Negative experience: I recently took my grab lorry to Scania for an MOT, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From start to finish, the service provided did not meet the professional standards I expected. Upon arriving for the MOT, I was informed that 4 tires needed to be changed. Wanting to verify the condition myself, I requested some photos of the tires. To my surprise, I was told that there would be an additional charge for taking and providing these photos. This seemed unreasonable, especially considering the significant cost of tire replacement. After reluctantly agreeing to the tire change, I returned to pick up my grab. Shockingly, it was fully loaded, despite being empty when I dropped it off. This was a major inconvenience as I had to spend another two hours waiting while they figured out where to tip the load. This situation was both time-consuming and frustrating, demonstrating a clear lack of organization and care for customer property. Adding to the frustration, I discovered that the safety nuts were missing. Instead of being properly installed, they were left in the cab. This oversight could have had serious safety implications. I then had to wait further for the staff to install the safety nuts, delaying my departure even more. Overall, my experience at Scania was disappointing. The lack of transparency, the inconvenience of the unexpected load, and the oversight with the safety nuts reflect poorly on their service quality. I hope Scania will take these issues seriously and improve their processes to prevent such experiences in the future.

Fantastic experience: Had to get a new windscreen after an owl hit it smashed it need a workshop to replace it scania Purfleet was amazing and thanks to all the staff who move some of there own work about so we could use the workshop thank from Otools transport Bellshill Scotland
Negative experience: Scam! After purchasing 40 batteries from Scania Purfleet. We found within the year we started getting issues with all of them, As the batteries were still under warranty, we took them back to Scania over a period of time, to be told they had none in stock! So , I had to resource else where. Now I am being told I can not get a refund as I did not purchase the replacement off of them!!?? After being told of Scania stupid policy, I went to collect my faulty batteries back from Scania to be told they have all gone missing and the person that I dealt with no longer works there?? And to be told that they can not do any thing without a return note although Scania staff never supplied me with.

Fantastic experience: The lovely young lady in the office who helped me get my lorry sorted was brilliant and only been there a couple of weeks. Kept me up to date with what was going on and Kept me sane. From turning up to fixing my lorry was 4hrs and so grateful to all involved.

Negative experience: No one here cares about customers at purfleet scania, don't want to do anything if means got to get up off there chair , sat in there waiting for pick up , and they just play games between themselves, couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing, as a manager at a company, think someone should look at this .....

Fantastic experience: Called in with an engine management issue on our journey, not our local Scania, the fitter was in the lorry within 10 minutes of arriving and had us on our way in 20 minutes. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Positive experience: I think they can improve by giving a free truck wash after service or MOT tests. My last MOT they took wheel nut indicators and left in box I think they should put them back, how am I going to know if wheel nuts are moving without them

Negative experience: Lorry wasn't ready, kept me waiting over an hour. Always the same.

Fantastic experience: Truck fixed quickly and efficiently. Shower and toilet facilities on site. Comfortable lounge with Tv and free coffee machine.
Fantastic experience: listen guys from what I've learnt paying euro truck simulator 2, you should just save up to buy the best truck possible. you don't need the bells and whistles, just the most power truck there is. the scania streamline. scania never fails to reach expectations. keep up the good work fam.

Negative experience: Long waiting times for repairs, not very helpful staff, drinks for free but not very attractive waiting area. I've spend here 12hours to get my starter change.
