Negative experience: He keeps deleting bad reviews very awful instructor who goes on his phone during lessons doesn’t care about what you are doing.

I started completely new from scratch, i did 15 lessons and i passed first time He took me to a route just before the exam and the actual route was almost exactly the same . I learnt alot from him I highly recommend him to anyone that is learning to drive, he is very patient and the new is new and always nice clean and tidy, good environment to learn.

Bilal quickly identified the areas I needed to improve and helped me correct them. Additionally, he provided very effective mock tests. On the day of the exam, he carefully planned everything, including finding the best place to park the car.

Fantastic experience: After taking a while deciding that i wanted to do driving lessons my aunt who also passed with Saffi pushed me forward to him. Saffi is such a great instructor and made picking everything up so easy and simple, all of my worries and fears he talked me through and they were no longer a worry for me. His patients and care for his students is amazing and makes you feel comfortable which is very important. Having done my test today i passed first time with only 1 minor all down to his amazing teaching ! He was reassuring with my nerves and made sure i was calm up until the very last second and upon arrival back to the test centre he was there waiting ! I wouldn’t have done it without him and definitely recommend him to everyone, if you think you cannot do it he will reassure you that you can ! 5* is not enough !!
