If you are having trouble understanding ask what is on your mind and he will give you a answer to the question. Would recommend that you have some lessons with him so you can see how well you work while you are driving with Paul.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Rasien was the best I’ve ever had, after previously having 2 driving instructors before who crippled my confidence and made me feel like I would never be able to pass my test and drive. I saw an advertisement for Rasien and gave her a message. Best decision I ever made, she not only helped me pass my test but gave me so much confidence and happiness behind the wheel. Rasien is so kind and supportive. She aways has a joyful outlook which makes her students excel. Words can not express how grateful I am for Rasien. Absolutely the best driving instructor ever !!!!! Negative experience: I was in touch with someone from arrow over email through their website who gave me prices and dates for driving lessons and was promptly ghosted once plans had been made. I emailed 3 more times and called their office multiple times and left voicemails and no one ever got back to me. I tried to get in touch for a month to no avail.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test today on my first attempt. My Instructor Zahida is amazing. She was so patient with me all through my lessons and would always correct me kindly. I felt so comfortable with her from my very first lesson. I would recommend Arrow Driving Academy to anyone ready to learn how to drive and ace their driving test.

Negative experience: I found being shouted at by Andy every 5 minutes made it hard to learn, so I stopped having lessons with him. Completely unacceptable behaviour from a driving instructor.

Negative experience: Today I took my driving test with my driving instructor Andy, it wasn’t a pleasant experience has we arrived late, he never had time to show me all the controls of the car before my test. Also a lot of bad language was directed at me , and that should never happen to a student. I feel I wasted my money, turning up late is not the best start for a driving test!! Can not recommend

As quite an anxious driver myself, I have found that my nerves have calmed down a lot since I started and the friendliness of everyone makes for such a comfortable environment to learn.

Fantastic experience: After two fails with two other training providers I had lost confidence but I still had the motivation to move up a Class to the C+E just remember even with HGV experience it’s no sprint finish. Mick the instructor doesn’t over elaborate, has great patience and concentrates on your faults Definitely recommend...!

Negative experience: Poor quality service training, no keeping shedelud time training, manipulation in hours training, maekel was not a expected instructor, not advised, it should be inspection for losing hours not trained and paid ARROW steal driving hours directly and look for any reason for not to return your money, is not advised

Never once got mad or made me feel anything but confident! He really is a jewel in your team! Thanks so much Keith! The next learners will be very lucky to have you!

Negative experience: What a shocking experience I've had with this company in April 22 after spending over £1000 with my instructor at the time he informed me his car had broken down and couldn't do my test with just 3 days notice. I managed to change the test and proceeded to message him back to be told he has a new job and wouldn't be teaching me any further or doing my test. Arrow failed to get me an instructor in time so I had to reschedule my test for October due to the back log. The back log wasn't arrows fault but despite calling at least once a month from April to now they have still failed to get me an instructor to have any further lessons with or complete my test. £1000 I now feel I've wasted with this company as I effectively have to restart learning to drive. I'll give the staff some credit when I've called they where always polite but the false promise of "your next on the list" or your the "top priority" has become a joke. As a result of there negligence to me as a customer I now have to rebook my practical test for a second time and given the huge back log will need to resit my theory test too. I've given Arrow the benefit of the doubt for months on end but no more

Fantastic experience: I have just passed my test today and without the help of arrow but mainly paul it would not have been possible paul is such a great bloke he knows what your thinking before you do i had a tough couple of hours before my test but he just knew how to get my head back in the zone to get me passed so i dont think there is better place to go with then arrow they tick all the boxes

Fantastic experience: I did my intense course with Paul, and wow how did he put up with me for the first three days I don't no lol he has the patience of an angel. I have dyslexia and just couldn't get my head into it for three days, and on the 3rd day I said I wanted to quit but if it wasn't for Paul pushing me i wouldn't have passed first time. And I'm so grateful for that. And the two lovely ladies behind the scenes kayleigh and Tracy they are so wonderful and amazing they helped me with my confidence. Thank you so much for everything. Definitely recommend to everyone. This is hands down the NUMBER 1 place to go with.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful company the driving instructor i had was awful was always cancelling my lessons, i paid £290 for 10 lessons and in 3 months ive only had 4 lessons. I asked for a refund and didnt get sent the full amount an absolute rip off dont have lessons with them

