Fantastic experience: I took a 30 hour intensive course over 7 days in Grimsby (traveling 6 hours from Oxfordshire and staying with a B&B) with a test booked for the final day! I was lucky enough to get Lee as an instructor. Having been a motorcyclist for years I had picked up some habits which wouldn’t fly on a driving test, I’ve had a few instructors in the past and always ended up stressed and dreading the lessons. With Lee I felt comfortable and relaxed with my first hour or two in the car. Had a great time in my lessons which very much had a carpool karaoke type vibe. Due to lees tutoring i managed to pass my test first time. Overall all the communications I had with team from the office and the instructor were top notch. I would have no hesitation in recommending people to learn with these guys. An overall great experience!

Fantastic experience: Passed my test first time today with Lee Bagshaw, felt comfortable and at ease from the first time we met and his patience is second to none! A brilliant instructor who knows his stuff and a very nice guy. If you want to drive an automatic and get Lee you will have struck gold, wishing him all the best for the future.

Fantastic experience: I had Perry as my instructor, and I can't recommend him enough! Very knowledgeable, and teaches with patience. Even coming from a country where we drive on the opposite side of the road I passed my test on the first try. I'd very much recommend this driving school

Fantastic experience: I had Kev as my driving instructor and I couldn’t have had anyone better. He was so patient, understanding and supportive even when I was really nervous and he never once got angry with me. He was always so kind and I really enjoyed all my lessons with him. It was definitely worth the money, I couldn’t recommend Kev highly enough!

Negative experience: if i could give no stars then i would, after all of the good reviews i had seen, i was hopeful this company would be friendly, understanding and encouraging of my driving, but they are so deceiving as my entire experience with this company was a disaster. keith is so incredibly rude and shouldn’t be a driving instructor with an attitude as malicious as his, all i got was discouraged when in lessons, i felt unable to make any kind of mistake which just put me on edge the entire lesson. he was miserable the entire lesson which made me uncomfortable to even talk to him. the lack of communication was appalling, and understanding of outside commitments and events was disgraceful. the contract of agreement you have to sign at the start of your intensive course is a massive scam, as i had a family trauma happen whilst in this course, to which i took three weeks of absence from the course to look after my dad, as a 19 year old young career, i thought they’d have a little compassion and understanding, yet in response i got told i was no longer eligible for the course and i couldn’t receive my money back, they still gave me 2 lessons after this, yet it took weeks of me texting and ringing the company to get any sort of explanation as to what was going on. i’d suggest just steering clear of the company all together, robbing of your money and very rude, condescending attitudes towards its customers, for the money you’re paying you’d expect at least some respect and encouragement. disgrace of a company.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend, they very polite and friendly . I’ve never driven before so it’s all new to me and my instructor was very patient and friendly which made the experience a whole lot better . Definitely worth the money !

Fantastic experience: I'd previously had many years of driving lessons (with other schools) and was left feeling demotivated and nervous on the road.. however once I started at Intensive Driving with Lee my confidence improved immensely and I began to drive well. I cannot recommend Lee enough, he was always very professional, kind and patient with me which resulted in me passing first time. I would 100% recommend Lee to anyone wanting to learn to drive. Fantastic experience: Absolutely over the moon that I passed . I had a bad instructor for 2 years and I changed to intensive school and I had Lee Bagshaw as an instructor. Absolute legend who helped me gain so much confidence and actually taught me my manoeuvres unlike the previous driving school I was with . Honestly dealt with my poor coordination so well and made me feel at peace in the car . Nervous drivers with dyspraxia , don't give up and ask for Lee if you want automatic!. Not all hero's where capes, but some instruct for intensive!

Fantastic experience: Started my lessons sometime towards the end of February and finished strong and passed first time not even a week ago from the day of this review with Perry, a wonderful instructor who has a heart of gold and patience for days, from day one everything was laid out to make it as simple as can be from problems that arose on the road to debriefing at the end of a lesson. Literally could not complain whatsoever about the attitude of people working at Intensive and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that makes you feel safe on the road, to make the mistakes necessary to learn from them without putting anyone at risk. Thank you to everyone working there and I'll be recommending anyone and everyone to go here first.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant company with top class instructors, I did my lessons with Lee who is very kind, patient and helpful in all aspects which resulted in me gaining the confidence on passing my driving test first time. Anyone looking for lessons I highly recommend Intensive and if your lucky enough then you may well get Lee who I rate 10/10 as he makes learning to drive seem so simple. Fantastic experience: I did my driving lessons with Lee in automatic. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor he was patient and felt like driving around with a friend. He was super supportive when I failed my first 2 practical tests and made sure to break anything down I was unsure about. I would recommend intensive to anyone who is about to start there lessons

Negative experience: how can you teach driving when you don't know how to drive yourself, today you are a complete moron with a white head, you let a student slip on the road, luckily I was able to stop in time, otherwise the accident would have been through you because of your fault Grismby, MORON, STUPID...

