Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing and brilliant on so many levels from the first lesson of teaching my son all the way to his test has been brilliant. He really helped my son to gain confidence and really helped him to come out of his shell for driving. Fantastic experience: James helped me to pass my test about a week ago. I without a doubt will recommend him to everyone! He was such a nice person, made me feel so comfortable and I genuinely miss my lessons with him, driving alone isn't the same. I felt so at ease and he was so encouraging, giving me the most confidence even when it seemed difficult. James uses a lot of diagrams to ensure I understood what we were going to focus on each lesson, ensuring I knew exactly what I had to do before setting off. Fantastic experience: Passed first time thanks to James after deciding to get a driving licence at 39 (well, sort of 1st time - failed a test 21 years ago - (wish james was my instructor then!). Fantastic experience: James is a brilliant driving instructor and helped me tremendously with my anxiety and low confidence after a bad experience with a previous instructor. He was able to pinpoint what I struggled with the most and we had a couple of lessons focusing on it until I was ready. He also has a booklet to show diagrams which I found particularly useful when understanding the different lanes on roundabouts. Since passing, I have found a love for the car community and have gone on to join two classic car clubs. I used to find driving a challenge but now adore it and I really think James played a big part in this as he introduced me to driving in such a positive way. I recommend him to my family, friends and particularly those who are nervous on the roads!

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test first time with James after only 13 lessons. He was very friendly and takes each lesson at a pace the feels approachable no matter what your driving experience is. He is also good at analysing where your weaker spots are as you drive around with him, which also helps iron out any nerves you may have and after 2-3 months I feel like a confident driver. All in all I'm very happy with how well I was taught to drive and I recommend James if you're looking for a driving instructor as i'll be passing on his details to my sister in a few years when she's looking to drive.

Fantastic experience: I was a very nervous learner after coming back to learning after a 10 year gap. James was so patient and I learnt alot, and gained confidence very quickly. He explained everything in detail and always debriefed after every lesson so that I gained the maximum from my lessons. He was always on time (not an experience I got from previous instructors) and was very flexible with days and times, and would always fit me in the diary for an extra lesson if I asked for it. After three attempts I passed and I cannot thank James enough for all his support and guidance. I would recommend James to anyone thinking about starting their journey on getting onto the road.