Negative experience: Began lessons with an instructor called Garry, had already done around 40 hours and just needed a few lessons before my test. The lessons were okay other than he would keep touching the pedals and handbrake for no reason and wasn’t good at explaining things. A week before my test I had to cancel a lesson because I got ill (also the first lesson I had cancelled when he cancelled multiple times) and he sent a text back saying ‘you need to find a new instructor’ and then proceeded to ignore my calls and messages leaving me to have to cancel my test because I no longer had a car to do it in. So anyone looking to do lessons avoid garry at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I had Paul for a 5 day intensive driving course and passed the test first time. Great instructor, friendly and does his best to understand you and your specific learning quirks ;) You can tell he is proud of his work and does his best for you. Thanks Paul

Negative experience: Would love to leave a good review but my grandchild has had 3/ 4 lessons cancelled at last minute booked a block booking so only drove once for about 20 minutes

Negative experience: A driving instructor for these has left me in a bad position my theory test runs out February and I booked my driving test for January the driving instructor said I'm test ready and now she is stating that if I don't book more hours with her or get my test in hull she won't lend me her car with the pandemic I only could get an test for grimsby and now she telling me she can't do it

Fantastic experience: Did my lessons with Jon and couldn’t recommend him enough. Absolutely brilliant driver especially during such unsure times as the pandemic. Really patient and a great teacher. Helped me massively with all my theory and gave a lot of great advice with booking my test and how to get earlier slots through cancellations which helped me get in two months early.

Fantastic experience: Currently learning with George and he is great. He lets me choose what I want to improve on and supports me all the way. Very chatty and made me feel comfortable within the first lesson. He doesn’t always focus on my improvements, but also notices the things I do well and that has really helped with my confidence. For anyone that is looking for a fantastic driving instructor i couldnt recomend george enough... i was very nervous on my first lesson but them nerves eased ever so quickly with george. He is a great instructor who make you feel so at ease and is ever so patient. He takes his time with you and goes at your pace. He is also very funny which is a massive bonus ☺️ i look forward every week to my lesson and thats because he makes you feel so comfortable and gives you confidence and praise. Negative experience: Very unreliable customer service, the driving instructor stood me up and wouldn't reply to my messages, only for the company to be emailing me asking if I still wanted to book times with the instructor, when I had already said I did but instructor just wouldn't reply to my messages. Ridiculous!

Fantastic experience: I have been learning to drive with Sami Hussein of Arrow Driving School for the past couple of months. I have come to drinving much later in life, I have had some shocking teachers in the past who really ruined learning to drive for me and so I put it off for a long time and I became a very nervous driver. I am delighted to say that because of Sami Hussein I have today passed my test with flying colours, he gave me great support in building my confidence and is one of the most patient, down to earth instuctors I've met. He was a very clam and composed teacher who was able to give clear instructions about how to drive safley and effectivley. I am estatic to have passed today as a while ago I thought I would never learn to drive. I would highly reconmend Sami and Arrow to new students, brilliant instructor, brilliant school. Fantastic experience: Have been learning to drive for a couple of months and would recommend, my instructor is great and has really helped me to learn at my own speed and to feel more comfortable driving. Very reliable, patient, professional and always on time, great company and instructor.

Negative experience: Whatever you do, do not go with 'Garry' in the Beverley area. I have paid for 5 lessons (£55) and that was 5 weeks ago. Since that first lesson I have had no other lessons. Although making sure I have a lesson booked in every week, bang on the time of the lesson I get a text saying he can't make it. Totally awful experience and I will NOT recommend this driving school.

Negative experience: So I recently started lessons with this instructor named “Garry” and he is the most unreliable and unproffesional instructor I’ve had, hands down the worst expierence I’ve had while driving. So I book a lesson in for Friday afternoon he calls me 10 minutes before saying he can’t make it because he’s got a cough, so he reschedules it for the following day. Then he calls me again saying he can’t make because his car is in service and rescdules it for tomorrow. Well what do you know he cancels again for the third time, absolute unprofessionalism and zero reliability so at this point I’m looking for a different instructor because this is just getting ridiculous. I finally have a lesson with him and it’s a disaster he treated me like a child the way he spoke to me. I told him that I’ve had 20 hours worth of lessons so I knew what I was doing. He did everything for me, changed the gears, putbtye handbrake on and even controlled the pedals ridiculous. I was basically paying him £23 to put my hands on the steering wheel. At the end of the lesson I dunno why put I booked a lesson for the following week and guess what he cancels again saying he’s got a cracked windscreen. That was it for me I tried calling arrow several times and they didn’t pick up because I want a new instructor or I’ll just find another company to go to. P.S don’t chose Garry

Fantastic experience: My Automatic driving instructor Sami is truly amazing! It is thanks to him I am now driving around in my new car...something I could never imagine doing just a few months ago. Sami really instils confidence in your ability, we formed a really good team working together to conquer the manoeuvres. Sami puts alot of prep work into the lessons, knowing exactly what needs to be worked on and I finished each lesson really happy that I've made progress! I felt really prepared me for the test and on the day I knew exactly what to expect and that made me much more relaxed. I can't thank him enough! Driving really opens a door, it opens a lot more opportunities! No more buses for me! THANK YOU SAMI!!!!!

