with Jelena, I truly enjoyed the entire experience of learning. I highly recommend Jelena for anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of learning from Kat who was very patient and gentle, and had a teaching style that aligned with my learning style. She was also very accommodating with me and found ways to squeeze me in for lessons when I booked a cancellation test!

Fantastic experience: Jelena has been very helpful and been such a help with getting me started on the road! She explains everything with such detail and has the patience of a saint! She sketches out notes through out the lesson which she then shares through text in order to ensure all information from the lesson has not only made sense but stays fresh in your mind in between lessons. Negative experience: I’ve been trying to book lessons with jelena through whatapp for about 2 months and I had just started working on an agency that has varying hours, so I had trouble trying to give her a time and date after I did have a time and date I gave it to Jelena and she gave me a slot, It took me awhile to reply as I was working and when I did get back to her she said she wasn’t available which is fair enough, but when I did tried to contact her to rearrange the lessons I just got ignored. I tried two times to contact, and I see her go online multiple times and I didn’t get a reply. This is very unprofessional. And I’m not happy at all

Fantastic experience: I had failed my first test with a previous instructor and went with Kat for my most recent test at Sidcup, considering I only did a few lessons with her she was excellent and got me where I needed to be to pass my second test. Really reliable and flexible lessons too, for a good price. Will definitely recommend Road Rules for any other learners :)

Fantastic experience: I’d past my test many years ago but hadn’t driven for ten years I needed help. Katie was wonderful very patient when I made mistakes and there were many. She explained new driving rules clearly, I didn’t need many lessons to feel confident about driving again. Thanks Katie for making life just that bit easier

For those who love a good novel, read below :D I recently had the pleasure of taking refresher driving lessons with Jelena, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Jelena is not only incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, but she also brings a level of enthusiasm and fun to the learning process that is truly unique. From the get-go, Jelena made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. Her teaching style is very adaptive, focusing on the areas I needed to improve while reinforcing good driving habits. What stood out to me was her ability to make complex driving concepts easy to understand, which greatly enhanced my learning experience. Moreover, Jelena's positive attitude and patience created a learning environment that was not only educational but also incredibly enjoyable. It's rare to find an instructor who can balance professionalism with a sense of humour, making each lesson something to look forward to :). I cannot recommend Jelena enough. Fantastic experience: I passed my test 9 years ago and hadn't driven since as I had moved to central London. I now live in Bexleyheath and took on refresher lessons with Jelena and she has given me the confidence boost I needed to get back on the road again. Fantastic experience: Rhys was an absolutely great instructor! I’ve had many instructors in the past, but absolutely none like him. I couldn’t have dreamt to pass first time but with him it was possible ✅ ALWAYS on time, never misses a lesson , always tried to fit around extra lessons around my busy work schedule, a real selfless teacher. you spend alot of time behind the wheel and a lot of money, but Rhys was worth every penny. I’d recommend Rhys to anybody who wants to learn how to actually drive and not just fluke a pass on the test. My advice would be to drop him a message and just trust his teachings and you WILL learn how to drive. It’s that easy.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my manual test at Herne Bay thanks to Emily’s kind, patient and expert teaching. She is great explaining everything, and making sure you’ve got to grips with it all. She’ll go out of her way to find lesson and test times that work for you, and will always be patient and helpful if you keep getting something wrong. I dreaded getting stuck with an instructor that I didn’t get on with but Emily was amazing and really made me feel at ease. Thanks so much!

Emily is a very good driving instructor and knows exactly what it is the driving examiner’s are looking for in order to pass. Emily was always patient, friendly and kind and always made me feel calm in every lesson. Emily was also flexible with lessons and always tried to ensure I had a lesson every week even with my very busy work schedule. Fantastic experience: I recently used Emily for driving lessons and highly recommended her service! Her expertise and driving knowledge (of the test) is superior. I have driven all over the world for 29 years and had to get an English license upon becoming a resident. My license (USA) would not transfer over to England. I had to do the theory and practical tests anew. I drove tanks and 2 and a half ton vehicles in the military, yet still had to do it all over again at age 44! I can honestly say, as good as I thought I was at driving, without Emily’s expert help I wouldn’t have passed! She assessed my driving ability and focused on the simple little things (looking then indicating, roundabout’s, checking the mirrors) to get me pass ready. I truly needed all 6 lessons to pass! I thought I was good, but once I realised what the examiners are looking for, I realised how much I wasn’t doing correctly! Emily cleaned up my bad habits, patiently and raised my confidence to pass. I highly recommend her service because of Emily says you are ready for your exam, you’re ready!

