Fantastic experience: Having taken my driving test numerous times when younger I was really nervous I was going to fail again but I had to have one last try. Will made me feel comfortable from the outset. Nothing was too stressful that Will couldn’t talk about in a reassuring way. Suffering from claustrophobia and anxiety there were moments I thought I couldn’t get to the point of my test, Will stayed positive and calm in every instance resulting in me preferring being under test conditions and eventually passing thinking it was just another day out with Will driving. Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Will more! I moved from London to Sheffield for university and I had become very comfortable driving at 20mph. Will was very patient and calm, personalising the lessons to help me improve my driving and confidence. Never in a million years did I think I could pass first time with zero minors, but with Will's help that's what happened. If you're looking for an instructor, learning with Will is the way to go!

Fantastic experience: Very clear, patient and simple instructions from the beginning and there was always a nice relaxed atmosphere. Even when I made certain errors it was always clear I was in safe hands which gives you the confidence you need to improve on the road. Lessons with Will set you up to be a safe driver going forward and instill good habits that will be very helpful before and after you pass your test. When I got to my test I was more than prepared to pass first time due to the preparation and teaching I had received. I would recommend him to anyone learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: In times where I called over 50 driving instructors to arrange for lessons, Will was the only one who accommodated time for me to teach me how to be a learner again. Driving as a learner is a complete other story, and Will made sure to notice all the "flaws" with my driving, and ironed them out to ensure I pass comfortably on the test day. The use of a progress book is great as we kept track of the progress with the syllabus, and general comments of the lessons on the day. He is a man of patience and pays attention to all the details, and he really went out of his way to make sure I pass on the day, which I did with only 2 minors! I am incredibly grateful to him, and I am sure whoever else chooses to have Will as an instructor will be in excellent hands for a pass the first time itself!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Will as a driving instructor highly enough. I was incredibly lucky to be able to organise a regular driving slot at short notice and he was fantastic at communicating any changes or anything I needed to know. I will be the first to admit I am a nervous driver (!) and put off driving for around 6 years before taking the plunge but I was extremely fortunate to learn with such a patient and friendly instructor. He has excellent knowledge of all of the bits needed to pass your driving test and was great at explaining things in a calm and reassuring manner even when I did have a bit of a wobble on Sheffield uni roundabout on occasion! Fantastic experience: Will was just the perfect instructor really. When I came to write this review I spent a while trying to think of what to say in as little words as possible, and to sum it up: There isn't a single thing I would suggest even privately to him to improve on a little bit, every single lesson and every single aspect of his teaching was well rounded. Some of the best aspects were: - Use of a booklet to track progress and leave comments - Very good at commenting on mistakes in a productive, supportive way - Not the type to suck extra lessons out of you if he feels you're ready - Calm, relaxing environment during each lesson where will feels more like a friend than an instructor I genuinely came to look forward to every lesson. Fantastic experience: Will is a great instructor! I had previously been taught by a different instructor and I was nervous to get back into driving but Will was patient and made me a better driver. I would not have passed my test without him and his encouragement. He gives constructive feedback which allowed me to change bad habits that I had picked up previously. Fantastic experience: Will was a great teacher from day one of my driving experience all the way up until I passed my test yesterday with only one minor! He was able to identify patterns in mistakes that I was making and was clear in explaining how to fix them. I definitely wasn't a natural driver but he helped me feel more at ease with it!

Fantastic experience: Experienced instructor who is able to customise the lessons to suits any individual skill level / needs. There will be no barrier between teaching and learning of the subject of driving, in or out lessons. The syllabus are well spaced to ensure pupils have adequate time for practising on essential driving skills and the driving exams thereupon. Passed first try in both theory and practical exams thanks to my will to pass.

Fantastic experience: Started my lessons with Will in around March and passed first time with one minor in November with a break of summer in between. Had a really great time with Will as my instructor and he helped massively, teaching me all I knew in how to drive. He's a really great guy with great knowledge whilst also having a personal approach towards the lessons which helped greatly in learning the functionality of driving whilst enjoying it. He is certainly someone I would heavily recommend to anyone learning to drive in Sheffield.

Fantastic experience: After 8 years of not driving, Will gave me four refresher lessons. It was safe to say i was very rusty and nervous about driving again. But Will quickly put me at ease, he was very patient and kind, helping me to feel safe and in control of the car. I quickly got back my confidence and conquered my driving fears (complex roundabouts, multistory car parking and motorway driving). Fantastic experience: Passed my test on 1st October’19, Will is an Amazing instructor, have had lessons with 2 other instructors and few attempts too but Will is the one who figured out where I’m making mistakes, he won’t say you can’t do this instead he explains why I should not do this and its outcome. After every lesson he writes notes of which area needs to be concentrated for next week. He built my confidence to get me passed. Thank you Will.