Negative experience: Arrow driving academy misleading people by advertising automatic driving in Bridlington for 25 pounds per hour. I wasted 1 whole day on communication by email about automatic driving lessons; they asked me also my availability and address. After exchanging few emails during the day, they informed me they don't have driving instructor for automatic driving lessons. Unprofessional and misleading. Bad experience.

Negative experience: Poor service. After initially speaking to a member of the arrow team I was feeling positive about learning to drive in automatic car. I was given Sami as a "driving instructor" and was looking forward to the challenge ahead. Unfortunately, the first couple of lessons were poor with no sense of direction or planning evident. However, i continued with the lessons as i am open minded and believe in giving people a chance. My last lesson came 3 weeks ago when Sami turned up 20 minutes late having overran with another customer, he apologized and stated that he would give me longer as way of apology which i happily accepted, come the end of the lesson he asked me for 37.50 despite him promising longer due to him being late, i stated i only had the £25 and said i would pay on the next lesson but believed this was unfair. Since then i have been trying to organize my next lesson but have been unsuccessful because Sami has poor communication skills. £175 later i feel like i have not learnt anything from Sami, his passive aggressive, poor management and bad tempered ways has left me without an instructor one week out from my test after he told me to never contact him again! i have been trying all morning to contact Arrow to sort this but no-one has answered the phone or tried to get back to me. Other reviews have shown Arrow may be a good company to learn to drive with, however avoid Sami at all costs!

Fantastic experience: i apsalouitly love my lessons, for someone who has suffered with anxiety and been so nervouse to start my lessons. iv been really shocked at how much i actually enjoy them , my instructor is sharon and sharon is amazing and makes you feel like youv know her all your life, her teaching is brilliant and even on my bad days sharon will reminded me that im a learner and to enjoy my lessons and il get there in the end in my own time, and then i go on to have a fantastic lesson... im excited ans ready for every lesson and i wouldnt go with anoyone eles now. i think if you want to learn to drive and want to be able to feel comphortable in your learning environement you should go with arrow i have read many plesant reviews on allot of the instructors and i highly recomened arrow driving school even more so i highly recomend sharon. thankyou for such a fab experience so far and looking forward to many more :)

Negative experience: 13:23, 9th of March 2017, Newland Avenue, Hull. Very slow, hardly moving traffic in both directions, opposite(northbound) lane blocked by offloading delivery van. My lane hardly moving, so decided to stop in front of the van to let cars from opposite lane to proceed by going around van. Pure common sense and altruism. The Arrow car stick me up from behind, not keeping safe distance, intimidating with his continuous beeping, flying hands, unacceptable gesturing and abusive shouting. By that time car in my lane ahead of me moved ahead by 2-3 car leinght.... Aftet that, Arrow car went all the way down Newlands avenue without turning in any side road so I don't understand what was his desperate rush about. What can you learn from this kind of savage instructor? Doesn't patience, calm driving and looking after other read users comes as top prerogative when you teaching someone to drive? Absolute barbarian behind the wheel, and the fact it was in heavy traffic where you don't loose anything by giving others way makes that driver to look very unintelligent on top of everything else. Negative experience: my first lessons were great but the guy had to cancel my lessons due to personal reasons. said he would pass my details on to another driver to carry on my lessons no futher contact from this company til i left them a message got back in touch a week later and gave me a new driver called mike first lesson was okish to rubbish he was quite passive aggresive cause i couldnt drive as well as he would like me too. had 1 more lesson with him was just getting worse but with the other guy was getting better. i dont think he like the fact i was a bit rubbish at driving and couldnt be bothered to teach me cause i kept making mistakes every driver makes when they first time driver kept asking if i had something wrong with in my head or asking consantly are u drugs i was very offended. i think he only likes to teach drivers that are already good at driving. he said maybe u should give up driving i didnt think its for u stick to biking. said he ask another person in the company if they had more time to teach me or if anyone else has got an automatic car instead. since then 6 weeks ago never heard back from him or the company so i could only give 1 star i would give no stars if it was possible. this experince has really put me off wanting to learn to drive but why should it just cause what one guy called mike said gonna try another company that is more professnal. AVOID!!!!
