Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable, reliable and flexible. Having previously been with a different instructor, I realised how effective Patrick really was. He teaches with thorough explanations, methods and constructive feedback. The lessons are structured with a warm-up phase to gain confidence before practising new things which were more challenging. We’d always finish up with less difficult roads to rebuild confidence, allowing you to come away from every lesson feeling good!! He teaches you to be a good driver, not just pass a test. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: No availability and unreliable. Had one lesson few weeks ago with an instructor, then informed me last minute he is no longer available.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience learning to drive with Pat - I can't recommend him highly enough. Despite me being a nervous (and horrifically inept) learner driver, Pat took it all in his stride with endless patience. He takes a calm approach to teaching, and never once got exasperated with my ridiculous questions, terrible coordination and generally terrible memory and manouvering. He was an excellent instructor in every way, and I'm genuinely going to miss our weekly lessons. If you've had lessons with other instructors in the past and have lost confidence, I'd definitely recommend giving learning to drive another go with Pat - his peaceful demeanour, dry wit and patience will put you at ease. Despite my aforementioned deficiencies, I passed my test first time. Thanks Pat! X

Negative experience: This company is a money making business. I had well over 25 lessons and my instructor didn't once ask me about my theory. All he was interested in was taking my money at the start of the lesson. I've started with a new company and I'm already ready to take my test.

Pat was my only driving instructor and was extremely patient and calm the whole time as I was learning to drive..
