Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Scott enough as a driving instructor, he’s incredibly patient and calming, putting your nerves at ease straight away. Each lesson is something different, ensuring you cover all bases before your test. I found that when I was taking a while to understand something, Scott would find alternative ways to explain it to me such as drawing it out on the white board or showing me a video he had done on it, all of which really helps to keep you motivated, especially when you feel like it’s taking you a while to get the hang of something. An unexpected bonus is Scott’s great sense of humour, making lessons a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Alongside all this Scott offers a variety of hourly bundles, making it easier to manage the financial side of learning to drive and is always posting useful learning tools also in the whatsapp group for all students that you can go over outside of lessons. Scott’s pass rate speaks for itself, but particularly impressive is how few minors each student gets also! Thanks again Scott for everything – couldn’t have asked for a better instructor!!

Fantastic experience: Scott has been Absolutely brilliant and I loved my time with him. I am 52 years old and was really concerned that it would take me a long time to pass. But, with Scott's expert and really friendly tuition and guidance, I PASSED FIRST TIME WITH ZERO FAULTS. it took me less than six months. Scott made the whole process fun and easy to see progress as we went. He was great at diagnosing and giving remedial advice and as a result I progressed much faster than I thought was possible. He also helped me get a test date early which is rare. Scott has truly exceptional insight into the driving test and routes. All the preparation in the week before that Scott planned for me and the especially the morning of the test came up in the test. Everything. Almost down to the exact route. I honestly could not have been more prepared. Thanks Scott, you are a legend and a great laugh. That is why my 17-year old son is now learning with you and he thinks you are great too.

Fantastic experience: Can't thank Scott enough.Got my son a pass after only one week of lessons. He certainly has a way of getting all the information across,and ways of making those good habits stick.(not easy with a teenager ) Can't recommend him enough...Honestly brilliant.

Positive experience: Had an intensive course, Scott was a fairly good teacher however sometimes aggressive banging on the side of the door because (he thought) I forgot to check a mirror and make be jump when on roundabouts which I thought was quite dangerous and unnecessary. Communication wasn’t the best, I would have to keep chasing, after I failed the first time I still had about an hour left over that I hadn’t used but every time I tried to book it in he was busy with another lesson and would take a while to respond. I didn’t get the money back either. When I got a cancellation for another test he didn’t to accommodate like he previously said he could if he has good notice (which I have)(I.e. move another lesson so I could use the car for the test and have a lesson just beforehand to refresh my memory), had to find another car to use asap and practice in that a few days before, I asked if he could give advice and if there were any checks on the car I needed to do before the test and he didn’t get back to me until after my test. If you have the time and energy to chase someone for their services that you’ve paid for then he’s not a bad teacher and his car was nice to learn in.

Fantastic experience: For someone who hasn’t done any lessons and is really nervous, I felt really comforted by Scott to give me the confidence to get behind the wheel. I’m sure there are instructors out there that are just as good but for me who never thought of being a driver he showed me how to be a confident and safe driver. I managed to pass first time after 10 hours with him with only 2 minors! Strongly recommend Scott, absolute legend.

Negative experience: Its misfortunate that I’ve had to leave this review, but due to me not receiving my full refund (despite asking for it a month ago and giving an extension on the deadline), and the treatment I’ve received from Scott, I felt like I’ve been given no choice. I bought a 20 hour intensive course on the Wheelie Good website. I had to work for a time away from London and could only manage to book 6 hours before I left. I tried to book in more, but I was repeatedly ignored by Scott. I tried to be patient as he mentioned he had some personal issues and I was sympathetic. My patience ran out however, when I saw a WhatsApp story claiming that one of Scott’s male students managed to book in 40 hours without even paying for the lessons. At this point I realised what was happening, and asked Scott for a refund. Within the hour, Scott sent me a list of dates and times he was available, obviously realising that I was over the situation. I insisted that I wanted a refund to which he responded he would give to me by December 21st. The 21st arrived and I contacted him about my refund. He asked if he could pay me half then and half by the 27th of December. I agreed because there was little I could do. The 27th arrived and again I had to contact him to enquire about money that was owed to me. He told me he would try to give me the money back by the end of the day (which he did not do). I feel like my patience has been taken advantage of and I have been heavily inconvenienced. I have screenshots to corroborate everything I have written in this review, but I don’t want to include them, as they contain sensitive information. If I receive a reply to this review in any way shape or form that implies I am not telling the truth, I will include those screenshots without hesitation. All I wanted is my money back and I truly hate that it has come to this, as he is a good driving instructor. But how much is that worth, if you can’t even schedule a lesson? **UPDATE** As of the 29th of December, I have received a full refund.

