Fantastic experience: Mark Jordan driving school offered me an amazing introduction to driving. At first i was very nervous behind the wheel and struggled to pickup such a complex skill, but my instructor Richard Wall helped me build by confidence enough to pass first time! Richard really takes the time to understand his students and learn what teaching/learning style works for them. Richard worked with me at own pace and was extremely patient, understanding, professional and friendly. Overall, i had a very positive experience learning to drive with Mark Jordan driving school and would 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking to learn to drive. Fantastic experience: My experience with Mark Jordan’s driving school has been sublime. From showcasing my interest and them sending me emails when slots came available, to my incredible instructor Richard Wall who helped me to pass my test first time! I initially chose Mark Jordan as I had seen their cars around my area and always heard great things about them, they were indeed right. My instructor Richard Wall was a brilliant teacher and a great guy, building my experience from 0 to a first time pass. He always explained things well and encouraged me plenty, even challenging myself which is what’s needed for growth. Once I was test ready he even pushed me further with more difficult routes and challenging drives just to push my skills further. Fantastic experience: When choosing who I was going to learn to drive with I wanted them to have good reviews , which is when I found Mark Jordan Driving School through Facebook. I also found it important that my instructor was easy to get on with, which Mark who was my instructor definitely was. On my first lesson Mark put me at ease straight away. Before I started to learn to drive I was nervous and worried I wouldn't get along with my instructor but that was actually the opposite. The way Mark taught me was really good, allowing me to take my time and tackle new situations and obstacles at my own pace and never rushing me, he even taught me what to do when your car breaks down at a junction. Mark would discuss with me at the end of each lesson the things that went well and the things I could practice in my own car, these notes were then sent to me every week. My journey has been challenging at times but Mark was always at hand to help me work out how to push through, it all paid off as I can't actually believe I passed 1st time with no faults, I actually didn't believe the examiner and asked them to say it again :) I would definitely recommend Mark Jordan Driving School to others, thank you so much Mark!

Fantastic experience: When choosing a driving school, I looked into which schools were highly recommended and what reviews had to say. With Mark Jordan being the most highly rated and having the best reviews, I decided to book my first block of 4 two hour lessons, this is another reason I wanted to learn with this school as I thought having the extra time would benefit me and it definitely did. Learning to drive was quite difficult to begin with for me as I wasn’t great at remembering exactly what to do, but Mark always allowed time for me to go over whatever I needed and didn’t rush me to go into new things when I didn’t feel ready. I also had one of the instructor that Mark was training (Phil) with us for a few lessons who was lovely too and although he wasn’t my instructor I would recommend him aswell as he was also easy to talk to, the same as Mark. My instructor also used an ipad to explain certain driving things and show me pictures of some of the more difficult roundabouts and other parts of burton which really helped. I really enjoyed learning with Mark as he also allowed me to decide what I wanted to do/learn each lesson. During one of my lessons with Mark he also had to teach me how to deal with a brake down which was very useful incase I need to know in the future. I would recommend this driving school, especially Mark himself to anyone looking for lessons, he always made sure I was comfortable enough to ask questions even if we had been over it many times before ( parallel parking, sorry Mark) I would definitely recommend Mark Jordan driving school for lessons if you want a reliable and calm instructor that makes you feel comfortable from the very first lesson. Fantastic experience: When it came to looking for a driving instructor, I was considering what their pass rate was as well as them being trustworthy. From my first lesson up to my test, my driving instructor Mark Jordan helped me feel confident and safe behind the wheel, teaching me a lot of useful different driving techniques. After each lesson he’d note down what went well and not so well so I knew what to focus on in my next lesson. Fantastic experience: Mark Jordan Driving School is possibly the easiest recommendation I have ever and will ever make. My instructor, Richard Wall, took onboard my issues, strengths and weaknesses. Understood them and we collectively worked out a plan to get me passed. Having memory issues and other 'hidden disabilities' were always a worry. But easily overcome with having someone like Richard as a coach. He was always calm, always on point and a real joy to learn from. He's a lads lad at heart, some might even say a 'Bro' (private joke), which made getting along a real breeze. He's very knowledgeable and the kind of guy you look forward to having a chat with. The structure of the lessons are personalised and easy to understand, yet detailed enough to know what you need to work on. Rich will speak to you before, during and after in terms of your ability and will always give you the opportunity to express your view on strengths and weaknesses. This plays a vital role in truly understanding your competence and natural talents. Having someone like Richard evaluate and confer over your aptitude is a gift. He never once got frustrated and inherently imparts assurance and the right level of self-confidence with every lesson. My 2 hour lessons comprised of beginning with a short drive to a suitable place to practice manoeuvres, followed by independent driving utilising signage or SATNAV, latterly refining dual-carriageway proficiency. Sometimes in alternating patterns to avoid monotony. All whilst learning how to drive safely, negating a wide variety of dangers and grasping the pedantry of traffic and roadwork avoidance, making use of alternate routes, erstwhile gaining those experiences. To give a brief note on context. My health took a dive in my late teens and life took over rendering me unable to get behind the wheel (Epilepsy, A.D.D, Chronic Migraines and memory loss, among other health issues). As soon as legally able, my wife began research on reputable driving schools. These reviews played a big role in selection, so I’m more than happy to represent the ‘hidden disability’ part of society and personally advocate Mark Jordan Driving School and more specifically their instructor Richard Wall. Fantastic experience: I've always loved the idea of driving so when I was looking for a driving instructor I was advised to read reviews first. I looked at Mark Jordan Driving and their reviews really stood out to me, everyone saying exactly what I wanted in an instructor. On contacting them the communication via email was great, letting me know exactly what to expect on my first lesson, and who my instructor was. My instructor was Mark and he was great at getting me ready to tackle the roads of Burton and Swadlincote, he was always calm and patient right from the start and right up until the final lesson before my test. Mark's teaching methods were great, he would use his Ipad to explain tricky roundabouts and junctions and also act out scenarios, for those situations that may never actually happen whilst on a lesson. We would make notes at the end of each lesson and go over what I believed I needed more practice on, but also the areas that I thought I had really improved on from the previous week. These notes were then emailed to me so I could go over them before the next lesson, this helped me focus on the lesson at hand. I would highly recommend Mark Jordan Driving school to anyone looking for a calm and patient instructor, they will go out of their way to help you succeed and make that 1st time pass like mine a reality. Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Mark Jordan driving school to any learner wishing to gain the knowledge needed for their driving journey. The schools use of two hour lessons is a great way to learn with enough time to grow your knowledge and theory surrounding the highway code as well as apply this through practical experience across a variety of roads. This was great for me throughout my learning as it enabled me to make a lot more progress throughout each lesson. As an instructor, Richard was great at making me feel comfortable behind the wheel due to his patience. He has a great understanding of how different learners may feel about this new experience and is able to adapt his teaching style depending on the confidence of each of his students. The methods that Richard used during lessons was very effective and really furthered my understanding of certain scenarios. When learning something new he would use an iPad to show demonstrations of different situations relating to the lesson objective. This would usually be paired with a conversation about what is happening therefore readying me to have a go throughout a hands on approach. Overall, I would recommend Mark Jordan driving school to anyone looking for valuable driving lessons as the help of Richard enabled me to achieve a 1st time pass.