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my practical driving test at Belvedere test centre for the first time with only 3 minors! I couldn’t have done that without Teresa, she’s professional, super friendly and will go over and over every part of driving until it’s up to the best standard, i’m so happy I learned to drive with her and it has been a wonderful experience the whole time! Fantastic experience: Outstanding services by my driving instructor Teresa! I truly couldn't have asked for a better teacher - Teresa is patient, clear and so easy to work alongside. Fantastic experience: Teresa is a wonderful and patient driving instructor! We began my lessons way back in November 2019 and between then and the following March with Teresa’s instruction, I was test ready! However due to lockdown we had to put my driving lessons on hold before I could even book a practical. After a several months long break in driving, Teresa managed to get me back to being ready very quickly and I felt confident enough to book a test... Which was cancelled! We continued having lessons on and off wherever the guidelines allowed for nearly 18 months, with tests being moved or cancelled at last minute, until eventually I got to my final test date. Throughout all of this Teresa never gave up! She has always been extremely professional and patient but also friendly and chatty which made me really look forward to and enjoy my lessons every week. With her teaching me I became a confident and safe driver and I passed first time! Thank you so much Teresa, I couldn't have done it without you!

Fantastic experience: Had a brilliant refresher session with Charlotte! She was so encouraging and giving me lots of useful information as we were driving around. It allowed to feel really confident driving a car after a break of 5 years. It was also really easy to book a lesson and communicate with the team via text. Fantastic experience: I have had 4 driving instructors (3 in Wales where I study at university and one in london where I live) and Teresa was by far the best, Teresa taught me from June to December but unfortunately due to returning back to university I could no longer keep coming back to London to have lessons. I was very sad to stop having lessons with Teresa she has been the only professional and patient instructor I have had and is always happy to help. Really recommend Teresa and road rules good driving schools seem to be hard to find.

Not only did she help to boost my confidence but provided me with all the knowledge I needed to pass the test and more. I went from not have a clue about a car to knowing everything in only a month or 2. I am now a safe driver on the road and highly recommend you to also go to Road Rules as you won’t regret it. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Road Rules, they have been reliable and professional throughout my time with them. I am delighted to say that I passed my test today at Belverere test centre. My instructor Emma has been truly amazing from start to finish. She has bundles of patients, a calming approach and would happily repeat anything I was unsure of until I grasped it. Fantastic experience: I know I am no where near taking my test yet but to tell you the truth I never thought I would be anywhere near a steering wheel. My husband booked me some lessons as a present just for me to try. Well I know for sure that if it wasn’t for Tammy I would have not gone back for a second lesson. She has calmed me, helped me focus and shown me that driving is achievable for me. She seems to know when I have a panic and reassures me. I can not thank Tammy enough and would recommend her to anyone out there that may be a bit nervous and apprehensive about driving to give her a try. You will not be disappointed. Fantastic experience: I really enjoy driving lessons with road rules driving school, I’ve had lessons with other driving schools and nothing beats this one. I enjoy and look forward to my lessons with Lisa every week. She is reliable, patient and always tells me what I need to improve on which helps me to learn more. Fantastic experience: Past my test on Thursday with lisa, she was a God send. She made me feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to help me face my test which I was so nervous about having failed previously with another instructor. Lisa answered all my questions and not once did she make me feel I couldn't do it. I only had 10 lessons and my confidence went sky high. I now have the self confidence which I needed before having her. Lisa was also very flexible with finding times to suit us both and work around my family life.