Fantastic experience: What an incredible experience with intensive driving. Would highly recommend my driving instructor called Martin. He was absolutely incredible. So patient and kind, felt so confident behind the wheel and got rid of all my driving nerves. Practises all the things you need work on and gives lots of praise. All the best tips and tricks and doesn’t miss anything. Knows all the local test routes so can help you be less nervous on test day. Highly recommend 10/10

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a professional, reliable and knowledgeable driving instructor Keith Hornby at intensive is who you need! I started my lessons with Keith in January after being ripped off by my previous instructor, and by April I had passed my test! In just 4 months keith shaped me up from 0 to 100 and has turned me into such a confident driver. I knew barely nothing when I started my lessons in January, I learned more with him in 4 months than I did in a whole year with my previous instructor. He looked after me from start to finish and always worked around me, the most patient caring guy you’ll meet. The amount of experience and knowledge he has is unbelievable, anything I asked he was able to not only answer my question but give me a well detailed explanation on whatever I needed to know helping me to understand. Always well on time for my lesson and every minute of my lesson on the road I was learning something new, he went above and beyond to get me where I am today, he is passionate about his job and cares about his students. I will forever be grateful and feel very lucky to have had the privilege to have learned the knowledge and skills from Keith at intensive, worth every single penny I spent!! The guy on reception is also so professional and helpful! You will not get no better anywhere else! Negative experience: The company is called intensive driving. But all I’ve done is spend my whole time in car park driving around in circles, that’s 10 hours and it each lesson would be 1 every 2 weeks or so. When asked about going on the road I was told I wasn’t ready and that was 8 Lessons in… I mean they have their own peddles for a reason so when learning to drive you can build up confidence but instead you get and endless cycle that keeps you where you started, while they expect you to keep paying Sometimes it wouldn’t Even be the whole hour, I paid for an hour and a half and only spent like 45mins behind the wheel. The rest of the time was spent on the instructor driving me to places even though my hour shouldn’t start until I’m actually driving. The only thing that I have learnt in 10 HOURS is how to go in circles and 3rd gear I haven’t gone higher than that what so ever.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this driving school, especially instructor Paul who really pushed me forward and reassured me. I had failed two driving tests due to poor experienced driving instructor who made me cry many times, talked too much on her phone to her friends, complaining a lot and took my confidence away and been late every time on the lesson. However, everything changed when I changed driving school ( my friend had recommended me as he had passed first time with them )on the day of my second test and when I had first lesson with Paul and he reassured me on every lesson and taught me how to drive by use of amazing driving techniques that are relevant during my test and I learnt very fast even though I was on holiday. He was NEVER late or too early for my lessons and he showed me the best time for the test and I ....... finally passed for the 3th and 1st with this school which really change my confidence to drive. Also he was really reassuring and friendly. They also take you to drive around test centre to make sure you know what to expect on the test and he know most of examiners in grimsby cold water. Highly recommend this driving school for those who are struggling to pass their test. Xxx

Negative experience: This driving school claims to be a professional organisation. Well it seems one of it's instructors feel that speed limits don't apply to them. And driving in an aggressive manor is ok. Yesterday whilst driving between Morrisons and Laceby I looked in my rear view mirror to see a car following me very closely (I'm driving at the 50mph speed limit) When I moved over the car sped past me well over the speed limit. I was horrified to see that it was a driving school car from this organisation. They then continued up the road until again they were following another car very closely and in an intimidating way. They obviously don't know about the 2 second rule or stopping distances. The car then turned off into Laceby village still following closely behind the car. If this is the behaviour of an instructor what are they teaching there student?

Fantastic experience: My driving lessons with Intensive Driving were amazing! The instructor was pleasant, patient, relaxed and never shouted at me (unlike at a different driving school). The lessons were well priced and I really felt that I got value for money. It didn’t take long after I started my lessons before I was taking my test. I only received 1 minor and have been on the roads driving safely for a few months now because of my fantastic instructor Andy. A big thank you to Intensive and Andy! I would highly recommend this driving school.