Fantastic experience: I heard about the Mark Jordan Driving School through family friends. They offered convenience in the form of coming to pick you up instead of you having to go somewhere, my instructor was Richard. From the second lesson onwards you are driving as much as you want/can. This surprised me because it showed my instructor's (Richard's) faith in my abilities. As a result, my confidence grew a lot faster than I expected. You always feel safe in Richard's car as he is impressively observant, always keeping an eye on you, your intention, everyone else on the road, and the car itself. I found that Richard's style of teaching was very effective. You don't just feel safe though, you feel comfortable. This is because Richard is a genuinely really nice guy. As your experience grows you can find yourself getting sound life advice and have fun conversations, never a dull moment with Richard. When you do make a mistake, or it is clear that you haven't understood something though, Richard is quick to address the issue professionally and efficiently. You will understand where you are going wrong and what you should be doing. I would absolutely recommend the Mark Jordan Driving School, and if you do end up with my instructor, Richard, you are in capable hands with an incredible instructor. Fantastic experience: I was looking for another driving school after I was let down and feeling frustrated with another school. I got in touch with Mark Jordan who very quickly found me an instructor who could fit in around me. Richard very quickly put me at ease behind the wheel and helped me build confidence. The way Richard teaches from explaining, showing pictures on the iPad and reviewing each lesson asking what strengths and weaknesses you thought you have/had really helped to see what areas I needed to improve on and worked on them in the next lesson. Richard’s commitment and communication through out the whole learning process was above and beyond. From texts when he was ready to start the lessons to emails with the lesson progression and the plan for next lesson and I am extremely grateful for his knowledge and guidance throughout. Fantastic experience: I already knew i was going to enjoy driving but after being with Mark Jordan it was honestly one of the best experiences i've had. My instructor was Mark himself and starting out i had not a clue what i was doing but that was no issue. Each lesson we'd gradually build up confidence in each area of driving making sure i was fully comfortable with what i was doing, all the while him having every confidence in me too. I felt no pressure to have to do anything i was afraid of which in the end was what's allowed me to pass first time. He was everything i could have asked for as i was worried about my instructor being cold and unapproachable but he was the opposite. I felt as though i could talk to him about anything being driving related or not. After my sister having him as an instructor too being i could tell we'd get along well and we definitely did. The way he teaches is genuinely a gift and had i had any other instructor i feel like i would not have passed. Even speaking to my friends about our instructors i feel proud to show him off almost. Fantastic experience: When looking for a driving instructor, it's always best to look for an instructor who has good reviews and good reputation, and that is what I looked for when finding a driving instructor. I had Richard Wall as my driving instructor and passed first time. I heard of Richard through word of the mouth, both my brother and my sister passed first time with Richard and both of my siblings told me how his teaching style is really good and useful. I found Richard's teaching style very good as he will always be there ready to take control if you about to do something dangerous, especially at the start of learning to drive. For most type of road and situations, he will usually brief you, showing you what you need to do and how to do it properly and safely, like tricky steep hill starts. I thought learning to drive was going to be stressful and dangerous, but Richard made it much easier and safe. I also found that due to Richard's teaching style, as well as two hour lessons, I found my driving lessons very productive. Thanks to Richard for helping me pass first time! I would definitely recommend Mark Jordan Driving to anyone about to start learning to drive because of the productivity of the driving lessons and the good teaching style.

