A Kahar School of Motoring

Welcome to A Kahar School of Motoring, widely recognized as a premier driving school in Oldham. Led by a Grade A Advanced Driving Instructor—the highest qualification awarded by the DVSA—our academy combines expert pedagogical skills with a deeply caring approach to student development. We pride ourselves on being the ideal choice for beginners and experienced drivers alike, offering an environment where each student receives personalized attention and friendly, professional guidance throughout their journey to becoming a confident driver.

We offer a comprehensive suite of driving courses tailored to suit all levels of ability and learning preferences. Whether you prefer the traditional control of a **manual transmission** or the ease of an **automatic car**, our lessons are designed to maximize your learning potential. We also provide specialized training for **taxi drivers**, including both Private Hire and Hackney carriage preparation, as well as **Refresher Lessons** and **Pass Plus** courses for those looking to upgrade their skills or return to the road after a break.

Understanding that life can be busy, we offer **flexible pick-up and drop-off options** to make your training as convenient as possible. We are particularly proud of our **Intensive Driving Courses** (crash courses), which are highly popular for those eager to pass their test quickly. Available across Oldham, Manchester, Rochdale, Chadderton, and Westwood, these accelerated programs allow you to reach your test date efficiently without compromising on quality. Our pricing is competitively structured, and we stand firmly behind our value proposition: we offer excellent value for money and promise to match any lower prices you may find elsewhere, ensuring you get the best possible deal for your investment in safety and skill.
