Negative experience: THERE IS A LONG WAIT FOR THE CHAT. I HAVE CHECKED EVERYDAY FOR THE PAST WEEK TO GET IN CONTACT BUT THE CHAT IS ALWAYS BUSY. I CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO ANYONE EASILY. I HAVE SENT A COMPLAINT 2 MONTHS AGO HAVENT HAD A REPLY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY HORRIBLE. YOU ARE VERY EAGER TO TAKE THE MONEY BUT THE SERVCE IS REALLY REALLY HORRIBLE. WOULD NOT RECOMMENED TO ANYONE!

Fantastic experience: I had only taken two lesson (total 4 hours) with Mr Hidayat. He could not have been more patient, encouraging and clear in his communication. He would question me on some of my decisions while driving to check if what I had done was right or wrong and the intentions behind those actions. I would highly recommend booking driving lessons with him and strongly recommend book with the AA over any other driving school. The practice car was well maintained and modern.