Fantastic experience: After years of thinking about it (and being far too anxious to go for it!) Last year I finally set my sights on learning to drive, and searching through numerous schools Mark Jordan stood out for having many fantastic reviews and passes so I reached out, and with time slots to help accommodate around work was paired with my instructor Richard Wall almost immediately, and took my first lesson only a few weeks later. The discounted block bookings are great as they help you get your lessons planned in well in advance so less stress week to week. From the first lesson, I found Richard to be a fantastic instructor, he helped to explain both the technical aspects of driving and operating a car, and the behaviours expected of you and other road users. We took extensive notes every week, meaning whenever something popped up we could look back and see what to focus on, and Richard was very easy to work with, allowing me to offer my own ideas about lesson plans and always answering any questions I had (as small or insignificant as I might have felt they were). Over the course of a year, I've gone from being nervous behind the wheel on my first lesson, to not only learning the technical skills i need to drive, but developing my own ability to assess mine and other people's actions on the road and how I can safely navigate the roads with other drivers. The most valuable skill of course is confidence, which comes with time but also a great instructor providing me with the tools and encouragement to get to where I needed to be. Right up until the morning of my test, Richard remained vigilant at keeping me observing and remembering all the important little things as well as the big. Fantastic experience: When looking for a driving instructor I wanted to make sure I found a school who had good pass rates and reviews, as well as patient and understanding instructors. Mark Jordan driving school was perfect and my instructor Mark Jordan helped me to feel more confident when driving, especially after swapping from another driving school. From my first lesson with Mark up until my driving test he prepared me for my test and made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions and ask for help when I needed it. Mark used a range of techniques to help me getting a better understanding and had a solution to every driving fault I dealt with. Every lesson Mark used his iPad to take notes of how the lesson went, what went well, what could I improve and what I wanted to work on the following week. These notes would be emailed to me at the end of each lesson and this was useful for when I was driving my own car as I knew what to work on when going out with my parents, to get ready for my next driving lesson. Fantastic experience: Firstly, I was more than happy with my experience with mark jordan driving school. My instructor was patient as well as calming and sociable which was most important for me when looking for an instructor. When I first started I was really nervous about driving in general and also nervous about meeting my instructor, but my nerves soon passed as I thought that Richard wall was exactly what I needed as my instructor he knew the exact methods to get me to learn certain aspects such as parallel parking which I found quite hard and showed me a different ways to understand this manoeuvre as well always gave me pointers to improve which I thought was key as I felt I was progressing all the time. Fantastic experience: My instructor, Richard Wall, was incredibly helpful in the process of learning how to drive, due to his patience and clear step by step instructions he gives. Also, the lessons were all very well structured, I was able to know what we were doing each lesson and we did reviews after each lesson to outline what went well and what I needed to improve on, this technique was amazing as it meant that I could reflect on the lesson but also see what we were doing for the next lesson so I could prepare, i personally felt that it was important to have an instructor that I could get on with and Richard was perfect as he is always straight to the point and occasionally makes jokes. I would 100% recommend this driving school if you are looking for lessons as they made me feel confident and comfortable going into my test, this was something I was sceptical about at first however he was very reassuring and showed great belief in my driving ability which was passed on to me meaning I was relaxed and confident going into the test. Another thing i felt was impressive about my lessons was the fact that he was able to pick me up for the lesson from almost anywhere, whether it be my school or my house he was able to pick me up which was hugely beneficial as it allowed for extra flexibility. Fantastic experience: I initially choose Mark Jordan’s driving school because of availability. It was just after the pandemic lock down when my son wanted to learn to drive and there were very few driving instructors available. It was important that the school I chose had good reviews from other parents/students, decent price for lessons, friendliness of the instructors and regular feedback on progress Learning to drive with one of the instructors, Richard Wall was fantastic. Rich is a very open and honest person who gives valuable constructive feedback. His teaching methods were perfect for my son. He was friendly yet constructive in his approach to teaching. My son can sometimes be lazy and needs to understand why you have to do certain things and Rich always provided this for him. I would highly recommend Mark Jordan’s driving school because it provided me with a great service. Rich is an amazing instructor and I will try and book him when my other son learns to drive in November.