Fantastic experience: Will is a great driving instructor - he is supportive, calm, and patient, identifies the things you need to work on and gives you space to practice whilst also feeling safe. He describes ideas with props/toy cars, records progress in a book that's really helpful, and usually has a stock of sweets in the glovebox to rival any sweetshop. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Before coming to Sheffield for university, I had a few months of driving lessons back at home and having failed a test there quite badly my confidence was really knocked. Once I got into my second year of Uni I decided I was ready to get behind the wheel again, and with Will as my instructor my confidence quickly improved and I have since passed my test!! I would really recommend Will as an instructor, especially for nervous drivers. He was always calm and kind, and whenever I would make a mistake he'd help my understand exactly why I made it and thus help me not to make it again. The progress booklet that he uses is extremely useful, as it helps you to really understand your own strengths and weaknesses and also helps to ensure that your lessons are always tailored for your own specific needs. He was definitely the best instructor that I could have had, and I cant thank him enough for finally getting me passed!!

Fantastic experience: Will was an awesome instructor who was both patient and attentive to my learning. I managed to pass on the first time of asking! I felt really well prepared for the test and Will expertly simulates mock driving tests for practice well before the day of your test. Will’s car is easy and comfortable to drive up all of the hills that Sheffield can throw at you. Will teaches you to become a fluid driver and goes beyond the basic skills needed for the test. My progression had the pace and quality I wanted which led to a near-perfect pass first time. Fantastic experience: Will is real calm, easy going, and easy to talk to. He's very experienced and is able to pick out and clearly explain what you have difficulties with. He teaches in an encouraging way that is safe and easy to follow, which builds up your confidence as a driver. The fact that he's highly rated on any website you come across means you won't go wrong with him. He also loves to brag about his mountain cycling prowess. 10/10 would learn from again.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Will as a driving instructor, I approached Will with a fairly tight pass deadline a few months back and rather than saying 'yes I can do it', he rightly pointed out that it is most important that I am a safe and confident driver and take the test when I am ready, rather than picking a fixed deadline. So he instructed away and after completing the driving program he put on and 3 mock tests, I successfully passed my test with only 3 minors and actually just in time for my deadline! Will's use of instruction, appropriate examples and patience are a great formula for learning to drive. Cheers Will!

Negative experience: I was really disappointed by the lack of contact I received after enquiring about lessons. I needed to start as soon as possible and felt fobbed off by an automated text which came to nothing. After over a week of trying, I eventually rang Superdriver Sheffield who arranged a lesson within the hour, for the next day. If you're eager to start, I would suggest looking elsewhere as Will is obviously too busy.

Fantastic experience: If you are thinking of taking driving lessons in Sheffield, then 110% do them with Will. His general nature and attitude towards driving makes lessons and learning more comfortable and natural in a friendly environment where you can have fun. He is the kind of instructor who will never complain at you for getting something wrong, but instead uses his top quality experience to help tackle the situation. I would recommend Will to anyone!!!

Fantastic experience: Will is reasonably priced, especially as he offers a specific student rate. Flexible on timings and happy to pick up from home. Will was accommodating and covered the areas of driving that I wanted to focus on in my refresher lessons. Having not driven for 2 1/2 years Will was really supportive and patient, and in no time at all I was feeling comfortable with driving again. I gained everything from the lessons that I wanted to, and am now extremely excited to pick up my new car next week with the confidence of my driving skills having been restored!

Fantastic experience: I started learning with Will 2 Pass having tried and failed at learning to drive a few years previously with two different driving instructors, and as such, my confidence was at an all time low. However, after a friend of mine recommended Will 2 Pass to me, I got in the car and never looked back. Will has an ability to tailor lessons to suit specific driving needs and he is, for want of a better word, very paternal about the whole experience of learning to drive. Additionally, 1.5 hours in the perfect length for a lesson. I would recommend Will 2 Pass to anyone at any stage in their driving career. At one point, I said I would never get behind the wheel again, and had it not been for Will putting me at ease straight away, I am not sure that I would have made it all the way to passing my test. Driving with Will was an absolute pleasure and I shall miss my weekly lessons - he has got to be Sheffield's best kept driving secret.
