Fantastic experience: I only have positive things to say about Mr Ali and his instructing. He's a very patient man who takes time to teach you every little detail to make sure that you pass on your first try. There were many times where I found myself thinking I was ready for the test, but Mr Ali ensured me there were still things to work on and without working on them I would fail (I.e., making sure to fully past the park cars when turning left/right on a junction, making space to exit after a meeting point to not get stuck etc). Sure enough, these situations came up on my driving test and I was able to deal with them confidently without slowing down or endangering other cars. This was all thanks to Mr Ali and his dedication to make sure you're the best driver you can be

Fantastic experience: Ali is a very patient and calm instructor. I thought that driving a manual car would be difficult at first, but his calm presence really helped me grow in confidence and become a better driver. He also explains instructions very clearly, and he teaches something new every lesson- meaning that I was able to make considerable progress every time. I unfortunately have to go off to Scotland to do my masters, otherwise I would have done my test with Ali's car too! We started are lessons before covid and carried on during covid when it was safe enough todo so. I passed my driving test first time with him. If you are nervous, bad at maneuvers, tried to pass your test a number of times as myself then this is a right man for you!!! Negative experience: He was very patient as an instructor. However, this meant that I took very many lessons with him. He never spoke about taking the driving test, but only about taking lessons. After taking many lessons with him, I realised that he had no plan of actually taking me on the test but instead would constantly delay this. I went on with another instructor who quickly prepared me for real-life driving and for the test and I passed my test. I cannot recommend him as after a while, I was just repeating the same thing every lesson, he did not put any energy on making me a better driver. When I mentioned preparing for the exam he was extremely rude to me - not professional at all and so I quickly changed instructors. It was a lot of money wasted for me.

Fantastic experience: When I started my lessons with Ali I knew was a good instructor, very clear, concise and calm when teaching, I had minimal lessons and passed with 2 minors, all thanks to Ali and his teaching, would 100% recommend him to a friend, and have done so already.

Negative experience: I had my first few driving lessons with Ali, but he decided after one of them to ditch me as I apperently was leaving cat fur. I understand the reason, but he didint even ask me once to solve the problem.

Negative experience: Pathetic exuse for a driving instructor. Booked my first lesson last week for today, but cancelled 5 minutes before the lesson all because he 'couldn't find a place to pick me up' Useless man, so angry!

Fantastic experience: I had about 18 hours with Ali for about a month and I have to say that he is an excellent teacher! He is very calm and explains everything thoroughly. He helped me everytime I made a mistake and prepared me well for the test in a short amount of time. I had about 10 hours of practice with another teacher before but I found Ali to be a better instructor. I'm pleased to say that I passed with only 4 minors on my first test!! I recommend Ali to everyone who wants to pass on their first attempt.

Fantastic experience: I was delighted to pass my driving test first time under the tutelage of Ali at Aim Driving School. Ali is a very patient and supportive instructor, always quick to provide guidance and ensure that a high standard of driving is achieved. He teaches in a gentle manner, for example, asking "when shall we indicate" instead of telling you that you must indicate. I found this took away much of the pressure felt during learning. Ali is a calm and genuine person who creates a welcoming atmosphere during lessons and with whom you can enjoy a genuine conversation. He understands the importance of the relationship between teacher and student and does an excellent job of striking the right balance between firm teacher and friendly coach. I highly recommend Aim Driving School and I will be going back to do the Pass Plus with Ali.

Fantastic experience: I took lessons with Ali for 12 hours over the 6 weeks. I am an experienced driver in another country but never drove in England( right side driving) and many rules and signs were different than my country. Ali was calm to explain and well spot the mistakes I made. When I took the first lesson I made so many mistakes and it hasn't been fixed for the next couple of lesson. I was surprised that I was doing so poorly as an experienced driver. However, he repeatedly mentioned what I have done correct, wrong or better way to deal with a situation. You will be well prepared for all different scenarios for the test by Ali. His standard of driving is very high so he will point out even small mistakes you don't even realize in a calm way. it makes him as the best instructor for the test but also good to practice with him if you are new to road and system here in England. he was puncture every time. I don't think you can get a better driving instructor than Ali for sure. I was skeptical to pass the test after the first lesson with lot of mistakes but I am happy that I have passed the test with one minor. Thanks to Ali!

Fantastic experience: I've taken lessons with Ali over the last few months and have just sat my practical test last week. I managed to pass first time with two minors.