Fantastic experience: Mark Jordan’s Driving school was the one that stuck out for me for it’s fantastic reputation, 2hr lessons and friendly staff. Due to feeling anxious about driving, it was important to me to find lessons where the instructor was patient to ease my anxiety. Fantastic experience: When I first wanted to learn to drive I wanted a place that was good value for money but also a place where the instructors are friendly and patient. I couldn’t have picked a better place than Mark Jordan Driving School. . I had Mark as my instructor and I can’t thank him enough for how understanding he was. I had lots of anxiety around driving and even panicked many times at the wheel when I first started to learn but Mark always remained calm and instilled the confidence in me that I needed to drive safely. I am so grateful to have had such a brilliant instructor. He isn’t just an instructor he is a friend, so easy to talk to and make conversation I was worried about lessons being awkward but I felt more than comfortable when having lessons with him. . The standard of teaching is absolutely brilliant, everything is explained clearly and you also have control over your learning experience too, I was often given a choice particularly towards the end of my lessons of what I wanted to work on and practice. Fantastic experience: The most important factor when choosing a driving instructor for me was that they were a friendly and approachable person, who understood how I learn. Mark was certainly that person. I also wanted to be sure the school had a good reputation and Mark Jordan Driving certainly has an amazing reputation. I was quite nervous to get back into learning to drive in all honesty, so was incredibly apprehensive of the whole process; however Mark my instructor made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to learn at my own pace. Mark’s instruction methods were genuinely amazing! He was very thorough and helpful. He has numerous methods to help make learning easy. I have and always will recommend Mark Jordan Driving school to others. It’s a great school to learn with and provides you with all the necessary knowledge and skills to get your out on the road safely.

Fantastic experience: I chose to use Make Jordan’s Driving School because I was recommended by some friends, and after looking at some of the reviews online. I was given Richard as a teacher; and he was such an incredible teacher. Richard was patient and always remained calm when I misunderstood how to do stuff no matter how many times we had to go over it. Richard had many different ways of teaching and was always looking for different ways to make it easier on me to understand. I found the 2 hour slot that you get given very useful as not many other schools/teachers do this. Thanks to Richard and Mark Jordan’s Driving School I managed to pass my test with 6 faults.

Fantastic experience: I chose to learn with Mark Jordan Driving School after my brother learned to drive with them and had a really positive experience. I was really anxious going into my first lesson as I had no previous driving experience and I am also very shy and often find it difficult to meet new people. But my driving instructor, Jamie, really helped to calm those nerves and put me at ease. Jamie was friendly, patient and kind and made every lesson an enjoyable experience. His feedback was constructive and helpful and aimed at not only correcting mistakes but also boosting confidence. Each lesson challenged and pushed me without ever moving at a pace that I was uncomfortable with. The lesson plans were always tailored to both what I needed to improve but also anything which I felt I wasn't very confident on which I found incredibly helpful.

Fantastic experience: Before I went with Mark Jordan, I had 0 professional lessons to my name, I only spent a lot of hours with my father. So when looking for an instructor it was nerve racking because I didn't want a company that rushes you and makes you waste your money. If you're struggling to find an instructor check the reviews! honestly it gives you a good insight on how professional they are and how they gave people a good experience. Mark Jordans reviews stand out from the rest, 5 stars and people giving really detailed explanation on why they rated that high. In driving lessons I expected it to be slow and a painful journey but you learn really quick and you're soon ready to take your test before you know it. I thought my first lesson was going to be nerve racking and awkward but it really wasn't, it was chilled and very informative. After getting my slot, I finally met my instructor Richard Wall, Richard looked like a nice bloke and I was happy with who I was with. If I could go do all my lessons again Richard would be the instructor of choice. His teaching methods are really good, he will pull you over or even before you set off and inform you on what you need to work on and he will make sure the lesson evolves around that so you can learn from it and become the better learner. With Richard he didn't make me feel over confident and allowed me to become my better self other then just a driver. Richard will test your knowledge of the road and also tell you a good explanation if you do not know the answer. I can't express enough how much Richards teaching methods have helped me and made me learn a lot quicker then I thought. Thanks to Richard I have passed my test after 20hours!! Fantastic experience: When choosing my driving instructor I wanted someone who would be patient and understanding as I was extremely nervous about learning to drive. My driving instructor was Jamie Sharp who was incredible at making me feel at ease from the very first lesson. He reassured me from the start that I was more than capable and promised that he would get me test ready, and I finally passed today with zero faults!! I can’t believe it :) Thanks to Jamie learning to drive was so fun and enjoyable and I looked forward to my lessons each week. He tailored the lessons to whatever I needed and was patient and kind in advising me where things went wrong and how to improve on/correct it. Jamie is your friend as well as your driving instructor which makes you feel so much more relaxed, and I felt I could ask questions about anything I needed help with. Fantastic experience: For me personally, I waited a while to begin learning compared to my friends as I wanted to feel completely ready. So when choosing an instructor I really wanted someone who would let me take driving at my own pace. For me Mark 100% did this for me as once the basics had been covered the feedback at the end of every lesson was very self reflective. I was able to see my own strengths and weaknesses, then let Mark do the teaching to fix these issues. When choosing the school I also wanted someone I was able to talk to and bounce off of as when you’re spending 2 hours every week with them the last thing u want is to be bored. Me and Mark had a great balance of talking and teaching and he knew when to be quiet and when we could have a good gossip. The experience I had was very different to what I expected as I thought I would really struggle but intact I had the complete opposite. I made mistakes along the way but they were solved within a lesson or 2 and each felt like a kind of stepping stone towards the next skill to learn. As previously mentioned my instructor was Mark Jordan and when I first heard I had the boss I thought he’d be really strict but I genuinely couldn’t have had a better experience with him and his way of teaching really suited my stubborn attitudes sometimes. His methods were on a week on week basis of building the basic skills up first and then putting them together slowly to then become a route. These routes gradually built in difficulty but any areas which you particularly struggled in you could easily just ask and Mark would spend the appropriate time addressing the issue and before you know it it wouldn’t be an issue anymore. There were also a couple of lessons which I would highlight as SO SO important, First we had a distraction lesson which prepares you for when you do pass and the distraction you may encounter like loud music for example and it taught me how to cope with this and the potential dangers of this. And also a lesson performing a drive thru which is not only a bonus for the food/drink it also prepares you for an aspect of driving we all do but not all instructors cover. I would recommend Mark Jordan driving a thousand times over, they are just what you need when first learning to drive. You’ll never feel anxious or unsafe and you’ll get the best teaching to get you to that pass. I passed this week first time and I can’t thank Mark enough for making this possible.

