Fantastic experience: My experience with Sibtain was nothing short of stellar, never once did he show any signs of stress or frustration, every single lesson was met with a calm and knowledge building attitude. He was very clear and methodical in his teaching style which was helpful in breaking down difficult concepts i.e. parallel parking. Furthermore, he was incredibly patient and supportive when I made mistakes, which made the experience all the more enjoyable and built my confidence.

Fantastic experience: I had lessons for a good while before passing my test (did so earlier today), and I can't recommend them enough. I had Sibtain as my instructor, he is one of the kindest, most helpful and most patient teachers I've had for anything, ever. I passed on my first try with only 3 minors thanks to his guidance, and while I'm certainly glad to have passed, I'll honestly miss having lessons with him - that's how good these guys are.

Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test today first time after 4 months worth of lessons from Jeff 1 hour a week couldn’t have been anymore helpful. He sorted the driving lessons around my college timetable and even when it changed he still managed to sort out. Great driving instructor who was always reliable and got me test ready quicker than I thought I would.

Fantastic experience: Ace driving school is fantastic. I passed my test earlier last week feeling confident, prepared and happy to go. Sibtain was an amazing instructor who gave me so much time and patience and created an environment where I felt safe and happy to learn. We went at my own pace and I didn’t feel pressured or stressed about my driving even once. I couldn’t recommend enough!

Negative experience: The instructor displays a strong desire for personal gain. I have prior driving experience and knowledge, and I have made arrangements for my driving test and started taking lessons. My intention was to familiarize myself with UK road rules and roundabouts. However, the instructor (not Jeff, by the way) consistently insists that I am not prepared and discourages me from attending the test. I have already explained the difficulty of finding a new test date due to the current backlog. This individual has disregarded my request to schedule multiple classes before the test. Instead, the instructor intentionally scheduled themselves for those slots to ensure i feel not ready. Feeling frustrated, I decided to switch to another instructor and proceeded to take the test., I passed the test with only one minor fault. It bewilders me why the previous instructor claimed I wasn't prepared or ready to drive or take the test. Interestingly, my friend had a similar experience with this instructor and also opted to discontinue lessons with them, eventually finding a different instructor. Stop being greedy!!!

I have just passed my test within a month and it was all thanks to Jeff being able to teach me everything I needed to know for my test and making me confident to take it. As some may know, tests booked may not be for many months unless cancellations occur and Jeff understood this and even advised lessons every other week to ensure I wouldn’t pay more than I would need to which was very nice of him and the acknowledgement that learning to drive can be expensive. Just a big thanks for all your work to help me pass!!!

I had already had some experience driving but had been interrupted by the COVID 19 pandemic, therefore I was a little out of practice. During my first lesson, Jeff assessed my current driving ability and then formulated a plan to get me ready for my test. He instructions were always clear, concise and easy to follow.