You never have to be afraid to make a mistake or ask for help. He is also very reasonably priced too. I'm forever grateful for the skills & experience Scott has given to me. Thanks Scott!

Fantastic experience: Scott is a top bloke! From my first phone call he spent the time to provide me with a list of dates and times that work for us both in order for me to complete 40 hours of lessons in just over a month before I had paid a penny. Never cancelled a lesson, and the once or twice he had to change time slots was always in agreement with me first. Lessons were great, he’s knowledgeable of all the test routes and simplifies all of the manoeuvres you have to do in the test. He even took me for a lesson an hour before my test, to the very carpark I went to in my test. I passed with one minor at Erith, which everyone dubs one of the hardest test Centre’s going! And I can happily say that is thanks to Scott, his mock tests will have you passing with flying colours, although be warned he’s a much tougher judge (in a good way).

Fantastic experience: If you are after a kind, calm, humorous instructor Scott is your guy.I passed first time with him and was a nervous learner! Lessons consisted of safety awareness, making progress, gaining skills and gaining confidence.When you make mistakes Scott provides a safe space where your able to reflect and grow and not take yourself to seriously. Scott is unique in that he is able to add you to a learner support WhatsApp group where he regularly post videos, general information and even available practical driving tests!

Fantastic experience: From moving to many instructors all the time for a year I managed to pass 1st time with Scott with only 15 hours of lessons with him. If you need someone with a good sense of humour and someone that will keep you motivated throughout the lessons he’s the man. I cannot stress this guy enough. Very different teaching style from what I have encountered - I’d probably say the best teaching style. You can never go wrong with choosing him. Massive thank you !!

He put me at ease straight away, has been very patient and encouraging, he remains calm at all times and gives continuous feedback and advice in where I needed to improve. I felt very supported throughout my learning up to the driving test. The whatsapp support group he created and videos were very helpful, and he managed to get me a test swap so I could pass my test several months earlier, passing my test with just one driving fault. I couldn’t recommend Scott highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Scott in a heartbeat. I'm 32 and haven't had any driving experience before starting lessons with Scott. A few days ago (Nov 2022), I passed my test on a rainy day with seven minor faults on the (dreaded) Belvedere test route. It was my first attempt with 35 hours of lessons spread across 7 months. This wouldn't have been possible without Scott. He's an incredible teacher that's super friendly and has a way of making concepts stick. He's informative with road policy changes and hosts a whatsapp group for his students that acts as a support framework. Additionally, he was accommodating when agreeing to regular hours finding a way to fit around my schedule.

Every lesson I had, Scott was patient and explained everything in detail, even if I’d forget or didn’t understand he would go over it again and again and would always be so calm even when I started to panic. The day of my test I was so nervous and Scott kept reassuring me and believed in me more than I believed in myself. Fantastic experience: Scott was the perfect instructor, patient, friendly and reliable. As well as the time put in during lessons he provided various resources and videos through a Wattsapp group of his current students. This was massively helpful, especially when he would ask questions/scenarios to the group. Personally, I had multiple tests cancelled by the DVSA and Scott went above and beyond to accommodate lessons around my test date each time. He was an all round brilliant instructor who not only took the stress out of learning to drive but made lessons enjoyable. When my actual test day came round Scott made sure that not only my driving was ready, by making me feel confident enough in my own skills to pass the test.