Fantastic experience: I started lessons with Mark Jordan in January as an experienced driver and have managed to finally pass my test today after driving for 4 years. I chose mark Jordan as I was recommended by a friend of the family. The reviews were very good and I am very happy I chose to go with this company and extremely pleased with the instructor I had (Richard) he was very patient, had a great sense of humour and was always willing to help! He helped build up my confidence and made me believe in myself. He is by far the best driving instructor I have had. I would highly recommend mark Jordan if you wanted to start driving as you always feel welcome, they have a lot of patience and will work at the speed that’s best for you. They’re also very reliable and punctual. Overall I am grateful for the time spent with Richard and thank you again for helping me pass!

Fantastic experience: After my son had a previous bad experience with a different driving school, I arranged driving lessons with Mark Jordan. Mark is patient, calm and never raises his voice. He is reassuring with good coaching skills and my son’s confidence grew quickly. He passed his test first time today and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mark Jordan for my daughter when the time comes. Fantastic experience: Really pleased that we chose Mark Jordan Driving School (Richard) for my son Charlie's driving lessons. Great communication before and during lessons. Richard was very patient with Charlie and went over things as many times as Charlie needed. Excellent feedback each week with a copy sent via email from Richard for him to look at. It was great to know that Charlie's lessons were at the same time each week. Richard was always punctual, patient and calm during the lesson and Charlie thoroughly enjoyed his experience with Richard and Mark Jordan Driving School. Fantastic experience: When I set out to learn to drive I decided there was 3 things I wanted from a potential instructor, firstly the pass rate for obvious reasons, value for money and one that could fit around my work/life balance, Mark Jordan Driving covered all of them. So on signing up I was sent a comprehensive starter pack, this explained everything to me, what to bring to my first lesson, also what I could expect from them. I was lucky enough to be paired with Richard Wall. Being an older learner (mid 30s) I had some level of understanding and could drive to a certain extent, Richard took me for my first lesson to get a feel of where I was at, from there we systematically went through all aspects week by week. One of the things Richard did was after every lesson email about what had been covered that lesson and what we were doing the following week, this helped me physically see the progress I was making, but also prepared me for the follow week, for example if I was doing different types of crossing I could watch some YouTube videos to help me prepare. Once we had broadly covered everything we went back to polish up on a few parts I wasn’t 100% confident such as parallel parking (which I got in my test lol). The polishing up was purely where I felt I need to improve. At no point did I ever feel I was having lessons just for the sake of it, I took something from each and everyone. Throughout having my lesson Richard was calm, supportive, explained things well but most of all make me feel relaxed and calm. I would absolutely 100% recommend Mark Jordan Driving to any potential learners, I felt valued and supported all the way, passed my test and had a great time doing it too!!! I almost miss my weekly lessons lol

Fantastic experience: When looking for a driving instructor I was after someone who was patient and an easy person to be around and Jamie is exactly that. He was calm with me and always helped me do my best. He’s also very funny and makes the lessons enjoyable. Jamie has been very flexible and understanding with timings and moving my lessons when needed. He took time to find out how i best learn and used that to teach me in a way that suits my learning style. This really helped me to become a better more confident driver. He’s been an amazing driving instructor and I feel 100% ready to go out on the roads alone thanks to his teaching and the support he has gave me. I have already recommended him to my friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to everybody, he’s perfect at what he does and you can tell he has a real passion for helping people learn to drive and be confident out on the roads. Fantastic experience: I began learning to drive while living away at university but because of Covid hadn’t passed by the time I graduated and moved back home. I then chose to learn with Jamie Sharp on a friend’s recommendation. My lessons with Jamie were far better than my previous experiences as he was professional and patient the whole way through, helping me to actually enjoy driving. Jamie is very friendly and is great at making you feel at ease when you are nervous. The lessons had a clear structure and were tailored to the skills that I personally needed to work on or was less confident about. Any mistakes I made were talked about calmly and not dwelled on, making sure I learned from the experience and moved on. Having a fixed 2 hour time slot each week was perfect for me and debriefing after every lesson ensured I got the most out of each lesson. I would definitely recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a driving instructor, especially those that are nervous! I really enjoyed my lessons and thanks to Jamie I passed first time!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a bad experience with driving instructors in the past, and so for me it was really important to find someone who I got along with and who I felt comfortable with. I also wanted to have a guaranteed slot each week so that I could organise it around work. With Mark Jordan driving school, I was guaranteed a 2 hour slot each week at the same time; which made it really easy to work around. I also felt like I could accomplish a lot more in a 2 hour lesson. Learning to drive with Mark Jordan driving was a lot less nerve-wrecking than I imagined! I felt really nervous about driving, but Mark (who was my instructor) really put me at ease; even from my very first lesson. Mark explained everything clearly, and kept a diary/score card which we reviewed at the end of every lesson, so I could clearly identify which areas I needed to improve on. Mark would also ask me what I wanted to look at at the beginning of every lesson, and what I wanted to improve so that every lesson was tailored to meet my needs. I would DEFINITELY recommend Mark Jordan driving and Mark himself, as he really helped to build my confidence and made learning to drive an enjoyable experience. Fantastic experience: The most important points for me when starting my driving lessons were good value for money, an instructor that would make driving easy and effective and reviews which were fantastic. For the first few lessons I was very nervous which did show in my driving but with Richards calm and confident instructing put me at ease. My Instructor was Richard who was fantastic he taught me everything effectively and safely which gained me a lot of confidence. also found quite a lot of similar hobbies that we liked so would talk about that quite a bit whether that was motorsport or his spicy potato wedges (with his own blend of spices I might add) so we hit it right off the start. Richard’s tutoring is very unique and effective which made driving easier and so simple from tips from a book called the jungle book. I would recommend Mark Jordan Driving School to anybody that is wanting to drive also to people out there feeling nervous about driving a car they use effective tools and guide you in the right direction to gain confidence from the start. Thanks to Richard and the team and I will miss Thursdays but thankful to finally be a passed driver.

Fantastic experience: When I was looking to choose my driving instructor, I needed someone who was going to be really patient and take their time while also still pushing me to get the results. I needed an instructor who was flexible with my time scales due to my work so this was a must! Mark Jordan managed to find me a slot with Jamie that fit in with my timetable. Jamie was so understanding of my workload and was always willing to push lessons back 15 mins etc. I found learning to drive with Jamie a really nice experience, I loved my lessons. He was really calm and patient with me and we were always able to have a giggle… something I think is important! His teaching methods were incredible, when I didn’t understand something he would explain in different ways until I did. Always giving me the choice of what level of support I need etc. And being very reassuring when I was confused or struggling with something. Overall, I’d recommend mark Jordan driving to anyone! Fantastic experience: A great driving instructor to go with. My instructor was Richard Wall who is part of the team at mark Jordan Driving. Richard was incredibly patient with me and very well experienced with any questions I could throw at him however bizarre they were. I had a very constructed and well set out plan with Richard making sure we were covering all bases in an efficient and effective manner. Richard never made me feel like I was being bled for money, it was about me learning and developing my skills (for me personally) at a brisk pace as this works best for what I wanted and needed. Every hour with Richard was well-used with a mixture of theoretical learning and practical driving both kept very relevant with the lesson. Richard made sure that I was fully understanding what I was about to do ( Be it roundabouts or junctions etc) before I attempted it. Even in situations where Richard had to take over the car due to me doing something dangerous Richard was very calm and kept me safe, and then afterwards Richard would then explain to me exactly what I should have done and how to do it better next time. I felt very comfortable in Richards car as it is modern and has all the features I’d expect to have on a newer car. Richard was always on time for lessons With Richard, I ended up passing with only 2 minors. I’m very thankful to have had Richard as my driving instructor and to have done my learning with Mark Jordan Driving. Thank you and thank you very much, Richard ❤️

Fantastic experience: When choosing a company to help on my journey to passing my test mark jordan driving school managed to tick all of the boxes I was looking for. They were extremely flexible to the hours I was available and would work alongside me in reaching the goals we would set out for myself. I had Richard as my driving instructor, not only was he patient with my development as a learner , but he managed to keep me calm whenever I was nervous when driving. On my first lesson with Richard I was able to settle in quickly as he was able to make me feel comfortable in the drivers seat. I believe that Richard is an amazing instructor when it comes to supporting you with your development up until your test. I never had any worries or queries that I never thought I couldn’t approach Richard with, he would listen to whatever I had to say and would support me with any questions that I had in a lesson. I believe that having an instructor with mark jordan driving school such as Richard will also give you a lot of opportunities for personal growth. Starting these lessons I believe I have become a more confident person and have been able to overcome challenges. Learning to drive was a scary thought at first, but once being sat in the car with Richard on my very first lesson he was able to talk me through everything and make me feel so comfortable when learning in any environment. Me and Richard were able to get along well and we were able to discuss anything on our minds, ranging from our pets to our favourite holidays. Being able to talk to my instructor like that would make me feel I was stepping into a welcoming environment and would be calm when driving. Any mistakes that I made were discussed and improved on and I was able to make swift improvement in my development. Richards teaching methods were always really good. He would explain any task to me in a way that I would understand. Whenever I had a question about a task he would explain to me and be patient with me when learning. Fantastic experience: Based on my research behind Mark Jordan Driving School and their very successful pass rate, alongside the many reviews which were highly positive, this influenced my decision when I chose to have lessons with this driving school. I am very pleased with this decision as I thoroughly enjoyed every lesson, and felt I got the correct teaching. Once my lessons began, I started to recognise how professional and friendly my instructor was. My instructor was Mark Jordan, and he never failed to make me feel comfortable and at ease behind the wheel. I enjoyed his methods of teaching as it was easy to understand and learn, and I never felt under pressure when I got something wrong. I also was pleased with their methods on giving back feedback and the logbook that was filled in at the end of every lesson. I struggle to retain the information, so having the logbooks emailed me to me at the end of every lesson assisted me on my driving journey. Because I am a slow learner, my expectations before my driving lessons I felt was going to be stressful, I didn’t want my instructor to get impatient with me and pressure me, however I did not get this response at all. Fantastic experience: - What helped my decision in choosing Mark Jordan Driving School came from reading the positive reviews on how engaging and supportive the instructors were, as well as an excellent pass rate. This was important to me as I wanted to ensure I was getting the best teaching and to pass first time! - Other factors which I found very positive was the professionalism and reliability. I was able to re-visit each lesson due to the feedback and notes sent after every single lesson via email, this assisted me incredibly well during my lessons as I could identify my strengths and weaknesses, and set myself goals to complete for the following lesson. Fantastic experience: When choosing driving instructor, we looked for good reviews and pass rates, we decided to go with Mark Jordan Driving due to the great reviews and statistics. They did not disappoint. Learning to drive was very important for me but was a bit nerve wracking, however Mark Jordan Driving made the whole experience extremely comfortable and it move at my own pace. Driving was a lot more fun than I expected, but there was a lot more to think about, at once, than I ever imagined. My instructor was Richard who was very easy to drive with and made the whole experience as smooth as it could have been. Fantastic experience: I chose mark Jordan driving school as he was recommended by my brother and the fact that he lives so close to me was a bonus! Mark was my instructor and from the very first lesson mark made me feel at ease which made me feel comfortable and safe driving with him. He always tried to accommodate me whenever I couldn't make a lesson due to work commitments he would always rearrange so I never missed a lesson! Every week he would give me feedback and personally include me in what I wanted to do the next lesson until I felt comfortable enough to move on to the next thing. I was very nervous to start driving but mark was very patient and reassuring. He built up the little confidence I had and now thanks to him I passed first time!

Fantastic experience: I passed today with my instructor Richard who has been awesome getting me through my test in little over a month,I had some driving experience which he was able to capitalise on which great as I suspect any other instructor/driving school would have started me from scratch,I can't recommend this driving school enough Richard's teaching style is brilliant,all I can say is if for any reason you're not happy with your current instructor/driving school don't hesitate in giving mark Jordan a ring well worth your time and money

Fantastic experience: I am very happy that I chose Mark as he is a great instructor and I couldn’t recommend him more. The first couple of lesson I felt quite nervous in case I was put in a situation I didn’t know how to deal with. Yet Mark helped me feel comfortable with driving as he explains everything well and takes each manoeuvre one at a time until you feel confident doing them. Fantastic experience: Before having lessons I was a terribly nervous driver my instructor Richard Wall helped me deal with that on my very 1st lesson from there I gained my confidence through the very well structured lessons and subsequently flew through the lessons often completing more in one lesson than I would have in multiple lessons with a previous company, I passed my test yesterday on my 1st attempt and it's all down to Richards fantastic tutorship so thank you Mark Jordan and a massive thank you to Richard for giving me all the tools I needed to get on the road! Fantastic experience: When choosing a driving school to learn with the most important thing for me was to feel comfortable around the instructor and in the car while driving. I had always expected my lessons to be hard and nerve racking however after my first lesson with Mark i realised that it was the complete opposite, with structured lessons that were tailored to my ability it allowed me to feel relaxed as every time i was driving as i knew what i would be tackling that lesson, and what i was good at/ needed to improve. I would highly recommend Mark Jordan Driving if you are looking to start as passing is always the focus however, being able to do this with an instructor that is supportive and provides flexible lessons and lesson times makes the learning all part of the fun.

Fantastic experience: When I was looking for a driving instructor I had no idea what I was looking for, I think the main things I wanted were a good price and someone that I can be comfortable when learning, however you can’t tell this unless you try a few lessons to start with. Mark Jordan Driving has a beginners discount which definitely attracted me to give him a go. Before I started learning to drive I didn’t know what to expect whether I’d be thrown right in at the deep end and start driving around causing chaos on the roads or just learning how to start a car and drive straight. But when you start for the first lesson you can get to grips with the basics of moving off and stopping and overall control over the car in a quiet area with little to no passing road users. The teaching methods he uses are very effective and easy to understand which include acronyms, demonstrations and learning things on the move. The 2 hour lessons are a great way to make the most out of your time spending more of it at the wheel practicing manoeuvres, roundabouts, junctions etc rather than spending half a lesson driving home. I would definitely recommend Mark Jordan Driving to anyone thinking of learning to drive as he makes sure you learn not just how to pass a driving test but important things you need to know when driving a car that are not on the test syllabus but very often are used by drivers on a day to day basis.

Fantastic experience: My dad actually found mark and chose him as he had so many excellent reviews. Mark personally dropped a welcome pack through my door before my first lesson. I had never sat behind a wheel in a car before and never thought in a million years I'd be sitting here just over 5 months later, passed with 0 minors! Fantastic experience: Mark is a fantastic instructor who will definitely make sure you are fully ready to take your test, and also to be a safe, confident driver. When I was first enquiring with different instructors, I wanted someone who would make me feel at ease when behind the wheel. From the first time I contacted him, I knew he was going to be the one I chose to learn with. A letter was sent a couple of days before my first lesson, which again, helped put my nerves to rest. I cannot recommend Mark Jordan Driving enough, from the structured and enjoyable lessons to all of the detailed advice about booking my test. 2 hour lessons are also a big advantage, as you have time to recap on your last drive, and learn about something new. Thank you Mark for being an excellent instructor, and I hope we keep in touch in the future!!

Fantastic experience: Mark is a brilliant driving instructor and I very highly recommend him. I had expected learning to drive to be much more stressful but Mark was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable which made lessons enjoyable and really helped me to learn to drive safely and improved my confidence on the road. Mark’s lessons are well organised and have a good structure so you learn the skills you need one step at a time before putting it all together. In choosing an instructor I wanted to do 2 hour lessons, which Mark offers, and this was great because you can get comfortable with what you are learning and make good progress from week to week. The feedback log he kept and sent to me each week was also very useful as I could review what I had learnt and go back over things I thought I needed more help with the next lesson. Thank you Mark, you’re a great teacher :-)

Fantastic experience: Could not speak more highly of the experience I've had the last few months learning to drive with Mark Jordan. As a nervous individual in general it was important to find someone to put me at ease and have confidence in me and my driving enabling me to in a short period of time pass first time despite starting with no experience or idea of driving at all. I genuinely thoroughly enjoyed every lesson, always enjoyed our chatters and will take many memories from my time. Mark is someone who genuinely cares as much as the pupil and has always been reliable, punctual and very approachable putting in any extra effort necessary. Fantastic experience: I was looking for an instructor that did 2 hour lessons, as I felt this would benefit me and help me learn quicker.(which this did).Marks prices are very reasonable and well worth the money. Learning to drive was a lot more fun and enjoyable than I fort it would be, although I was very nervous at times it was great to have an instructor who was very calm and patient with me. There was a good structure to the lessons each week with plenty of time and opportunity to to go over things that were not going so well. With all this in mind would definitely recommend Mark. Well done Mark keep up the great work!!

I would recommend learning to drive with mark as he no only teaches you everything that you need for your driving test but he also makes you feel comfortable being in the car from the very first lesson and makes the whole process from your first lesson to passing your test exciting and well worth the money! mark is a friendly and patient driving instructor and i would 100% recommend any learner driver to choose to learn with mark.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend: I contacted Mark because I wasn't Progressing with my 1st driving instructor, so I've only been taught by Mark for about 6 weeks. I've Had several years of trying to drive and a few different instructors. But Mark is by far the best driving instructor I've had. He provides a calm environment and give clear and easy instructions, which for someone like me who Is a nervous person is very much needed. He has taught me more in these few weeks than any previous instructor had and he got me to my practical test in which I passed. An excellent driving instructor, highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Mark is a fantastic instructor with a really down to earth personality, Hemakes you feel very comfatable straight away upon your first meeting and makes your lessons more like going out for a drive with one of your mates. Mark helped me pass my test first time with just 2 minors. Young or old i can't reccomend mark highly enough, ive definately made a friend in him. His communication is fantastic, always reminder messages of your lessons and he is very flexible when possible. overall i have had a brilliant experience learning with mark and will definately be staying in touch.

Fantastic experience: Mark is a really good driving instructor just passed my test and with his guidance and assurance he has well planned out lessons with a step by step process that is tailored to each person.so if your struggling on a problematic area like i did he will get a different way of trying to approach that problem that will help you to tackle it. Fantastic experience: Although learning to drive can be both a daunting and exciting experience, Mark provides support and patience in his teaching as well as enthusiasm for driving. He strikes a good balance between helping when it is needed and encouraging students to become more independent with their driving at a pace which suits them. His explanations are very clear and he is more than happy to help out with any questions you may have regarding the practical or theoretical components of driving. He is also just as quick to praise things you have done well as to point out areas for improvement, resulting in a more positive feel to the lessons. Under his tuition I feel I have not only learned the skill of driving, but also more importantly the skill of driving safely, his number one priority. I have also really enjoyed learning to drive under his instruction, thanks to his positive attitude, steady encouragement and sense of humour.
